Reply to Rejected - Guideline 4.2 - Minimal functionality
I would disagree with KMT on his first reply. If Apple felt your app was too similar to existing apps that would have rejected it with 4.1 Copycats. I would just keep following up with them. It might not be clear to the reviewer that there are multiple levels depending how the user progresses through the game. I had 4.2 rejection for a simple utility app and I just kept adding features until they finally approved it.

Reply to Illegal music teaching apps?
All I was doing was referencing your original post. You specifically said 'live video/audio teaching tutorials of a real teacher'. I don't know what that entails. But if someone posts your video on YouTube, you can have that video removed because it is your property. I can't comment on any material that might be portrayed in your video and what the legal implications of that might be. If you have the right to convey the material in that video, then you don't have to worry about someone posting the video on YouTube. You can have said video removed. A copyright violation of your video would not put you in violation of any rights you legally exercised when making and distributing the video via your own, authorized channels. All you have to do is make a good faith effort to remove any such copyright violations when they occur.I can't comment on the actions of other developers. Clearly, there are many developers in many places who are about to push out a tremendous amount of content in little or no time. Maybe it

App 4.1 Design: Copycats (Game)
Resolution CenterMessageHello,Thank you for providing additional information.Regarding 4.1, we continue to find your app is closely resembling Dead Space. While we under stand your app is implementing different UI, story and character, it is not appropriate for apps to leverage any copyrighted properties. You may attach documentary evidence in the App Review Information section in App Store Connect. In accordance with section 3.2(f) of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement, you acknowledge that submitting falsified or fraudulent documentation can result in the termination of your Apple Developer Program account and the removal of your apps from the App Store. Once Legal has reviewed your documentation and confirms its validity, we will proceed with the review of your app.Best regards,App Store Review////////////////////////////////////I already got reject for 2 times. and already submit an appeal for 2 weeks+.I do understand what reviewer want but the problem is I create my own model & story &

App rejected Guideline 4.1 Design Copycats
Dear all, I have been working for a year and invested a lot of money for creating a kind of a fantasy league related to football. I checked with a lawyer before starting the App development and he told me that if the game is free there shouldn't be any problem with the football team licenses, specially if we republish sports results (already published in all the international media). Obviously we use real football team shields, as we comply both conditions (free App and republish sports results).I have also checked other Apps in App Store and there are a lot of Apps including the same shields that I'm being told to remove from my App. I don't think all of them have any license from the FIFA or UEFA or any particular team. This is the answer I received from Apple:Guideline 4.1 - Design - CopycatsYour app or its metadata appears to contain misleading content.Specifically, your app includes content that resembles one or multiple third-party sport teams and/or leagues. It's a Freemium app, where we publish real res

Reply to Issue with 2.1 Intellectual Property section on only one app
I don'tb think this has anything to do with company name. I published several apps which names have not the slightest resemblance with the company name. So, you should find what else is infringing or riking to infringe 2.1.5.2.1 states:5.2.1 Generally: Don’t use protected third-party material such as trademarks, copyrighted works, or patented ideas in your app without permission, and don’t include misleading, false, or copycat representations, names, or metadata in your app bundle or developer name. Apps should be submitted by the person or legal entity that owns or has licensed the intellectual property and other relevant rights and is responsible for offering any services provided by the app.You said that One of them happens to be similar to UberAre you sure not to infringe any patented idea here ?

Reply to App rejected because The company names associated with your app do not reflect a recognized institution
Here is 5.2.1:5.2.1 Generally: Don’t use protected third-party material such as trademarks, copyrighted works, or patented ideas in your app without permission, and don’t include misleading, false, or copycat representations, names, or metadata in your app bundle or developer name. Apps should be submitted by the person or legal entity that owns or has licensed the intellectual property and other relevant rights and is responsible for offering any services provided by the app.Who owns the data you are using for the coronavirus? If it is not copyright protected, or if it is explicitly available for your use, then appeal to App Review stating why you have the right to use the data.(I do not think the problem is that last is responsible for offering any services provided by the app.)
