I am writing to request an update on my Apple Developer Program enrollment status. I completed the payment of 1,029.00 TRY on April 26, 2026, and I have already received the official invoice (Order ID: MC67397151) via email on April 28. Furthermore, I have already uploaded and submitted my government-issued ID as requested for identity verification. However, my account status has remained "Pending" for 4 days now. Could you please review my application and let me know if there are any further actions required from my side to finalize the activation?

Enrollment Limbo - Case ID: 102880862772
I have paid and uploaded my driving license and I have been charged. No enrolment confirmation and if I I visit again I'm only prompted to pay again. I have logged a case and contacted "support"who do not respond to emails and on the phone I have waited multiple times for 1hr+ and no-one picks up. "Normal"apple support say they can't contact apple developer support. I'm SO ANNOYED. 4 days of this now. no end in sight. now I can't even make a call back request as entering my number generates a "we cannot process this request"or similar message

Apple developer Enrollment bug
I created an new Apple developer account, completed enrollment by finalizing the payment and uploading my Passport, yet there has not been any correspondence or approval since 8 days and the dashboard still shows I need to complete the payment to enroll, while I have a transaction in my bank account and received the invoice+confirmation. Not getting any response via phone or email contact. Where can I reach out / what can I do? It's quite annoying as we're losing momentum.

App Review Stuck in “In Review” for Several (15) Days – Unable to Release (App ID: 676214516)
Hello, My app Wecheerup 360 Booth (App ID: 676214516, bundle ID: com.wecheerup.wecheerup360booth.ios) has been stuck in the App Review process for longer than expected. Version 1.0.3 was submitted on April 13, 2026 and has been in “In Review” status for over 15 days. There are no messages in the Resolution Center and all metadata appears to be complete on my side.

Enrollment Pending more than 2 days after ID upload and successful payment
Hello, I recently enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and successfully completed the payment. Afterward, I received an email requesting identity verification documents, which I have already uploaded. It has now been over the stated 2 business days, but my account status has not been updated. Furthermore, when I log into the Apple Developer portal, it still prompts me to "Complete Enrollment" and asks me to pay the fee again. Because of this, I am unsure if the Enrollment ID currently displayed on my account is the same one from when I originally completed the payment. For your reference to help investigate: Current Enrollment ID: P2N3MR4UDN Order Number: W1498763945 Note: My credit card statement already shows that the payment was charged successfully. Please kindly look into this for me and let me know if everything is on track. Thank you so much for your time and help.

Help: Nowhere to Re-Enroll Apple Developer Account
Dear Apple Community, I have the below notification to re-enroll for Apple Developer account, but there is not button in any of these areas. I am looking for urgent help. Apple have not responded to my email requests. I am desperate for assistance. "Your Apple Developer Program membership has expired. Any apps you had on the App Store are no longer available for download and you can no longer access membership benefits. If you’d like to renew your membership to reinstate your apps and membership benefits, open the Apple Developer app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Sign in to your account, tap/click Renew, and follow the prompts.If you agreed to the Paid Applications Agreement, you’ll need to agree to it again after renewal in the Business section of App Store Connect." Unable to submit app – Part XX ITA compliance still required even after completing tax info
Hey everyone, I’m trying to submit an app for review in App Store Connect, but I keep getting blocked with this message: “To submit new apps or avoid potential payment blocks, add compliance information for Part XX of the Income Tax Act (ITA).” The issue is, I’ve already completed all the required agreements and tax info. Here’s my current setup: Paid Apps Agreement: Active Banking & Tax: Completed Apple Small Business Program: Approved This is not my first app (I’ve submitted apps before with no issue) But I’m still unable to proceed with submission because of this ITA requirement. I’ve checked everywhere in App Store Connect and I’m not seeing anything else to fill out. Has anyone else run into this recently? Is there a specific section I might be missing, or is this likely a bug? Appreciate any help 🙏 Same issue here: case ID is 102880951820 case ID is 102858275538. I have sent out 2 complaints, no changes yet

However, the status remains ‘Pending’ ‘Your enrollment is being processed’ and I have not received any further instructions or payment link. This delay is significantly impacting our project timeline and business launch. I have tried to contact support via emails without success. Verification of Account - NOT WORKING
Our Account Holder has requested transfer of Account Holder to me. This transfer needs me to verify my account on the developer app. I am based in South Africa, its only giving me drivers license option to verify, but it keeps failing, no matter what i do. I urgently need help with this, my apps are not being able to be updated or anything. Please can anyone help and guide me. I have created numerous support requests and call back, without success.

It has been 8 days. Developer enrollment is still being processed.
I have raised multiple tickets for the same on developer enrollment. There's no one to get back on the status. I have submitted all documents as requested, and was acknowledged of the same. Yet it's been more than a week, and I have no status update and no email from the developer enrollment team. My enrollment ID is M5B36N5PJ9. Kindly look into this at the earliest. This is not the experience I expected from Apple. Best

On April 23, 2026, I submitted the requested verification documents and received a confirmation email stating that they would be reviewed and I would get a follow-up within two business days. However, today is April 29, 2026. Excluding the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), it has been 4 full business days since my submission, and I still haven't received any response or update regarding my account status. My project timeline is currently blocked by this delay, and I urgently need this account to be activated. URGENT! Unable to Renew Apple Developer Program No Renewal Option Available (Blocking Production Apps)
We have an active business-critical issue and need immediate assistance. Our Apple Developer Program membership for Tolemar LLC expired on April 22, 2026, and we are attempting to renew it immediately. However, there is no available method to complete the renewal. Current situation: • No “Renew” option is visible in the Apple Developer Membership section • No renewal prompt appears in the Apple Developer app (iOS or macOS) • No renewal option is available in App Store Connect • The membership is not listed under Apple ID Subscriptions • We are logged in as the Account Holder using the correct Apple ID • Multiple devices and browsers have been tested with the same result Impact: • All apps are currently unavailable on the App Store • We cannot push updates or manage existing applications • Agreements cannot be accepted due to expired membership status • This is actively impacting production systems and business operations This appears to be a system-level issue preventing renewal, not a user error. Request: We need one of the following immediately: • A direct renewal/payment link for the Apple Developer Program • Manual renewal triggered by Apple • Escalation to the appropriate team to resolve the blocked renewal state We are ready to complete payment immediately. Ongoing Enrollment Delay for Over 3 Months – Repeated Document Requests and No Resolution
Hello, I am writing to express my frustration regarding my Apple Developer Program enrollment, which has now been ongoing for over 3 months without resolution. Since my initial application, I have been asked to provide more than 20 different documents in multiple stages. I have promptly submitted every single document requested, without delay, each time. Despite this, my enrollment status is still showing as “In Progress,” and I have not received any clear timeline or final decision. This process has become extremely exhausting and inefficient. Continuously requesting additional documents over such a long period, without concluding the review, is not a reasonable experience. At this point, I kindly but firmly request that: My application be reviewed in full without further unnecessary delays A final decision be made as soon as possible Any remaining requirements (if truly necessary) be clearly communicated all at once I have done everything required on my end, and I expect the same level of efficiency and clarity from Apple. Apple DEV Account Still Pending
Hello Apple, Just subsribed to the DEV Program and paid the $99 fee. But my account still says pending and to complete enrollment. Do I simply need to wait 1-2 business days before we can begin deploying our app? Please advise. Thank you, Ken
