I have an app which is very similar to Patreon, where users can subscribe to influencers and get exclusive content. However, I do not know how to implement it with in-app purchase limitations Since user can not subscribe to 1 subscription several times, but in my app they can subscribe to 2 or more influencers, I have to create a uniques subscription to all influencers, but there is a limitation of 10,000 in-app products. Additionally, since user can subscribe to only 1 sub in sub group, I also have to create a sub group to every influencer. It is crucial for me to have auto-renewable subscription, so I can not use consumables. How Patreon could implement it, taking into account that they have thousands and millions of influencers? Can somebody help me figure out a way to resolve this issue?

tried two times to change developer account from individual to organisation. after each try, it takes many weeks - status stuck at "Pending". then without any notification, it becomes "Continue Migration" now if I click Continue Migration, it gets stuck at Pending for weeks. The cycle is non stop Called developer hotline, they say they don't entertain phone call, and only allow Request Callback Tried request callback, it says the number is not allowed for Request callback It would be better if the migration is canceled and set back to Individual, but I can't even do that. Does anyone know where or how I can get help at all ?

Hello everyone, Ever since installing macOS 15.1 beta 5 on this M1 13’’ MacBook Pro, I have been unable to install or update any application from the Mac App Store. I keep getting the following error: “The file “preflight.pfpkg” doesn’t exist.””. The same machine was fine with 15.0 Sequoia and the problem happens regardless of the region setting of the machine. The machine has at least 148 GB of free disk space on the SSD. The same app I was trying to install from the MAS app I could install from the provider’s website (WhatsApp in this case, but I have tried with other apps too). Has anyone noticed it before? Hi I am on an iphone 15 pro (US version) running ios 18 build number 22A5282m and the software update page of settings says that beta updates are off (cannot be turned on (there are no public or developer beta options either)) and the main page displays this error message: “Unable to Check for Update An error occurred while checking for a software update. Try Again“ <— in blue i tried to put my device into recovery mode to restore but it just started bootlooping and only stopped when i let go of the power button. next was the factory reset. i completely emptied the phone and set it up again. i restored from an earlier backup but the problem still remained. I am unable to update and my battery life is really suffering (3-4h of screen on time. Background app refresh and location services are turned off and low power mode is turned on) any ideas would be appreciated thanks

Hi everyone, I recently made a purchase for my Apple Developer Account, and while I can see the transaction in my bank and have also received an email confirmation from Apple, my account status is still showing “In Progress” after almost 5 days. What’s worrying me is that some of my friends/colleagues who made the payment at the same time got their accounts activated almost immediately, while mine is still stuck. I’ve already reached out to Apple Support, but so far, I haven’t had any luck resolving the issue. Has anyone else experienced this kind of delay? About 5 weeks ago, I requested a Family Controls Entitlement using this form: https://developer.apple.com/contact/request/family-controls-distribution I have yet to hear anything back. About a week ago, I submitted a support request through my Apple developer account, asking about the entitlement, and have also not heard anything back. Is it normal to wait this long? Is there a way to check on the status of my request? Is there some other channel I should be using to ask for information about this process?

The Account Holder is no longer able to log into apple (regardless of web-based or device based attempts). The membership will expire soon without access to the account holder. Both workflows "iforgot.apple.com" and "iforgot.apple.com/unlock" did not lead to an answer email within several days. I tried several times. So we are almost out of store without any option. Hotline did not show other options. Any ideas?

So I was invited to a team and have accepted the invitation received on mail. I was invited with an admin role and I can see the team on Apple Store Connect but cannot find it on developer.apple.com, only my team/certificates/profiles, etc are there but nothing related to the other team I was invited to. I also cannot find this team on Xcode.

I am experiencing a bug on my iPhone 13 after updating to iOS 18 beta 5. This bug causes my phone to unexpectedly show a black screen with a "loading" indicator, and then it returns to the lock screen. I have to unlock it for the phone to return to normal. This issue occurs repeatedly. I am not entirely sure what is happening with my device. I believe it is also experiencing overheating issues.
