Hi, We run an app house where we're creating a new app through our store for clients every few weeks. We've been using the Apple ID login through fastlane to create new apps in our CI, however we find having to log in to multiple machines every few weeks very frustrating, as it requires 2fa, and always seems to happen right when the system admins are on leave. We've tried to use the API key instead however creating apps doesn't appear to be supported, as we get a 403 error stating we can't use create. This was with the App manager role. Is it at all possible to crate an app using the api key, turn off the timeout on the ID Login or, automate this so we don't need to log in every few weeks?

Unfortunately, for the past two months I've been trying to migrate to a company account. The banking updates are stuck processing with this error message: Apple Developer support tossed me around between 6 or 7 different representatives, each restarting the process of trying to figure out the problem, contacting the engineering team back and forth, and even remote controlling my screen to try and solve it, to no avail. None of them know what is the issue. What do I do?

I have enrolled for being a developer 10.03. I have received an order acknowledgment email on 10th of March but there have been no updates since then. I am still seeing 'complete your purchase' in the main page. What should I do to get through?

So far, we have been using Google Maps to determine distance along a certain route for a MacOS app to register kilometers for a business administration app. But, this is no longer possible, as the login for google maps no longer works. I understand we would have to pay to continue using the Google Maps service as it was and we would have to make changes to the app. That would be ok, but I was just wondering does any developer on this forum have suggestions on how to resolve this issue? Or even maybe have suggestions, to make this work better than before. Three suggestions by chatgpt: use ANWB route planner using google maps, Pro6pp, or to useWisp.Software (something I haven't heard of before. Your suggestions and ideas are welcome. Also, if the Apple Developer team knows of a way how to do this in your app, your advice is more than welcome. Have a nice day!

Hi everyone, I have created an Apple Developer Account for our company here in India. We are yet to launch our iOS Mobile App. However, recently we have also opened our branch in UAE and we want to change all the account details as per UAE’s Branch - Organisation’s name, DUNS Number, etc. I have submitted the change request of the details in the same developer account. Is it alright? How much time does Apple take in this regard? Do we have to create a new account for this or amendments can be made? Best Regards

When I open developer.apple.com I do not see my other teams on the top right dropdown. After logging in, it directly takes me to one of my teams which is Nautilus and It does not allow me to change to other teams.

I am enrolling to apple developer account and made a payment using UPI with Paytm and successfully setup Automatic payment from paytm and paid 8700 INR to apple but after that it is showing pending till now. Since 3 days passed till now i contacted apple support but no responce also money is debited from my account.

Hi, I tried to apply Enroll in Apple Developer Program in the mobile app and I got this error: "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program is under review. Please contact us." Then I did contact Apple by phone as the error message says. I got the response as: "For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed. We are unable to continue with your enrollment at this time." I am already shocked - so I asked what can I do? Answer - nothing. Is this normal to not get a response what's the reason that is blocking me to enroll the program ?

My timeline: Initial application: October 2024 Initial follow-up: October 2024 Requested document submission: February 2025 Multiple follow-up emails: February-March 2025 Current status: No response for months I've been trying to enroll my small startup (LLC) in the Apple Developer Program since October 2024. After initially being asked for documentation, I uploaded everything possible (including company formation documents). Despite multiple follow-up emails over several months, I've received no updates on my application status or confirmation that my documents were even received. My case number is 102426005487 (sharing in case Apple Support monitors these forums) but as I've followed up several times, there may be more different case numbers. Has anyone experienced similar delays or have suggestions on how to get actual human attention on this issue? I've tried emailing to devprograms multiple times without success. I'm trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I’m getting an error: "There may be an issue with your account that needs to be resolved before you can continue. Please contact support." How can I complete my enrollment? When I try to contact support via Email, it necessary to select an organization. However, I have already joined two different organizations, but they are not mine. I made my first payment on 27 Feb 2025, but it was not activated after 48 hours I contacted developer support and they said they would cancel the registration and asked me to resubmit and try again 03 Mar 2025 I resubmitted the enrollment application 05 Mar 2025 I received the enrollment request has been accepted Then I successfully paid by credit card, but it still shows Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. 06 Mar 2025： The chargeback shows it's been canceled I re-paid today. Hello, Two months ago, I tried to enroll in the Apple Developer Program and provided official documents such as my ID and passport. However, I was repeatedly asked to upload them again until my account was declared no longer eligible for use in the Apple Developer Program. I don’t know why my ID was rejected. I tried uploading a regular photo of the document, I tried a scan, and I tried various formats, but nothing worked. Now I want to try again and enroll, but the button is not clickable. Contact your team's Account Holder, [redacted], or an Admin. But I have access to the membership resource as a developer, and my account is not blocked. What is the reason?
