“testflight the requested app is not avaliable”

I'm in the same boat. Really trying to launch ASAP for a client then this happens the first time I try to submit the app.

Your paid developer account lets you update all of your apps anytime at no additional charge.

Is this something I am missing in the forum rules or developer program rules to this effect? Seems kind of ridiculous to ask to censor such a thread/conversation, especially when other devs' apps functioning or not on the new beta can be helpful to devs in many ways, directly and indirectly.

Every time they update their legal agreement we have the same problem! If you are the one who accepted within the first day, then you're stuck. You have to wait s few days and then call support if this isn't fixed automatically. Good luck!

I hope to god that it doesn't. I've just spent 6 months developing a Newsstand app for a company and they love it.

Same issue. I agreed to the new agreements and paid the $99 since I presume my last years account expired. Says order was processed and will be electronically delivered but haven't recieved any emails other than the order email. That was two hours ago and still doesn't show that Im an active developer when I try to download iOS or OS X. Not sure I need to keep waiting or if maybe my order got stuck in limbo during the initial launch of the new program? My card was charged.And if I try to re-enroll again, after entering in my info it says, We are unable to process your request. An unknown error occurred.
