After multiple resubmissions, the guideline violation(s) detailed to you in prior correspondence remain unresolved. 作为第一次提交app的开发者，apple一直重复说app包含隐藏色情，然后我一直修改配合审查，但是由于apple不告诉我具体那里违规，我只能不断尝试修改可能导致有色情内容的地方，包括app名字 移除可能的功能模块，这样持续了一个月。直到昨天，说要暂停我资格，因为我多次提交而没有解决问题，我觉得这样就非常离谱。我一直在修改解决违法规则问题，而不是尝试逃避 隐藏。但是apple以我多次提交没有解决问题为由就要暂停我的资格。 我已经提交申述，不知道会不会有结果。

The mail server "Your domain" is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account info in Mail settings. Unable to create a secure connection to the server ("bad certificate format" -9,808). this is the error message I get ever since updating to the latest beta program. All of a sudden, I cannot get mail on my iPhone using Mac mail.. I deleted the account and reinstalled it and things worked for about five minutes and then defaulted back to this error. All searches online have pretty much led to a dead end. It appears that this has been a 6 to 8 week problem that Apple is aware of, but has not fixed for some bizarre reason It’s hard to fathom how many people use an iPhone for business and are missing correspondence unless they log into webmail or get to a computer emailing from the phone can send but very slowly and fail. Downloading any new messages i’ve tried a couple tricks that I saw online by changing the prefix of the inbox, giving it a slash or a inbox name that didn’t work. I’ve toggled the airplane mode. I’ve rebooted the phone pretty much tried everything and nothing is working. It’s clearly an Apple developer issue that shouldn’t take eight weeks to solve even in a beta Please help if anyone has fixed this or found a runaround. Let me know. Happy to try it.

iPad Pro 13 M4 is stuck at 99% for 40 hours.

I have noticed that some apps, like Joe & the Juice or espresso house, require an immediate login/signup before using the app's features. You sign up and login with your phone number on their app's, and they are allowed on the app store. I have created an ice cream shop app for a local ice cream shop, and you have to login with your e-mail, but apple is rejecting that app stating that users have to be able to roam freely on the app to use features that are not required to login/signup before checking out. So I'm wondering why they are allowed to have that when mine does the same and isn't, is it because they use phone numbers and I use e-mails or is it something else. E.g. The McDonald's app uses e-mail as registration, but you can roam the app before you have to login when you want to buy something. Is that just a coincidence? I'm just missing the picture here, because I want to know if I just have to change my registration process or change, so users can use the app freely until they have to use features which require login/signup? Hi, when I try to download app from app store then it says that your account is not yet used to need to review, and after procedding it asks for basic details, that I have filled already, but when I click on submit then it shows error on the already filled fields. This happened to me few days back as well, and today when I retry then the output is same.

Hello, we are building an app to limit children's screen time and using Screen Time API. We found bug on the screen where the user selects app category and apps, if the user selects Other category, the screen will crash (he will be empty, but if you reload screen, it will show apps again as usual). We hope that Apple will fix it someday, but we are trying to notify our users about this problem, and the problem is that we don't know what the user selects on Apple screen with apps till the user clicks Save or Done. But we need to notify him either when he clicks on the Other category or when he faces crash of this screen. We want to show a pop-up to user with explanation why screen crashed.

Hi everyone, I want to share my experience setting up an organization developer account with Apple. I’ve heard many horror stories about how tough it can be, but I didn’t think I’d experience it myself until now. I started the process to create an organization developer account 4 months ago so I could publish my game on the App Store. Completing a game is already hard enough, but my account has been stuck in the "pending" state for all these months. I’ve sent over 20 emails through their contact page and even scheduled calls with their support team, but I’ve been ignored. All I get are automated responses. I tried starting fresh by abandoning the registration and using another email to create a new account. This time, Apple responded but only to cancel the new registration, saying I already have one in progress. I replied, asking why my original registration is still pending, and once again, I was ignored. At this point, I’m exhausted. If anyone sees this and can help, I’d really appreciate it. And if someone from Apple comes across this, please respond it would mean a lot. Thanks, and good luck to anyone going through something similar.

I've started building an app that uses NFC to communicate towards a device. The initial communication is being triggered as intended, the last step of authentication is sent the connection seems to drop with the message: -[_NFCardSession validateReceivedAPDU:]:236 Invalid ISO7816 APDU detected, (null) The same response has been validated on an Android device and the process works fine there, but .readerDeselected is triggered instead of .received with cardAPDU. Any way to see which part of the validation that fails? Best regards

I'm creating an app using CoreNFC to communicate with a device. Initial communication works as intended, but the last response from the device fails after authentication is finished. When I respond with the last response in my .received(): try await cardAPDU.respond(response: responseAPDU) It goes through, but then .readerDeselected is triggered. Looking in the more detailed errors in console is see the following: -[_NFCardSession validateReceivedAPDU:]:236 Invalid ISO7816 APDU detected, (null) Note: The same behviour works as intended on Android, so the response should be fine from the device.

Our company application uses callkit for livestream but is not available in china which make Apple not to approve the app. can any one help with what i can do. The live stream is one of the key feature of the app. Or is it possible to restrict download from china

Hi, since the recent 18.1.1 update I’ve lost the ability to pin chats/group chats. I cannot see the pin option and a previous group chat that I had pinned has now been unpinned. Has anyone else come across this or know how to fix it? Thanks in advance

On my MBP, I have two accounts, my main account and the "clean" account. (To simulate being a "normal" user, or for debugging purposes.) The "clean" account has no trouble connecting to my company WiFi, which uses a radius server. I'm not sure of the exact WiFi settings, but I could look it up in it really matters. My normal account can't connect to the server, in a really bizarre way. Every time I attempt to connected, it goes through the following steps Asks for a user name and password, as if I hadn't previously asked to store them. Asks me to import the certificate for the radius server, as if I can't see it list in Keychain Access. Among existing keys to use to use for the connection, it only lists my Developer Certificate keys. After going through all that and possibly entering my network username and password one more time, the WiFi bars in the status area are all lit up as if I'm connected. However, if you look at the network list underneath it, you see the indefinite progress indicator percolating next to the network name instead of WiFi bars, and I don't actually have access. After a while of that (at least 30 seconds if not longer), the situation flips. The bars next to the network name in the drop-down become sold active color, as if I'm connecting, but the WiFi bars in the status area start moving up and down as if connecting. I still have no network. Eventually, it disconnects, and reverts to whatever other network it can find. If I login to both accounts, connect from the "clean" account, and then fast user switch to my main account, the network disconnects. I don't know if that's a feature or a bug. Does anybody have any ideas on what could be going wrong and how to fix it? Or even ideas and how to debug what it's doing while spinning like crazy at me? Thanks!

I'm encountering an issue with HealthKit permissions and would appreciate some guidance: In my app's previous version, I granted write permissions for HKObjectType.workoutType() via the WatchKitExtension. Now, in the upcoming version, I'm trying to request read permissions for both HKObjectType.workoutType() and HKSeriesType.workoutRoute() via the iOS app. However, after granting access: The read permissions for Workout and Workout Route don't show up under Settings -> Health -> Data and Access -> [My App]. The Workout Route permission status remains notDetermined, even though I selected "Allow" when prompted. Interestingly, if I request the same permissions via the WatchKitExtension, everything works as expected, and the issue doesn't occur. Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have insights into why this might be happening? Could it be related to requesting permissions from the iOS app instead of the WatchKitExtension?

On an Intel Mac, in Photos show the information window, then click + to add a face circle. Enlarge the view, then drag to position the circle. The position and size of the circle are unstable, as is text typed into the Name field of the circle. Try to type a name in the name text field. Sometimes the text disappears, then later reappears. The reappearing text can be from various bits of text that previously were typed. In expanded view sometimes dragging the circle causes Photos to crash, more often the circle jumps to some position other than where it was dragged, or where it was before dragging. While dragging to move the entire circle can cause the circle to jump to unpredictable locations or crash, making the circle larger or smaller does not cause a crash, so long as the position is not changed. In some cases the new location to which the circle jumps can be outside the pane that contains the photo's image. This seems to resemble the bug enabling CVE-2024-11691: Out-of-bounds write in Apple GPU drivers via WebGL. That bug is said to involve WebGL operations on Apple silicon M series devices, and thus only affect Apple M series hardware. In contrast, the bug I am reporting occurs in Intel code on my MaPro7,1 with AMD gpu, and seems not present on my M1 MaBookPro. I have sent many automatically generated crash reports, and Feedbacks with extensive System Diagnostics etc reports. I have been sending such feedback a long time (years?) through several iterations of macOS. I tried to open a case with standard Apple support. I was told I could not because I am using beta software (macOS 115.2 Beta (24C5089c)), and that I should work through the developer program. So here I am. I think this bug should get more attention. Please advise me if there is a better way or place to post this.

I "upgraded" to 18.1 and then 18.2 and have been experiencing repeated mail errors on my phone. Numerous calls to Apple, restarting, removing, adding etc. Apple thought it is a gmail server issue but now I think it is an IOS issue. This is very very frustrating....any other simple solutions other than changing back to a 17 version?

I’ve not been able to save stickers ever since getting the iPhone 16. I can long click a picture and click “add sticker” but it only stays for a bout a second and disappears. Alternatively I can use the ”add sticker button” on the stickers widget and It will stay while the widget is open but does not remain ready for use. I bought a new 16 pro, tried to transfer by transfer on first startup from 15 pro max all data. I have 15 pro max on 18.2 beta. During the transfer process it requested an upgrade on the 16 pro to the beta. Now when I try to swipe up it doesn't open the code screen, as if I bring my finger to some part of the screen and the shutter immediately bounces back, for a split second I see the unlock screen with keyboard. (The screen and touchscreen were fine). The phone is getting very warm, charging. I never finished the transfer from the old iPhone. It turned out during the migration I got to the stage where it asked to upgrade to the beta version. I agreed, the phone updated and got this. Macbook can't see the new iPhone. Dynamic Island shows a closed lock at the top. Hard reset doesn't help, the problem persists. What to do? https://youtu.be/Q8JZRdg2gms

Finder only shows the iCloud tabs and not the others. How can I fix this? Is there a way to reset Finder?
