Hi
Hypothetically, my company has 300 mobile engineers and we're building an iPhone app.
Optimally I'd like each mobile engineer to have a physical device which they can do their day to day development, testing etc on.
What options do I have to enable this given that there is a 100 device limit for iPhones on the Apple Developer Program used by my company. (https://developer.apple.com/help/account/register-devices/devices-overview/)
Thanks

We always receive six times about the same TransactionID.
You can see the image.
It's not five times.
We are under V2.
Any comments will be helpful.

Hey guys!
I believe I've found the solution to successfully enrol for the Apple Developer Program. This is for all of us who have tried enrolling and waiting in vain for the confirmation email from Apple after the acknowledgement email.
First, you should know that the whole time I was attempting to enrol I was using my iCloud account and I was trying to do so via my MacBook with the browser. I tried both Firefox and Safari just to be sure it wasn't a browser thing.
Then a thought came to me... since I knew Apple also had an Apple Developer app on its store that according to its articles it claims can be used to enrol...
I chose to go for it, and this time I opted to enrol with my iPhone for good measure... I downloaded the Apple Developer app... logged into my iCloud account and attempted to enrol. However, this still didn't work. The message said that I couldn't use that email to enrol... And so I signed out and opted to use my Gmail account and voila! I was able to enrol!! The payment went through successfully! I received the SMS notification from my bank and I also got the subscription confirmation from Apple.
That's how I did it.
I really hope this helps someone 🙏.
We've been having some troubles to create a new account for apple developer for the company i'm currently working for. The first feedback we got was that I could create my personal account and then transfer the Duns Number for the company account when the problem would be solved.
We have the Duns Number, but I can't create the Apple Developer Program because of the following warning: Tell us about your organization.
Legal Entity Name
The information you entered did not match your D&B profile. Before submitting your information, check your D&B profile. If you've recently changed your legal entity name, update your D&B profile.
We are from Brazil and the support for the apple developer is only USA or Canada.
Could you help us? We have a lot of questions.
We need to create the account so that we could publish our APP
But so far we couldn't create the account
My Genmoji is not opening . Every time I open it it just closes right away.

Is it possible to transfer a whole individual developer account to another person
If you transfer applications to another account, is it possible to change the bundle ID
What are the general ways to change the bundle ID of an application

Every document you can think of has my name, "Pranam," in it, and I refuse to change my name, nor do I want any alias inserted. Kindly assist me with the right way to solve this issue in a manner that is ethical, inclusive, and legally valid according to government documents.

Hello Apple Developer Support,
I hope this post finds you well. I have several questions regarding the refund process, developer commission, and revenue payout, and I would appreciate your insights on the following:
1/ Refund Process:
When a customer cancels an order, when will Apple process the refund for the developer? How long does it typically take for developers to receive the refunded amount?
2/Developer Commission:
How does the commission for developers work in the event of a refund? Does Apple adjust the commission or deduct any percentage in case of a refund?
3/Refund Notifications:
Is there a notification system that alerts developers when a customer cancels an order and a refund is processed?
4/Revenue Payout:
How long does it take developers to receive the revenue from purchases, and is there a specific payout schedule for this?
5/Commission Percentage for Small Earnings:
If the developer's total earnings are under 1 million VND, what is the commission rate that applies?
Thank you in advance for your assistance. I look forward to your response.

In-App Purchase
Hello everyone,
I recently enrolled in the Apple Developer Program, completed all required forms, and submitted my payment details. I received an email confirming my enrollment order and stating it would be processed within two business days, but it’s now been over four days, and I haven’t seen a charge on my card or received any follow-up communication.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
Emailed Apple Developer Support multiple times: No response after four follow-ups.
Called Apple Support: They couldn’t connect me directly to Developer Support.
Is there a way to expedite this or another contact method that I might have missed? Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated!

Are Administrators able to request a system extension via https://developer.apple.com/contact/request/system-extension/ or are Account Holders the only ones who can?
We are considering the development of a new service,
We would like to ask for detailed information on the feasibility of the following.
Is it possible to encapsulate only xcframework, such as encapsulating xcframeworkA into xcframeworkB?
If the above is possible, will the application incorporating the xcframework in the above state pass the review of apple?

Hi, we need to restore the developer plan and submit a new iOS app for review. Currently our account does not have permission to log in to the developer backend.
Clicking on the account page only has one message box, and after submitting the message, there has been no resolution, only receiving emails that are currently being processed. It has been a month since then, and the phone call also asked me to go to the Apple developer website for help. Who can help me. thank you!
What is the reason why my account cannot be used normally? How can I operate it on my end to use my account normally!

I recently made the enrollment for developer program and make the payment on Apple developer website. I saw the payment amount is debited from my account. But the developer program is not approved. When I contacted the developer support, they said Apple did not receive the money and you have to enroll again. So, I asked my Bank to make sure the payment is processed or not. The bank said it is already processed and they even sent me reference number and approval number. Even I sent the screenshot of those information, but the support guy keeps saying they did not receive it but without any helpful information to troubleshoot the issue at all. I am really amazed a company such as Apple has such terrible customer support. Now, I have to request payment dispute to my bank about it.
If I do not get my money back, I will tag Apple CEO on x.com and post about it every day with a schedular script.
Hi
I am on an iphone 15 pro (US version) running ios 18 build number 22A5282m and the software update page of settings says that beta updates are off (cannot be turned on (there are no public or developer beta options either)) and the main page displays this error message:
“Unable to Check for Update
An error occurred while checking for a software update.
Try Again“ <— in blue
i tried to put my device into recovery mode to restore but it just started bootlooping and only stopped when i let go of the power button.
next was the factory reset. i completely emptied the phone and set it up again. i restored from an earlier backup but the problem still remained. I am unable to update and my battery life is really suffering (3-4h of screen on time. Background app refresh and location services are turned off and low power mode is turned on)
any ideas would be appreciated
thanks
I am helping my company to renew the Enterprise Account, this exercise had been running smoothly in previous year. However, we did submit the application almost 1 month in advance, however, no reply or status update received yet. We had raised several tickets in support but helpless, our account is going to expired on 29-Dec-2024, anyone can share what should we do?
Hi everyone,
I recently made a purchase for my Apple Developer Account, and while I can see the transaction in my bank and have also received an email confirmation from Apple, my account status is still showing “In Progress” after almost 5 days.
What’s worrying me is that some of my friends/colleagues who made the payment at the same time got their accounts activated almost immediately, while mine is still stuck. I’ve already reached out to Apple Support, but so far, I haven’t had any luck resolving the issue.
Has anyone else experienced this kind of delay? Is there anything specific I should do, or should I just keep waiting it out?
Thanks in advance for any advice or suggestions!
Best,
Erris

Hello, I am an iOS and Android mobile application developer. However, I have a major issue on the iOS side, and Apple has not resolved this problem for years.
My app is an internal company application, so I cannot publish it publicly. This is where the real issue begins. When I distribute the app to my users via an invitation code, any updates I release take a week or even months to appear on their devices. Users have to uninstall the app, go back to the "Purchased Apps" section in the App Store, and reinstall it. Since the app is private, it doesn’t appear in the regular App Store listings.
How can I explain this complicated process to my staff, some of whom have limited technical knowledge? Why doesn’t the update button appear, forcing users to navigate to the "Purchased Apps" section for updates? The app doesn’t need to be visible to the general public, but at least let the update button appear when users find the app in the "Purchased Apps" section.
I am currently forced to use TestFlight. However, there is another issue: the approval process for TestFlight takes about four days, which is three times longer than the publishing approval process. I am seriously frustrated by this poor user experience. I’ve become disillusioned with Mac and iPhone because of these problems.
