Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this: According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team. There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says: If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program. So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this: Log on to Developer > Account. Select the correct team at the top right. Scroll down to the “Membership details” section. Look at the “Enrolled as” field. If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below. If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership. If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us. Would anyone help why my account got terminated. I checked my app & it had simple text pricing typo should not be grounds for account termination. Even i made a typo in iap price the price of product on apple server was correct & when user try to buy item the correct price is loaded from apple sever. Background: Set up developer account under a business name only because we needed the D-U-N-S number when starting development Have a working app with Family Controls already configured on the main identifier Yesterday my developer discovered we need Family Controls on 3 additional identifiers for launch a week ago (terrible timing) I submitted a business name change request thinking it was good housekeeping The Crisis: Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles portal is completely locked during business name change processing Can’t add Family Controls to the 3 identifiers we need for launch Business name change typically takes 2-4 weeks Launch is in 10 days What I’ve Done: Contacted Apple Developer Support explaining the urgency Case ID: 102633553000 for the name change request Desperate Questions: Has ANYONE successfully cancelled a business name change mid-process for urgent app needs? Any emergency escalation paths at Apple for launch-blocking issues? Would creating a new developer account be faster? (Though that seems nuclear) Any other workarounds I’m not thinking of? The business name change was purely administrative - nothing structural changes. But these identifier updates are absolutely critical for launch functionality and we didn’t realize they were needed until trying to launch into testflight. After contacting Apple Support regarding MDM support for my Apple Developer Account, I received a link for my MDM request. The form in the link however requests for my Apple ID which seems to only be possible if I have an App on the AppStore. Considering I am only building an MDM Server I can not provide an Apple ID for this purpose. I have tried explaining this to the AppleSupport contact but I'm not getting any real result. I would appreciate any suggestions or support from this forum. I specifically require access to the MDM Vendor CSR Signing Certificate so that I can generate the APNs MDM Push Certificate needed for our MDM server to communicate with Apple devices.

I enrolled years ago and abandoned my app project. I'm trying again now to port a web app I already created but I no longer live in the U.S. Like many countries in the global south, Costa Rica does not have physical addresses. My ID here does not have an address on it. We don't have postal services, not like in western countries. Our bank statements don't have addresses on them: because we don't have addresses. My utility bill is in my wife's name and so is my phone and internet. Yet I'm being asked to provide these details I cannot provide. I cannot pay for a developer subscription otherwise because my card is from a bank here, not the U.S. I also need my developer account to be FROM here so that any business org I create is also FROM here. What can I do? They're asking me for: A photocopy of your valid (not expired) government-issued identification showing the new address • A recent change-of-address document filed with your local postal service • A document from your local registration office showing the new address • A recent utility bill, bank statement, or a letter from a government agency that shows your name and new address

First of all, I found that after upgrading to this version, my phone gets extremely hot in the background (I upgraded to this version yesterday, and I was using iOS 18.6 before yesterday). I am posting here to express my significant concern regarding the excessive time my Apple Developer Program account application has been held under review. It has now been over a month. This application is for a non-profit church service app. I have provided every single piece of documentation requested—and then some. It honestly feels like I've submitted enough information that if they asked for the original blueprint of the church building, I could hand that over too. The entire process is currently stalled, preventing a service-oriented application from being deployed and ultimately hindering our outreach efforts. Has anyone else experienced a review period this long for a clear-cut non-profit application? More directly, to the Apple Developer Team: What is the current expected timeframe for approval, and why is this particular application still pending after more than 30 days, despite comprehensive documentation? This delay is beyond frustrating and needs an immediate resolution.

Hi, We're trying to renew our subscription as we've always done before. But somehow all our credit cards were rejected. We've tried changing to different cards but with no success. The error message we get is: We are unable to complete your order. There was an issue processing your order. Verify that your information is correct and try again. If you need further assistance, contact us. If you'd please be so kind as to help us figure this out. We don't know what the issue is exactly. And we got an email saying: To avoid a delay in receiving your order, contact us via the Developer page to change your payment information. If after 4 days we're still unable to process your payment, your order will be canceled. You may contact your card provider to find more information. We've tried the developer app as suggested and that didn't work as well. We got the following error: We've sent a reply in the emails we got but there were no answers and every method you propose does not seem to tell us why 4 credit cards from 3 different countries were all rejected. It’s very frustrating when in a feedback I specify that I cannot reliably reproduce it and the feedback gets closed with the message “Since this issue cannot be reproduced, this report has been closed”, e.g. FB18985938. Is Apple not interested in hearing about issues that cannot be reliably reproduced? Many issues unfortunately depend on a variety of factors and it’s often impossible for third-party developers or users to figure out how to reliably reproduce them. Usually these kind of issues get addressed by e.g. adding more logging so that the next time it happens it's easier to find out what's causing it. Then the last part of the message “Please file a new report with a sysdiagnose if you encounter this issue again” sounds like I’m being teased, because what use is a new sysdiagnose if I still cannot reproduce it reliably? It will just be closed like the last one. I created FB20595673 for this issue.
