“apple pencil charging”

I'm working on a catalyst video editor and I'm using my wacom graphic tablet to work. The wacom input gets translated into a pencil touch. Whenever I hold down a modifier (shift, cmd etc) the touch gets ended and also ends all gestures. The mouse (indirectPointer touch) doesn't exhibit this kind of behavior. Is this expected behavior? If so is there a way to opt out? Any way to prevent this? This basically makes the typical transform gestures impossible to do when using the graphic tablet.

Can you charge users for using mapkit in your app? I want to make a guide app where a lot is based on the map with routes and places etc. If the users want to use maps, then I would charge them and remove ads etc. Am I allowed to charge them?

Have any1 experience that your power bar, even though indicating charging, but its not increasing in terms of percentage while using wireless charging mode?Example, u started charging at 80%, 30min its still 80% charging, until you turn off the phone and restart it, it will show maybe 85% charged.

THe Apple Pencil is unuseable as it does not communicate/sync via Bluetooth.When connected through USB it is detected but does not sync.This started to happen in this ios build.

I’ve registed for Developer Program on Friday, Apple immidiately charged my credit card for $99, but initially I didn’t get invoice. After call Apple I’ve got the invoice, but I still don’t have an access to developer program, and see the message in my account: “Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process.” Basically, right now Apple charged me $99, but didn’t provide access to Dev program. Is there anyone that can help me?
