ScribeMe’s removal from App Store
My Apple Developer account was recently terminated, which resulted in the removal of ScribeMe from the App Store without further notice. This is not just about an app disappearing from a store. Thousands of blind and visually impaired users rely on ScribeMe every day for independence, education, and daily life. ScribeMe helps users understand photos, documents, presentations, charts, diagrams, unfamiliar environments, and more through AI-powered accessibility tools. For many users, it is not a convenience, it is a necessity. When accessibility apps are suddenly removed, the impact goes far beyond business. We are effectively taking away tools that help blind people study independently, access visual information, and participate more equally in education and society. Many users depended on this app daily, and its sudden removal has left people without an important accessibility tool they relied on. We respectfully ask for someone from Apple to manually review the situation and carefully examine why the account termination occurred. We made every effort to follow all App Store guidelines, and we are fully willing to cooperate with Apple and quickly fix or address any issue that may have caused this situation. Accessibility-focused apps deserve human review and consideration because of the real impact they have on people’s lives. Accessibility is not a luxury, it is a necessity. We hope accessibility remains at the center of these decisions.

Apple Developer Account permanent Termination/Deletion request
I am requesting full deletion and termination of my apple developer account and all data and revocation of the Apple Developer Agreement. I am revoking Apple Developer Agreement. This should be irreversible. I have already tried to contact apple developer support few times and the request just gets ignored and closed. The developer account is associated with my Apple ID that I am on forums with. Thanks.

I applied for the Apple Developer Program on Jan 29th, but my enrollment is still pending with no updates. Admin on Organization team but cannot access CIP
Hi all, I’m an Admin user in an Apple Developer Program (Organization) team, but I’m unable to access Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles (CIP) on developer.apple.com. I’d like to understand what permission is missing and where it should be enabled. Context Program type: Apple Developer Program (Organization) My role in App Store Connect: Admin I can access App Store Connect normally, but CIP resources on developer.apple.com are blocked. The Account Holder can access CIP normally. What I see (Problem) In the Apple Developer portal → Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, I get: “Access Unavailable — You currently don't have access to this membership resource. Contact your team's Account Holder or an Admin.” In Xcode → Settings → Accounts → Team, the “Certificates, Identifiers, & Profiles” section shows a red error indicator and doesn’t load. Only my account is affected; the Account Holder is not. What we’ve tried / confirmed Membership is active (renewal date is valid) Signed out/in of Xcode and re-added my Apple ID Confirmed selecting the correct Organization team in Xcode / Developer portal Account Holder confirmed they can access CIP Questions For an Organization team, what exact permission(s) are required for a member to access Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles? Where is this access controlled — App Store Connect → Users and Access vs developer.apple.com → People? When I click the renewal button from the banner at the top of the Apple Developer website, the page redirects but consistently shows a 503 Service Unavailable error. This has been happening for several days now. I've already tried: Switching to different devices or Changing network environments Unfortunately, the issue persists in all cases. I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program on February 3, 2026. The payment was completed successfully at the time of enrollment, but my membership status has remained “Pending” since then. So far: No request for additional documents or identity verification No phone call from Apple No follow-up email other than the payment confirmation Apple Developer Support has been contacted, but no response yet I understand that verification can take some time, but the complete lack of communication is concerning, especially since this is blocking active development and release planning. If this is a known backlog or system-wide delay, some transparency from Apple would help. I’d also appreciate hearing whether others who enrolled in early February are seeing the same prolonged “Pending” state. Enrollment and Payment completed but Web still shows “Complete Your Purchase” and Pending
Hello, Apple Developer Support Team, I registered for the Apple Developer Program using the Developer app on my iPhone. Payment and identity verification were completed successfully. Nevertheless, the phrase "Complete Your Purchase" still appears when I check in online, and my registration status is listed as Pending. Even though I've already finished the enrollment procedure on my iPhone, the system seems to be requesting me to do it again.
