Shocked by Apple Developer Program Experience – Account Banned Without Explanation
I am absolutely shocked and frustrated by the way the Apple Developer Program operates. My team and I recently attempted to launch two completely unique applications through the platform: Goal Hero and Redsport App. Both apps were thoroughly reviewed by our team lead during a code review to ensure they met all the required standards. However, despite all our efforts, Apple repeatedly rejected our submissions without providing clear, actionable feedback. After multiple attempts to communicate and understand the issues, Apple has now banned our developer account entirely and hasn’t responded to any of my inquiries for over a month. We are a legitimate game development studio working under the name Betonred. We’ve always adhered to ethical practices and were excited to expand our business on the App Store after years of success on Google Play. This experience has left us questioning Apple’s commitment to supporting developers, especially smaller teams trying to grow. Honestly, at this point, I am considering restructuring our entire business model to return to focusing solely on Google Play. Apple’s lack of transparency, poor communication, and seemingly arbitrary decisions have made it nearly impossible to work effectively within this ecosystem. Has anyone else faced similar issues? What’s the best course of action here? Apple’s system feels completely broken.

Developer account stuck in limbo (Case ID: 102451753655)
Hi everyone, I’m seeking advice or guidance regarding a frustrating issue with my Apple Developer Account that’s been unresolved since October this year. Here’s the situation: My account was fully functional from October 2023 until October 13, 2024. During that time, my enrollment as a US LLC was accepted, I paid the membership fee with auto-renew enabled, and everything was in order. On October 13, 2024, I encountered a problem where my account is now stuck in what seems like a “limbo.” When I log in to developer.apple.com, I see an option to “Enroll today,” but clicking it shows the error: “Sorry, you can’t enroll at this time. Your Apple ID is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership.” I’ve contacted Apple Support multiple times over the past month and a half. Each time, I’ve been told my case (ID: 102451753655) has been escalated to an internal review team, but I’ve received no updates, timelines, or resolutions. This issue is severely impacting my business, as my app is ready for release but cannot be published. I’m looking for advice: • Has anyone experienced something similar? • Are there alternative ways to escalate this issue beyond the usual support channels? At this point, I’m considering taking this issue to public platforms like Twitter/X and LinkedIn to get Apple’s attention. If the problem persists, I’ll likely need to involve legal representation. Issues with Apple Developer Account and Revoked Certificates
Hello, I am experiencing a critical issue with my Apple Developer Program account. I successfully enrolled months ago, and my subscription is active as per my account details. However, I am now unable to access my developer membership features, and when I sign into my account it redirects me to the enrollment page as if I had never enrolled. Key details of the issue: Active subscription: My Apple Developer Program membership is active and set to renew on 17 October 2025. The subscription page confirms this, and the payment was successfully processed. REVOKED CERTIFICATES: Certificates I created weeks ago have been revoked without any explanation or notification. No email notifications: I have not received any communication from Apple regarding issues with my account or certificates. Attempts to Resolve: Cleared cookies and cache. Tried logging in on multiple devices and browsers. Signed out of all devices and logged back in. Could someone please assist me in understanding why my account is behaving this way? Is there a specific team or channel I should contact to escalate this issue? Thank you in advance for your help!

Query regarding changing the account details
Hi everyone, I have created an Apple Developer Account for our company here in India. We are yet to launch our iOS Mobile App. However, recently we have also opened our branch in UAE and we want to change all the account details as per UAE’s Branch - Organisation’s name, DUNS Number, etc. I have submitted the change request of the details in the same developer account. Is it alright? How much time does Apple take in this regard? Do we have to create a new account for this or amendments can be made? Best Regards

Enrollment Payment Issue for Apple Developer Program
I have been trying for the past month to complete the payment for the Apple Developer Program enrollment. However, every time I attempt the payment, it fails, and my account remains pending. I have tried contacting Apple Support multiple times, and each time a case ID is created, but I do not receive any response. I have also tried using different cards for the payment, but the issue persists. I am attempting to create the account from Bangladesh.

Name transfer of web shopping mall-based apps (due to changes in business information), Apple login function and synchronization of existing membership information
Hello We would like to proceed with the transfer of ownership of the launched app based on the Cafe24 platform.(Web App) Last month, I inquired about how to transfer the Apple account login function together when transferring ownership and received a related manual. When I asked and inquired about help from several developers regarding that part, they all received different answers. Please review the answers below, and I would really appreciate it if you could guide me on how to proceed. Developer 1: Cafe24-based launch apps require a separate transfer of the login function. It does not affect if you do not delete the existing member data in the database, and you only need to activate the login function to the new developer account. Developer 2: Checking and analyzing existing servers and data - Transfer user data to Apple using Apple's Legacy User Identifier - Synchronize user data - Test and modify It has to proceed to the above four steps, and synchronization work is also required to maintain all of the existing user's data because all of the user's identification values change when the login function is transferred. Developer 3: It appears to be a task that needs to be stored in the server database by migrating from the user identifier created in the existing developer account to the user identifier to be used in the new developer account, which is not what the app is supposed to do, and it is recommended to find other experts. Local notifications in flutter can't work in Release Mode but working in debug mode in iOS. Pub Package Used-awesome_notifications
When we tried local notification by enabling background fetch, audio , remote notifications and push notifications under signing and capability in debugging mode everything was working fine. We need this package to work in background mode i.e., when the app is idle in IOS. This functionality is required in our application send notifications when we receive a signal from signalr package from server even though the app is idle. It worked perfectly when we connect it in debugging mode and we have proceed to TestFlight update but app from the TestFlight didn't send notifications when the screen is off or in background

I get an error message when I try to enroll in the Apple Developer Account
I'm trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Account, but when I click on "subscribe," I get an error message that says, "Your purchase could not be completed. For assistance, contact iTunes Support." I've already added UPI as a payment method in the App Store and added 100 rupees from UPI to my Apple account.
