our enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.
I tried to enroll, went thru the whole process, but now I'm stuck on "Enrollement not completed - Your enrollment in the Apple Developper pogram could not be completed at this time." I have raised the issue and contacted Developer Support team but there is no email or response. Can you help me resolve this?

Apple Developer Program Enrollment Stuck – ID Verification Rejected and No Response from Support
Hello, I am posting here as a last resort because I have been unable to get any assistance through Apple Developer Support. Case ID: 102888399005 Timeline: I started the Apple Developer Program enrollment process using the Apple Developer app on my iPhone. I successfully uploaded my ID document. After that, I received a message stating that my identity could not be verified. I submitted a support request to Apple Developer Support. I received a reply from Developer Support, but the response did not address my issue or provide any guidance on how to continue the enrollment process. The status in the Apple Developer app on my iPhone later changed to "ID Verification Rejected". I replied to the existing support case and, after receiving no response for two weeks, submitted a new support request. Several weeks have now passed without any response to either request. The enrollment page on the web now displays the message: "Your enrollment could not be completed." The Apple Developer app for iOS still shows "ID Verification Rejected" In the Apple Developer app for macOS, I am able to start the enrollment process. However, after scanning my ID document, the app either displays a completely black image or crashes immediately. At this point, I have multiple open support requests and an unresolved case, but I have not received any guidance on why my identity verification was rejected or how I can proceed with enrollment. Support Case Pending, Unable to Update Payment Method
Hello, I am writing to follow up on a payment issue that I previously reported. I received a notification indicating there was a problem with my payment method, so I contacted support to update or change it. However, I have not received any response yet. The automatic confirmation I received was: "We’ve received your support request and will get back to you as soon as possible. Your case ID is 20000117544664." In the meantime, I tried using a different credit card, but the system now shows an error indicating that the order is duplicated. Enrollment page redirects to contact form — both Individual and Organization
I've been unable to enroll in the Apple Developer Program for several weeks. When I navigate to the enrollment page, I'm redirected to a contact form instead of the enrollment flow — this happens for both Individual and Organization enrollment, on multiple browsers and devices. I have an existing support ticket on file and have provided the requested screenshot. The ticket has gone unanswered. Is there anything on the account side that is blocking enrollment from proceeding? If an Apple staff member can look into this, I'm happy to provide my Apple ID and ticket number via direct message.

Your enrollment could not be completed
I am unable to enroll for an unknown reason. When I go to enroll, I get the message Your enrollment could not be completed.". I've contacted support via email, I went through the standard troubleshooting, I then submitted my documentation/identity verification as requested, but I have not heard anything since. That was four weeks ago. Can someone from apple support please look into my case?

Individual to organization enrollment stalled
My switch from an individual to an organization enrollment (ID: 484G9X5T3Z) has been pending for more than seven weeks, and recent follow-up requests to Apple Developer Program Support for status (case numbers: 102880166579 and 20000117404816) have gone unanswered. In the meantime, I have paid for the renewal of my subscription but since member benefits are suspended during migration I haven't been able to use it for more than a month. Please Apple, let me know if there is anything I need to do to get my enrollment switch completed.

Account Locked No Response From Apple
Our account has been disabled/removed from enrolment in the Apple developer program, without any explanation. When we reached out to Apple about this, they asked for documentation (which they already have been provided in the past, and accepted without issue) such as our company documentation and personal identification. It’s been well over two weeks now, and we have not heard back from Apple. When we reach out to developer support they advise there is nothing they can do and we are waiting on some “internal“ team. As a result, our push notifications on live apps have stopped working (due to certificates being revoked), as well as many other issues. Would someone from Apple please advise how to escalate this, so that some action can be taken?

This is not an issue with a specific app, archive, DMG, ZIP, signing configuration, or binary validation. Multiple different apps and archives are rejected with the same account-level error before binary validation. My enrollment status shows: OM (Pending) When I try to complete the membership purchase, I receive the following errors: "Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed" "Unable to Purchase. I'm integrating apple pay with two payment providers: 2c2p and finix. I setup 2c2p merchant in my own apple account and I got a well-known file from apple developer dashbard. But in finix dashboard I got another well-know file to support apple pay. Now I have two well-known files for one domain url. How to deal with this case?

Hello, I am trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an Individual developer from India. My enrollment status shows: OM (Pending) When I try to complete the membership purchase, I receive the following errors: "Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed" "Unable to Purchase. This item is currently not available in your country/region." Details: Country/Region: India The payment is not being charged, and the enrollment remains in Pending status. I recently completed the required identity verification process and submitted all requested documents. I also received an email indicating that I could proceed with enrollment. However, when continuing the enrollment flow, I was informed that the account cannot be provided at this time, without any additional explanation.
