Can’t complete Apple Developer Program enrollment — “Your enrollment could not be completed”
Hi everyone, I’ve been trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I keep getting this message: Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time. I’ve already verified my Apple ID and updated my personal information (including my full legal name to match my ID documents), but the issue still persists. The problem is that I also can’t reach Apple Support — every time I try to contact them through the enrollment support form, it redirects me back to the same page with no response. Has anyone else experienced this recently? Is there any direct contact method (email or phone number) that actually works for resolving this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated — I’m stuck at this step and can’t move forward with publishing my apps. Thank you! — Bruno

Report a Dynamic Island bug
Please note that after enabling the "Larger Text" option under Settings -> Display & Brightness -> Display Zoom, when the Dynamic Island is present, a bug occurs where the Dynamic Island blocks the signal strength icon when you repeatedly return to the home screen and open apps. I hope you can fix this bug and release an iOS 18 build. In line with what I mentioned in my previous post, please allow regular users to successfully roll back to iOS 18. The signing window for iOS 18 was closed too quickly this time—I haven’t even finished experiencing it before getting stuck on iOS 26. Moreover, iOS 26 currently has numerous bugs, and you have no reason to force users to use an unfinished system. Note that this bug still persists on iOS 26. I hope my feedback can be accurately translated by AI without ambiguity. If you have any doubts, please feel free to ask me. I really can't get used to iOS 26, so please be sure to release a system version that allows downgrading from iOS 26 to iOS 18. My device model is iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Enrollment stuck at ‘Your enrollment is being processed’ for 3 weeks (ID: 6H5P2ZBY6H)
Hello, My Apple Developer Program enrollment has been stuck at “Your enrollment is being processed” for more than three weeks. My Enrollment ID is 6H5P2ZBY6H. I would like to know why my enrollment is taking so long and if there is any additional action required from my side. DUNS Number Mismatch
I am trying to create a developer account for my organization. I have validated our DUNS number and Entity Name on https://developer.apple.com/enroll/duns-lookup/. However, when I try to add this number to create a developer account, I get a pop-up suggesting a mismatch in the entity and DUNS number. I have tried this several times without any success. Issue with UIPopoverPresentationController position drifting on iPadOS 26.0
After upgrading my iPad to iPadOS 26.0, I noticed that when using UIPopoverPresentationController, the popover no longer appears at the expected position. According to the debug logs, the position of the arrow indicator is printed correctly. Interestingly, the issue can be fixed temporarily by switching between portrait and landscape orientations. Could you please help me resolve this issue? Enrollment Blocked for Near 2 Months – (Case #102640946883 and Case #102649610325)
We’ve been trying to complete enrollment in the Apple Developer Program as a UK-registered company for over a month now, but we’re still blocked without a solution. We’ve opened multiple support cases, including: Case #102640946883 – Identity verification fails in the Developer App. A valid Spanish government-issued ID is rejected because it doesn’t match the Apple ID region (UK), even though the company and bank are UK-based. We were told this was escalated on 16 July, but we’ve received no update since. Case #102649610325 – Payment attempts fail when enrolling via the web portal. We’ve tried 4 different cards, 2 banks (Wise & Lloyds), and even a card previously used to enroll successfully. Banks confirm Apple is not even submitting a payment attempt. We've followed all instructions (Private Safari window, re-submitted enrollment, etc.), but nothing works. No resolution or clarification has been provided, and the situation is seriously impacting our operations and client timeline. We are requesting: An update on the escalated identity verification issue (Case #102640946883) Clarification on whether our entity is being blocked internally from enrolling Escalation to someone who can provide a real resolution We would appreciate any help or visibility from Apple Developer Relations or anyone with similar experience. Relinquishing Android
I have to admit, I resisted Apple until about one year ago! I was die hard android. The main reason for the switch was the T-Mobile mobile SMS relay the deposit of the message and the timing of some SMS messages were very suspect. The relay number would keep automatically coming back. I searched been verified and never have I seen more than 10 comments about a person or a number, this was over 100!! now let me get to my point. I was hoping someone could give me a redemption code for the Copilot so I can look into my OneDrive and see how it increases security with Apple OS. I was told on some occasions that the “wheel“ user was necessary for Apple to function however it is a unix system that needs the wheel function. I don’t think Apple iOS needs the “wheel” user so I was wanting to download that Copilot for better results. thank you for any help I receive.

Developer account renew payment refused
Hi, We're trying to renew our subscription as we've always done before. But somehow all our credit cards were rejected. We've tried changing to different cards but with no success. The error message we get is: We are unable to complete your order. There was an issue processing your order. Verify that your information is correct and try again. If you need further assistance, contact us. If you'd please be so kind as to help us figure this out. We don't know what the issue is exactly. And we got an email saying: To avoid a delay in receiving your order, contact us via the Developer page to change your payment information. If after 4 days we're still unable to process your payment, your order will be canceled. You may contact your card provider to find more information. We've tried the developer app as suggested and that didn't work as well. We got the following error: We've sent a reply in the emails we got but there were no answers and every method you propose does not seem to tell us why 4 credit cards from 3 different countries were all rejected. Please, send us an explaination first as to why the payments were rejected and then what can we do to solve this ASAP Best regards Best regards.

PKPASS is updated but the client but push is not showing on the device
Good day) I am developing an application for generating PKPASS in Java. PKPASS itself is generated and installed on the device and updated. But I encountered a problem. When sending information about the update to the APNs service, PKPASS is updated, but the push notification is not shown on the device. On the device, all tooltypes are set to receive the update. As well as the basic settings: We go to the APNs service using = JWT token. "apns-push-type"= "alert" "apns-topic" = PassTypeIdentifier payload = {} I would also like to add that we send push notifications to the production environment. P. S. Confirmation on the Use of MDM Vendor CSR Certificates in On-Premises MDM Solutions
We are developing an MDM solution. In addition to the cloud-based version, we are also developing an on-premises version of the MDM solution for organizations such as government agencies and other entities for whom using public cloud services is difficult. In such cases, regarding the "MDM vendor CSR certificate" to be included in the on-premises package: Would it be acceptable to use a certificate owned by our company (the MDM vendor)? Or would it be necessary for the client organization to prepare a new certificate themselves?

Is my payment being processed?
Hi, I paid by credit card to enroll in the Apple Developer Program. I received the invoice by email, and it's been more than two business days and the dashboard still appears as shown in the screenshot below. It says the following (in Portuguese): "Purchase the subscription. To continue your subscription, complete your purchase now."
