Drawing Pad & Pencil for MacBook and iMac Computers
Hello my fellow apple enjoyers my name is Jackson. I have an idea to share with you today that utilises existing apple hardware as well as slightly designing a new product. My idea is a sketch pad for MacBooks / iMacs, this idea will include a digital sketch pad that can connect to your computer via Bluetooth or wire, possibly varying in sizes (maybe a 10x10 inch and a more rectangle one) and it will let you to use the Apple Pencil to allow you to sketch notes, draw and use with Adobe programs such as photoshop, premiere pro, light room and after effects Just a simple idea that I think would be awesome to see come to life and will be an awesome product for the more creative people that like the bigger iPad Pro and pencil combos!

Reply to iOS 9 Beta battery life
I found that using multiple apps that require location is a real battery drainer (e.g. Maps and FindFriends both actve).I suspect that my Home Screen usage may be related to adding FindFriends in the notification panel. In the past, battery life tends to get better as the Beta releases progress.

Reply to iOS 14 Beta Battery drain on iPhone 6s
Installed the 14.2 on i6s last night due to some app require newer iOS. Bad mistake, now I simply see the battery drain as crazy. The battery life shows 89% ...but drops 10x quicker with all track ing, background, push, reporting etc. shut off. There need be class action against Apple forcing you upgrade by require new iOS for older iPhone to use App., then kills it with latest iOS.

Reply to microphone recording in background
We would like to reduce battery usage. Recording continuously will quickly drain the battery, and we only need a few seconds every few minutes. There is no good way to do this. The audio background support only allows you to continue using an audio session that you created in the foreground; it does not allow you to start a session from the background. To reduce battery life you’d have to stop the session so that you can go idle (or, better yet, suspend) but then you can’t start it again.Share and Enjoy — Quinn “The Eskimo!” Apple Developer Relations, Developer Technical Support, Core OS/Hardware let myEmail = eskimo + 1 + @apple.com

Reply to iOS 18.1.1 Share button not working
I have the same share button issue on various apps as well. e.g. Photos app . Already reinstalled the firmware via iTunes but did not fix the issue. In addition to that, freezing issues, battery temperature increased and battery life decreased despite 100% battery health status. I believe these are related with ios 18.1.1 as I started to experience those right after the ios update.

Reply to WatchOS 2 b5 ok to install?
I've had good experience with b5. Excellent battery life (YMMV) - about 18-20 hours. Also, Apple Pay works nicely. Some wonkiness with Wallet (not displaying) and some random restart issues, but definitely usable for app testing and everyday usage. Just hoping for the next update soon.

Reply to iOS 14 Beta Battery drain on iPhone 6s
I have an iPhone 6s & had the same problem. I’ve read numerous articles on how to save battery life and have implemented all of them. I downloaded 14.2 & it seemed okay. Then one day, after a 100% recharge, I set it down & didn’t use it all day. When I picked it up, it was at 1%!!! I looked at battery life & Siri had used 100%!!! I had it set up to access Siri only when you pressed the home button. I undid anything related to Siri. I did some of the tips suggested on this forum, except factory reset. Finally, I turned her completely off. My phone is back to normal. I miss her but I had to chose between her & battery life. I understand that 14.3 has been released & unless it has addressed some of these problems, I will not take the update. However, I will keep this phone until it completely dies, any apps that quit working will be deleted. (& in the meantime I should start saving my money for a new iPhone.....unless an other &
