Reply to Apple Developer Program Enroll Fail
I am unable to enroll in the Apple Developer Program the error message is We are unable to process your request. An unknown error occurred. I have tried two different email addresses I have and the error happens all of the time. I have tried both Edge and Safari, both have the same error.

For the last few weeks, I am struggling with the enrollment process. I have raised 4 support requests through https://developer.apple.com/contact/topic/SC1101/subtopic/30006/solution/select . I haven't received a proper response from apple. The only mail which I have received for my complaint says- Overall, how satisfied were you with your recent Apple Support experience? . How can I solve this issue?

Can you be more specific about your issue? I had an issue recently with the browser displaying We are unable to process your request. And I fixed it by updating my all of my apple id info so that it is up-to-date. Probably, Apple detected some inconsistency with my apple id, and in fact, they were right. My phone number and trusted device were outdated.

Upload of .ipa using Transporter fails with error "Unable to process validateMetadata request at this time due to a general error (1019)"
I am attempting to upload a .ipa for an update of an iOS phone app we have developed, it's a really plain vanilla app, no watch or share extensions or anything like that.I've recently switched to using Transporter to upload apps, as I've generally found this more stable than using XCode (used to use Application Loader, but that's obsolete). This morning when trying to upload the app, it failed with the error message:> Unable to process validateMetadata request at this time due to a general error (1019)I suspect that this is just a temporary outage on the AppStore webservices side, but couldn't find anything in the forums specifically about this issue.For the record, the complete delivery log from Transporter is:[2020-04-08 09:45:53 AEST] INFO: Configuring logging... Reply to No iTunes Connect access for the team
I tried *every* possible solution. It doesn't work. Application Loader won't log in either. When I try to log in with AL, it gives a strange error unable to process authenticateWithArguments request at this time due to a general error.I'm trying to stay calm but I am really, really frustrated.

Same here from Nepal too. I always get: We are unable to process your request. An unknown error occurred. I have contacted them so many times, they replied the first time and told me to try again. But now they don't even reply, even if I create new tickets to communicate with them. Never expected this from Apple support

Yes, I'm also experiencing the same error on multiple devices and accounts. One says Unable to process your request. Try again later., the other says Your request couldn't be completed. Try again later. I've checked Apple System Status page and all seems fine with Sandbox. Edit: Feedback filed here FB17437891
