Hello, I am facing a recurring issue during the review process of my app, FlexicX, and I am struggling to understand the exact concerns raised by the App Store Review Team under Guideline 4.3. Each time I submit my app, I receive a response stating that it duplicates the content and functionality of other apps already on the App Store and is therefore considered a form of spam. However, no specific examples or comparisons are provided to help me understand which parts of my app are considered problematic or why. Hello everyone, I'm stuck here, i have developed an app, and i keep getting from Apple Guideline 4.3(a) - Design - Spam - We continue to notice that your app shares a similar binary, metadata, and/or concept as apps submitted to the App Store by other developers, with only minor differences. As i was looking around this seems to be so much an issue now for many people and i don't understand why. My app which is approved in Android already it have an unique design built my own, and the most important the content (in this case futures crypto signals) are created by my own strategy, so it can be no where else found. I literally have no idea what to do next, i don't want to do major changes because i don't believe the app looks similar to any other app and for the reason that its already in Google Play Store i don't want to do major UI design. Hi everyone, I’ve been reading Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines, especially the part about avoiding similar or duplicate apps (Section 4.3 on Spam). I noticed that the apps 航旅纵横 and 航旅纵横 Pro are both on the App Store. From what I can see, the two apps have some overlapping features, but the Pro version adds a few extra ones. I'm looking to distribute multiple versions of an iOS app, each customized with different branding for various clients. I understand that for public App Store submissions, guideline 4.3(a) prohibits multiple Bundle IDs of the same app to prevent spam. My question: Do these same restrictions apply to Custom App Distribution (unlisted apps)? Is it permissible to submit multiple white-labeled versions of the same core app through Custom App Distribution? It has been over a month since we first attempted to update our app. The issue we wanted to resolve is a bug that prevents in-app purchases from functioning properly.
