I updated one of my devices to iOS 18.3 from developer mode and the sound has completely disappeared from the device whether external or internal sound. Will this problem be solved or what should I do? Thank you Apple.

My membership expires in 10 days and I'm trying to find out how I can renew it.According to Applet:"You can renew starting 30 days before the expiration date of your existing membership or any time after it expires. Your expiration date is available in your account on the developer website. To renew, sign in to your account with the Apple ID you used to enroll, and click the "Renew Now” button. If your membership is still active when you renew, your new membership will activate as soon as your current membership expires and you will receive two (2) new TSIs."So, I sign in to my account with the Apple ID I used to enroll and I can't see the "Reset Now" button anywyere.All I can see is the "Overview", "Membership", "Certificates, IDs & Profiles", "iTunes Connect", "CloudKit Dashboard" and "Code-Level Support" under the "Programs Resources" section, on the left, and the "Documentation", "Forums", "Bug Reporter" and "News & Updates" under the "Additional Resources" section, again on the left.I went to each and every of these and there is no "Renew Now" button anywhere.Any ideas?Thanks in advance.

Hello everyone, Ever since installing macOS 15.1 beta 5 on this M1 13’’ MacBook Pro, I have been unable to install or update any application from the Mac App Store. I keep getting the following error: “The file “preflight.pfpkg” doesn’t exist.””. The same machine was fine with 15.0 Sequoia and the problem happens regardless of the region setting of the machine. The machine has at least 148 GB of free disk space on the SSD. The same app I was trying to install from the MAS app I could install from the provider’s website (WhatsApp in this case, but I have tried with other apps too). Has anyone noticed it before? I'm not able to download my Private key since Yesterday and I get the following error message when I click on "Download" Auth Key can only be downloaded once. This auth key has already been downloaded. I revoked all my existing keys and created new ones and I get the same error message. I tried all the mentioned solutions on this forum and StackOverflow like using Safari,turning off VPNs,removing spaces from Key name, using my iPhone, using a Mac, incognito/private mode on Windows Microsoft Edge, clicking done then pressing download after, right clicking on download Linked File as...nothing seems to work

I had iPhone Mirroring in MacOS 15 working, but something glitched on my iPhone and I had to perform a "Reset All Settings" and now I can no longer connect to my iPhone. I assume that some key has been cached when I connected initially, but I can't figure out how to reset the connection. Does anybody have any suggestion as to how to reset the connection?

I can't access my approved and verified Apple Developer account on the web and my certificates were revoked. When I sign in with the correct email and password, I am redirected to a page asking me to enroll in the Developer Program, even though I successfully enrolled and was approved months ago. Everything with Apple Developer account had been working fine for months, and the iOS App Store app confirms that my Apple Developer Program membership subscription is still active. And if I click "Enroll Today," it says my Apple ID is already associated with an "account holder of a membership." Additionally, my macOS app certificates have been revoked without any email or explanation, and I cannot create new ones due to this issue. Also I can access my developer account via iOS and macOS apps normally, but I can't access it on the web to create new certificates. This I urgent and time sensitive for me, can someone please help?

Hi everyone! Writing this from my personal Developer Account but this is related to my other account, enrolled under my startup organization account. Sunday morning I've started finalizing a feature on my startup that I've worked on with my colleagues for over a year already. I've pushed the code as usual, wanted to do a internal TestFlight build and I was apparently logged out on Xcode from my account. Thought it's no big deal - went to log in in Xcode Settings -> Account but my attempt was unsuccessful - I was presented a message stating "Unknown error occurred". Weird, but then I tried to use the browser to login into App Store Connect using the following account - I was met with the same message. Alright, I thought I might need to reset my password - clicked on Forgot Password and started the reset password flow. To my surprise, I am presented a new message, stating - Your account has been locked and I need to verify my phone number to request access to this account. I proceed, enter my phone number associated with the account and click continue. I am the presented with the message that my Account Access is Requested and I need to wait up to a day. I then also decided to check Keychain and well, surprise surprise - all my certificates have also been revoked from keychain, both development and distribution. Well, I wake up this morning to the following email: And attempting to login/reset password now presents a message stating that my account is now LOCKED: I've been an Apple Developer for more than 7 years. I've had multiple Developer accounts. This is the first time I'm seeing such things. Please, someone explain what is going on and how can I verify my identity with apple to access my account? I cannot release a new version of our startup's app. We are suffering business losses due to failing to meet a deadline with a potential client. I cannot believe such things are happening.

I hope to get some guidance or assistance from the community or Apple support. Timeline of Events Four months ago: I prepared an app and submitted it to TestFlight for review. Initial rejection: The app was rejected due to technical issues such as screenshots, app description, and insufficient permission explanations for features like location, camera, and microphone. Resubmission after fixes: I carefully addressed all the issues mentioned by the Apple review team and resubmitted the app. Second rejection: This time, the app was rejected citing general policy violations related to copyright issues. The rejection was vague, and I couldn’t understand the exact problem. Further attempts: To resolve the issue, I removed all video, photo, and media content from the app and resubmitted it. However, it was still rejected for the same reason. I went through this process about 7-8 times, each time getting rejected without clarity on the root cause. Account deletion notice: Eventually, I received an email stating that my account was set to be deleted in 30 days. This was alarming because I had been diligently trying to comply with Apple’s policies for months. Deleting the app: To prevent any harm to my account, I decided to delete the app from my account within the 30-day period, effectively abandoning the project. Account still deleted: Despite deleting the app, my account was still deleted after 30 days. Discovery of similar app name: Later, I noticed that there was another app on the App Store with a name very similar to mine. For example, my app was named "ABcdefgh," and the existing app was "AB.cdefgh," with the only difference being the "." I believe this name similarity might have been the cause of the copyright issue, but it was too late as my account had already been deleted. Contact with Apple Turkey: I reached out to Apple Turkey, and they were very attentive, spending about 40 minutes trying to help me. However, they ultimately informed me that they couldn’t intervene and that the issue could only be resolved through Apple America. Attempts to contact Apple America: I tried filling out forms multiple times to contact Apple, but since I had deleted the app, I couldn’t see the responses from the team. I downloaded the iOS and iPadOS 18.4 beta and it worked. Instead on Apple Watch Series 6 it does not install. It says to connect to the Internet but I am connected. I have already tried to restart iPhone 12 pro and Apple Watch but nothing to do. I also did factory data Apple Watch but nothing changed. Apple support told me that they do not help you on betas. I also sent feedback on Apple feedback app. I do not know what to do anymore. Does anyone have the same problem as me? Can it be solved?

Configuration: The code specifies the parent directory in the allowingReadAccessTo parameter to meet sandboxing requirements, which works on iOS 18.1 and prior releases. Testing on Stable iOS Versions: The issue is exclusive to iOS 18.2 beta; testing on earlier stable iOS releases confirms that the function works as intended. Impact: This regression severely disrupts the app’s navigation and content loading, effectively blocking access to local resources required for the WKWebView to display content properly. We have paid enterprise account until April 2025. Why Apple cancelled our membership?
