Hello,
My Enrollment is pending since last 2 weeks, i have received an email for verification and after submitting the form, it gave verification unsuccessful and will contact back in 2 business days.. it's been 2 weeks but still not response. This process doesn't have any status badge of where it got stuck and why it is taking time. We are much waiting to be enrolled in to lauch our Apps on Apps Store.

Hello, I am an iOS and Android mobile application developer. However, I have a major issue on the iOS side, and Apple has not resolved this problem for years.
My app is an internal company application, so I cannot publish it publicly. This is where the real issue begins. When I distribute the app to my users via an invitation code, any updates I release take a week or even months to appear on their devices. Users have to uninstall the app, go back to the "Purchased Apps" section in the App Store, and reinstall it. Since the app is private, it doesn’t appear in the regular App Store listings.
How can I explain this complicated process to my staff, some of whom have limited technical knowledge? Why doesn’t the update button appear, forcing users to navigate to the "Purchased Apps" section for updates? The app doesn’t need to be visible to the general public, but at least let the update button appear when users find the app in the "Purchased Apps" section.
I am currently forced to use TestFlight. However, there is another issue: the approval process for TestFlight takes about four days, which is three times longer than the publishing approval process. I am seriously frustrated by this poor user experience. I’ve become disillusioned with Mac and iPhone because of these problems.

Unable to Switch Between Personal and Organization Accounts on Apple Developer and App Store Connect

I recently created an Apple Developer account and I registered with my Apple ID. But before that, I am added as a Developer in an organization.
The problem now is that I can't switch between the organization's account and my personal account. On App Store Connect and Appel Developer.
How to solve this problem?! Please.

Our company has been trying to register for the Apple Developer Enterprise Program since September 15, 2024. However, it wasn’t until early November that we received an email requesting our business information. Following that, we contacted Apple’s team on November 15, 2024, to answer their interview questions.
Now, more than a month has passed since that call, and we still have no idea about the status of our approval. When I check the account, it always shows 'Your enrollment is being processed. Your enrollment ID is 8K8SXNKA89.' I’ve also emailed Apple Support but have not received any further response.
How much longer will this process take? Apple’s handling of this is excessively slow and frustrating

I recently made the enrollment for developer program and make the payment on Apple developer website. I saw the payment amount is debited from my account. But the developer program is not approved. When I contacted the developer support, they said Apple did not receive the money and you have to enroll again. So, I asked my Bank to make sure the payment is processed or not. The bank said it is already processed and they even sent me reference number and approval number. Even I sent the screenshot of those information, but the support guy keeps saying they did not receive it but without any helpful information to troubleshoot the issue at all. I am really amazed a company such as Apple has such terrible customer support. Now, I have to request payment dispute to my bank about it.
If I do not get my money back, I will tag Apple CEO on x.com and post about it every day with a schedular script.

I’m reaching out here because I’m honestly frustrated with Apple’s lack of response regarding my payment approval. It’s been over two weeks, and I’m still waiting for my payment to be processed. This is seriously impacting my workflow and financial planning.
I’ve also opened two support tickets, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any meaningful response or updates. I’ve tried being patient, but it’s hard to stay optimistic when there’s no communication or timeline for resolution.

Last week we received this e-mail from Apple, without any information about reasons. Our infrastructure builds on Apple infrastructure and contains more than 1000 iOS devices. We have paid enterprise account until April 2025. Why Apple cancelled our membership?
We are reaching out to inform you that your Apple Developer Enterprise Program ("ADEP") membership will be terminated, effective February 12, 2025.
Please be assured that this decision is not a result of any action or inaction on your part, and it is not subject to appeal.
As of February 12, 2025, you will no longer have access to your membership and account-related services for developing and distributing in-house, internal use software. Certificates, identifiers, and provisioning profiles will be revoked, and the apps associated with your account will no longer function.
In accordance with Section 11.3 of the ADEP Agreement, please immediately destroy all Apple Confidential Information that is in your possession or control and note your continuing obligations upon termination. Nothing in this letter should be construed as a waiver of any rights or remedies Apple may have, all of which are hereby reserved.
