apple pencil battery life

So since I bought my iPhone xs at launch, it had pretty good battery life but after the first update, it all went downhill. Since then every update just made it worse and now I wanted to try ios 13, since it's almost time to release so most of the bugs are fixes, Beta 6 was bad and my phone drained even more, but now beta 7 is awesome, battery life is back to normal (At least lot of better than before and almost like when I bought it). So hopefully they don't change this for official release.

As a web developer i would like to know, if apple pencil is connected to device in safari(using JavaScript). And understand when apple pencil is disconnected.

Being able to scroll with the Pencil no longer works in 9.3 so rolled it back to 9.2 and it works again. Hopefully a bug.

15.5 beta 3 does not recognize Apple Pencil. (iPad Pro 12.9 M1) Apple Pencil is connected but iPad does bot respond Pencil action. “Forget Apple Pencil”, iPad cannot detect Pencil.

Inside my playground I have implemented a drawing canvas using PencilKit where you could use your fingers to draw, but also an Apple Pencil. I am asking if the reviewer is allowed to use the Pencil if they have one attached to their iPad.All responses are much appreciated ☺!

one key item is that after a workout the green light on the bottom of the watch stays on and never shuts off.
