Hello.
My developer membership is expired. I cannot renew because the renewal option/button does not appears in any device. A banner tells me:
"Any apps you had on the App Store are no longer available for download and you can no longer access membership benefits. If you’d like to renew your membership to reinstate your apps and membership benefits, open the Apple Developer app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Sign in to your account, tap/click Renew, and follow the prompts.If you agreed to the Paid Applications Agreement, you’ll need to agree to it again after renewal in the Agreements, Tax and Banking section of App Store Connect."
However, there's no "Renew" to tap or click anywhere in the app nor in the web.
Any ideas?
Thanks a lot.

Hi,
I'm trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program for my current company. Everything seemed fine, but since yesterday, I keep encountering an 'Unknown Error' when I try to complete the enrollment.
I've checked my internet connection, updated my device, and tried multiple browsers, but the issue persists. Has anyone experienced this before or have suggestions on how to resolve it?

I recently enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and received an email saying my order is being processed and will be ready within 2 business days. It's been about 5 days, and I haven’t gotten a response from them yet.

Hi, I paid for the developer program membership more than 2 days ago. Nothing is happening, though. I wrote to support twice, but nothing as well. What's going on? I read few posts here and it seems like a normal thing.
I'm getting an error after clicking on a TestFlight Beta version invite from email. The error says The Apple Account you're currently signed in with, ****@outlook.com, doesn't match the one associated to this invitation.
The invitation was sent to the email that I use to sign into my Apple account (it is my apple id) and I am signed into my iphone with that account.
What can I do to get the invite to match up and go through with TestFlight?
Our developer account was granted the com.apple.developer.mail-client by Apple ages ago, which we use for one of our apps.
At the time, this entitlement was granted through a special "entitlements" drop-down on the profile creation page. In fact, the entitlement is still available to us in this manner:
Unfortunately, applying the entitlement directly to the profile no longer works through the App Store Connect API. Which is a bummer because we periodically use the API to update our development and ad hoc profiles with new UDIDs.
I was eventually able to get Apple to migrate the entitlement to a capability that we can instead apply to the app IDs in our account. Great!
However, for some reason the "Default Mail App" capability (on the "Edit your App ID Configuration" screen) shows does NOT apply to Ad hoc profiles:
Note that "Ad hoc" is missing.
This means we still need to update the Ad hoc profile for the app in question manually through the Apple developer portal.
This has to be a bug. It makes no sense that this specific capability doesn't apply to Ad hoc profiles. Other capabilities don't have this issue. e.g.:
Another strange thing is that on the profile page for the ad hoc profile under "Enabled Capabilities" it shows "Default Mail App" (see screenshot above) but the capability/entitlement is missing from the downloaded profile unless I add it via the drop down menu on the profile page.
How do I get Apple to fix this? Multiple support tickets submitted via our developer account have gone unanswered. (It took months just to get the entitlement partially migrated in the first place.)
Hi, I'm from India and payment has been deducted for the membership and I have received an email confirming my subscription of the program but I still cannot access my enrolment dashboard. It says "You'll receive an email soon" in my Apple Developer app under "Enrol" and it says Pending on my Apple Account on web. I don't understand why such as a small task is such a problematic thing for Apple. Need help understanding what's going on.
So i just started developing ios apps where i recently purchased macbook, i tried to create developer account got saying i cannot create the acount as of now.

I am working with the AVcam sample code example to interface external thermal camera with a USB C connector on iPad. the camera frame consists of a resolution of 1280x740 with the first 1280x720 bytes being for RGB and 160x121 bytes for the thermal data. The camera outputs in YUYV2 format. The thermal data is embedded in this frame as it is a 16 bit value. I found out that YUYV2 is not a supported video format on iOS. is there any way I can get the raw thermal data without any modification ?

So I just managed to build one app for personal use that I want to use daily in my iphone. However, once installed in my device through XCode, after one week the application is no longer available.
I'm aware about the one week trial for free users and one year for a paid account, but... for real? Isn't there an alternative? And if not... does it means that in order to use my app for let's say 5 years I will have to pay 500$? Is just a bit crazy to think about it but I did look on the internet and did not found a clear information about how this works.
Thank you in advance :)
This typo appears in a two docs I can find. Is there a better way to notify Apple about this, than making a post here>

Also appears in some legacy docs, but that probably matters less: https://developer.apple.com/library/archive/documentation/LegacyTechnologies/WebObjects/WebObjects_4.0/System/Library/Frameworks/EOControl.framework/Resources/English.lproj/Documentation/Reference/Java/EOControl.Java.pdf

Summary
Several notarization submissions have remained in the In Progress state for many hours. I’d like to confirm whether this is expected behavior and what steps I can take to resolve or re-submit safely.
Command used
xcrun notarytool submit "/Users/.../MortiseAI-arm64.dmg"
--keychain-profile "mai_publish"
--wait
Submission history (excerpt)
createdDate: 2025-11-06T22:52:12.019Z

id: 44bcbab2-****
name: MortiseAI.zip
status: In Progress
(Several other submissions show the same In Progress status.)
Questions
Are there known reasons that could cause notarization requests to remain in In Progress for an extended time?
What is the recommended method to cancel these pending submissions and safely re-submit?
Are there diagnostic steps (for example, xcrun notarytool log ) that can help analyze this issue?
Notes
• Using --wait with a keychain profile.
• Will provide additional environment or Xcode details if needed.
Thanks in advance for your help!

I submitted my application for the Apple enrollment about couple days ago, and it’s been almost a week now, status still shows as "Pending," and I haven’t received any updates from Apple yet. Has anyone else experienced this delay, or can anyone share their experience with the timeline?

I'm based in Belarus and have been trying to reach Apple Support for over a week with no response. I paid for the Apple Developer Program about a week and a half ago—the payment was processed, but I haven't seen any results or confirmation.
They asked me to submit ID documents, so I sent a photo of my passport. Since then, I haven’t received any updates. I’m not sure how to get through to support to either confirm the status of my purchase or issue a refund.
Thanks for your attention.
Hello everyone, I’m starting to losing my hope to publish my application on App Store. Because I applied for apple developer membershi, and just waited for a few time, apple charged 99$ from me, and said wait up to 48 hours, I get a response that said that I need to pass my id documents, so I attached my documents in the given link, and again email said to me wait up to 48 hours, this email I got a week ago, and still no response from them. I opened 3 tickets in support, and still no reply. Probably I could call them but unfortunately I can’t, because I live in Belarus, and we don’t have any official apple calling support, so Im very upset with it. Even if there’s some problems with the country where I live, why just don’t give me a rejection and dont charge money from me? They just took 99$, and no information about status of my application for membership. I applied from website
(To all readers, moderators, AI, bots, etc: please avoid telling me to search the forum! Answer here. Thank you!).
No matter what I do, no matter which link or advice I follow, I can't end up at the invoice of my paid subscription. Not on screen, nor for download. Just as if it does not exist (emails doesn't count, it is just a receipt text).
I sign in, I go to Orders, I enter the order number (e.g. AEM079****), I enter the SAME email where I received the confirmation email for the purchase. At the end it says either "there was a problem... blah-blah, try again" or something similar to "The order number entered is already linked to an Apple ID.". Well, that IS ME, the same email.
I am really sick of this already, every time my accountant asks me for the invoice, I go to Apple hoping "let me find it this time". But Nope, never happened. And it is not onle me.
Can Apple solve this years-old-issue?
Please do NOT close this question until I (we) all get an advice or answer which REALLY WORKS! Thank you.
In case you have the knowledge how to to do this, post the answer here, do not forward me to some 5 years old advice or workaround. If you don't know, do not "guess". Thank you.
And yes, I am angry :-)
I am a new apple developer and I don’t really know what this is about besides getting early update. I know that it has something to do with coding but I’m on a phone and I don’t think I can do that. Anyway I would like to know what this is really about. Thank you in advance.

Hi everyone,
I’m posting this to ask for advice and see if anyone has experienced a similar issue with the Apple Developer Program subscription.
On July 9th, 2025, I registered for the Apple Developer Program via the Apple Developer app on my iPhone using my main iCloud account (Apple ID). The expected annual fee was 2,299,000 VND (~$99).
However, I just checked my billing history and saw that I was charged twice for the same subscription, both under the same Apple ID / iCloud account, on the same day.
Key Details:
I only enrolled once.
Both charges are labeled “Apple Developer Program”, exactly the same amount (2,299,000 ₫).
The payments were made through the App Store, not via the website.
My account on developer.apple.com/account still shows “Enroll Now” — meaning I haven't been activated yet.
I have not received any welcome email either.
My questions:
Is it possible to request a refund for one of the charges, since both payments came from the same iCloud account and clearly refer to the same subscription?
Has anyone else encountered this issue?
How long did it take Apple to respond?
Was your refund request approved?
Should I wait for Apple to activate my account, or should I escalate the issue now?
I’ve already submitted a refund request through https://reportaproblem.apple.com, but I’m posting here in case someone has more experience or insights.
Thanks in advance!

After upgrading my iPad to iPadOS 26.0, I noticed that when using UIPopoverPresentationController, the popover no longer appears at the expected position. According to the debug logs, the position of the arrow indicator is printed correctly. Interestingly, the issue can be fixed temporarily by switching between portrait and landscape orientations. Could you please help me resolve this issue?
UIAlertController *newSheet = [UIAlertController alertControllerWithTitle:@"111111"

UIAlertAction *action = [UIAlertAction actionWithTitle:@"1112313" style:(UIAlertActionStyleDefault) handler:^(UIAlertAction * _Nonnull action) {
}];
[newSheet addAction:action];
newSheet.modalPresentationStyle = UIModalPresentationPopover;
UIPopoverPresentationController *popover = [newSheet popoverPresentationController];
popover.sourceView = cell;
[self presentViewController:newSheet animated:YES completion:nil];
