Hello, I am a solo developer creating a scheduling app. As shown in the attached image, my app displays a red warning message when the user is offline, advising them to go online to log in. However, Apple has rejected my app because the buttons in this state are unresponsive. Is there something I might have missed? If anyone knows the solution, I would greatly appreciate your response. When the button is pressed while offline, I tried displaying a toast message, but the app was still rejected. At this point, I’m feeling hopeless and unsure of what to do next.

i was update my iPhone 15 pro max on IOS 18.2 beta versio. I am fasing the issu. When i am playing Pubg Game, the notification always Come down and game stop. And when i try to On “Guided Access” the Guided access also not workin. Plzzz fix it. And i have another issue with iPhone when i open any app or any documents its very difficult to Go Back. i have to use left hand to go back or always Use Both hands. If it’s possible the “Go Back” option is available on both left and right side. right hander also easily use iPhone on One hand. give us a option “Go Back” option on Right also. Its very easy for us. Hi, I have built an app for my company where we are providing users to purchase our food bars via the app and then what they purchase , we will deliver to people in conflict effected or disaster effected areas. The purchase is done via stripe and apple pay. The food bars are made of Spirulina and is full of energy and protein. Currently this is available via our web platform. My app was rejected as my company is not a recognized non profit. I would like to know how I can get my app approved. The only viable option given for me via app review was to take my payment screen to a web platform as donations. However I would like to know if the issue is that the app is making users believe they are donating, by me changing the wordings, images , and structure of the app to ensure users know that they are purchasing the food bars and we are only delivering, will is help is app being approved by app store review.

Hello all, I recently submitted my app to the App Store, but it was rejected due to the "design spam" guideline, stating that it duplicates content and functionality in the saturated astrology category. My app primarily focuses on astrology but includes a unique AI-powered feature that I believe differentiates it from others in the category. Specifically, it leverages AI to provide highly personalized insights and interactive features that go beyond typical horoscope apps. Also it has a social media side that let people communicate and discuss about astrology. How can I better communicate my app’s unique value to the App Review team? Are there specific design or content tweaks that could help it stand out more clearly? Has anyone successfully appealed a similar rejection? If so, what approach worked for you?

My app is an alarm app, but if I deny the alarm permission, it goes to the settings page. Will this be a problem? Apple's review process has been rejecting things that previously had no problems in various cases, and it's a bit embarrassing and makes it difficult for me.

Has anyone been in the same situation? Can someone let me know where I should go to look for support? I'm desperate :( This has put us into a very harsh situation. We don't know whether we should continue waiting for it or we should just give up. We were eager to launch the service, then all of a sudden, our enrollment was revoked. The app was there in App Store, but no bugs could be fixed as the update was no longer an option. 3 months, 1 project we truly put our heart into, and multiple people worried about their job positions. We have sent dozens of emails, tried to connect probably 100 hundred times (they never worked but for some reason, if I call from my own account, it always works).

The problem of claiming that the splash screen is frozen is frustrating because it cannot be reproduced. I also took a video and delivered it, and I'm really trying my best, but I don't know how. If you are developing in Flutter and receive feedback that it is stuck on the splash screen, can you get help on how to resolve it? What I found out through searching is to build it in the shell as follows: sudo rm -rf $HOME/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData/* && cd ~/Projects/myproject && flutter clean && flutter pub get && cd ios && rm -rf Podfile.lock Pods && pod install && cd .. && flutter build ios --release and xcode -> archive -> apple upload. Even if I upload like this, there is a splash problem sometimes and I don't know what to do.

There is zero benefit to shrinking the video when scrubbing through it, absolutely barmy idea - please revert this to how it was pre ios18, it's infuriating Also, voice notes - why do we now have to open the app to access them? Before, the whole app was accessible in the quick menu, now it isn't

I deleted an app off of my screen and from my app library and cannot get it back. I also added face ID only to get in. The only way that I can get to the app is from the app store by searching it up and pressing open. I cannot search it on the home screen or app library. I’ve been on settings>general>iPhone storage>hidden apps to delete it but it takes just displays the loading circle and doesn’t do a thing. I’ve offloaded the app and redownloaded it and it still won’t appear. It’s a massive pain to have to go onto the app store and search it up every time i need to open it (which is around 20 times a day 😭) and I would really appreciate a solution. Believe me- I have tried EVERYTHING!

I updated my iphone to ios 18.1.1 but now my facetime is not working. when I try to set it up in settings and select my number it says “an error has occurred” I have switched my phone on and off but still no luck. please can you help?

Hello. I have an app published on the AppStore. I am developing the app with .NET MAUI. Last week, some app users reported crashes on the splash screen and mentioned that they could never open the app. There is no common feature among the users experiencing crashes. They have different device models and different operating system versions. I have never been able to replicate this issue on about 10 devices around me. There are screen records of the crash. However, there are no logs of these crashes in either the crash reports on Xcode or the Crashes section on App Store Connect. I included one of the users experiencing the crash in External Testing on TestFlight. I removed the OneSignal SDK, which I suspected to be the source of the crash, from the project and created a new version. The user installed this version, but the crashes continued. Now, in the Testers section of the External Testing group, I see that the user has started 2 sessions and experienced 2 crashes. However, there is still no log in the Feedback > Crashes section. I don't know what more I can do without any logs. I could try using external services like Raygun to obtain logs, but since the app crashes before it even opens, I'm not sure if that would work either. Do you have any other suggestions?

I would call this a major issue, IOS 18 has effected phone network connectivity and communication after resting network settings as well as cellar settings, IOS 18 is unable to Make the connection, either software or framework issue, phone network I am with report no issues so apple have somehow made an error in there coding, As have been unable to send text messages and make phone calls correctly showing message failure and dodgy cellur connection, Is apple or a member of the community able to advice on this? Any further support or information? As it is a heart component of the Iphone

After upgrading to iOs 18.1.1 on my iPhone 12 I am getting a notification that I need to accept the terms & conditions for using iCloud but I can't accept them. When I click on the notification it leads me to the settings menu but then nothing happens. The menu item for iiCloud is grayed out the menu item that leads to my account is greyed out as well

I am unable to send email from my me.com account. "I get the message "Cannot send message using the server SMTP Verify that you have addressed this message correctly. Check your SMTP server settings in Mail preferences and verify any advanced settings with your system administrator." The smtp settings are correct.

I had my iPhone time stuck at Cupertino. At first I was unable to Edit it. Later I changed my Date and Time to manual. Then I went back to Customize home screen. I clicked on the clock widget and again clicked on it on the screen. Finally it showed other countries. After that I changed my Date and time settings back to Automatic and now it is working fine, no issues. My Phone's firmware version is 18.1.1

Hello, AFAIU, a new purple dot indicator was added within the Control Center in Sequoia 15.1. Up until now it was used to indicate audio recording. My question is where would I get detailed documentation on this new indicator? I did find the following link https://support.apple.com/en-ca/guide/mac-help/mchl50f94f8f/15.1/mac/15.1 although it seems out of date, i.e. still noting only audio recording and nothing regarding screen recording. Also, can this indicator be suppressed in any way? e.g. via MDM or other means. Thanks, Doron.
