I am having what feels like an endless nightmare trying to convert from an individual to an organisation. I had set up a bank account with my individual, done a WEN-BEN-8 or whatever it is called, then found out that I would need to do an organisation so that my name was not splashed around with my app. I created a company, got an ABN, an ACN, a DUNS, a bank account, a GST (even though I'm technically exempt in Australia - I doubt I will earn more than $300), and now I can't seem to change my bank account to a business account or do the WEN-BEN-8 rubbish for my organisation. This is literally harder than writing a game. I was asked for a letter of employment, but when I said, 'Do you want me to write a letter to myself, from myself, employing myself' - they did a half migration.... I am sitting stuck in limbo with an approved app, and a half-transferred organisation account... any tips on how I can resign the paid app agreement on the 'business account' when that is not being offered? Sorry for the rant, but over two weeks with this back and forth and I've developed an eye twitch...

We want to add a Book button to our customer Apple Maps annotation and need a business account for this. We previously purchased the developer account using a Google email. Now, Apple Business Connect requires moving it to an email under our company domain. We've tried several times, submitted all required data (domain verified, with verification evidence), but we've been stuck on this step for about 8 months. Does anyone know how to reach a support agent to discuss and resolve this issue? Our company is in Greece.

Hello everyone. I'm hoping to get some guidance on a unique and difficult situation we've been facing for over a year. Our app was approved and had been live on the App Store for some time. However, 13 months ago, our developer account enrollment was revoked. Since then, our app has remained live on the App Store, but we've been unable to make any updates, fix bugs, or respond to user feedback. We've been trying to resolve this with Apple for over a year, sending countless emails and making numerous phone calls, but we've had no luck getting through to anyone who can help. To make matters even more confusing, we were recently charged for our annual developer program renewal, despite being unable to use the service. This renewal charge has left us in an unclear position. We were starting to lose hope that this issue could ever be resolved, but this recent charge has made us wonder if there's still a chance. We are seeking advice on whether we should continue to hold out hope or if this is a sign we should move on. If anyone has experience with a similar issue or knows of an effective way to escalate this matter to the right people at Apple, your advice would be greatly appreciated. Hi Apple Developer Support, We’re currently facing an issue with our Apple Store Connect account due to the updated Apple Developer Program License Agreement. Our iOS builds are failing with the following error: Apple 403 detected – Access forbidden. Unable to process request – PLA Update available. You currently don't have access to this membership resource. To resolve this issue, your team's Account Holder, Sonu Chandra, must agree to the latest Program License Agreement. The challenge is that our Account Holder is currently on medical leave and unavailable, and we’ve been advised not to reach out to her during this time. While we do have multiple team admins on the account, none of them are able to accept the updated agreement. After upgrading to iOS 26, the video call feature previously implemented using Voip + LiveCommunicationKit is behaving inconsistently: when the device has a passcode, the app can properly launch to the call screen, but when there's no passcode and the device is unlocked, the app fails to launch and enter the call page. How should this issue be resolved?

Hello, i had in 2023 active apple developer license and i created alpha version of my app, when test was concluded i didnt renew my subscription because i started to create my company. Fast forwarding 2 years i have company now and company has now apple developer license, i wanted to create app identifier and i found out that its taken and then i realized i left that app id on my personal account. So because of that i cannot create app id on company account. I contacted apple developer support on tuesday and didnt get any answer back. I Thought i did wrong topic, so i made another on wednesday and still nothing, replied to the 2nd case and nothing. I was simply asking to either transfer the app id to company account or remove it, so i can create it again on company account. Can someone tell me what i can do next to resolve it? I dont want to pay $100 just to remove app identifier. Application on my personal profile was never in AppStore, it only reached TestFlight. Case IDs: 102795542798 , 102795563781

I am working with the AVcam sample code example to interface external thermal camera with a USB C connector on iPad. the camera frame consists of a resolution of 1280x740 with the first 1280x720 bytes being for RGB and 160x121 bytes for the thermal data. The camera outputs in YUYV2 format. The thermal data is embedded in this frame as it is a 16 bit value. I found out that YUYV2 is not a supported video format on iOS. is there any way I can get the raw thermal data without any modification ?

Hi everyone, I’ve been trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I keep getting this message: Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time. I’ve already verified my Apple ID and updated my personal information (including my full legal name to match my ID documents), but the issue still persists. The problem is that I also can’t reach Apple Support — every time I try to contact them through the enrollment support form, it redirects me back to the same page with no response. Has anyone else experienced this recently? Is there any direct contact method (email or phone number) that actually works for resolving this issue? Hello. I have already completed the renewal payment on Aug. 8 and the payment is currently in good standing. Please review my situation below: My app has been taken down due to membership expiration. I already renewed on Aug. 8, and the payment went through without issues. I cannot renew. Even when accessing with the owner account, the membership button does not appear — only four buttons (Tools and Resources, Profile, Emails, Agreements) are visible. If I press “Enroll today” as the only option, it moves to a screen saying “Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership.” and I cannot enroll. Thank you.

I kindly request your assistance! The review process for the developer account I applied for on behalf of my organization has been stalled for a full 10 weeks, with no progress to date! How can I resolve this? My registration ID is FN5ZS6B562. On October 27, 2025, I received an email from the Apple Developer Support team requesting that I submit registration materials via https://developer.apple.com/contact/file-upload/. I completed the submission as required and received a confirmation email from the Apple Developer Relations team on October 30, acknowledging receipt of my documents and stating that they would proceed with the review as soon as possible. However, since then, the status of my organization's developer account has remained "Under Review," with no updates to this day. I have contacted Apple Support multiple times via phone and email but have yet to receive effective feedback or see any progress on the issue. Now, 73 days have passed—that's 10 full workweeks—far exceeding the normal review cycle. I sincerely hope the engineers of the Apple Developer team can see my plea for help and assist me! Question: Is there a way to intercept control at this point (before showing the sheet) to perform additional checks or logging? Cancelled payment after UPI intent In our testing with UPI payment flows (UPI intent triggered from Apple Pay/linked payment method), if the user cancels the payment from the external flow, we don’t see a clear event in purchaseStream. Question: How can we reliably capture this cancellation status on the app side? Event timing after successful purchase Currently, the purchaseStream event is only triggered after the StoreKit purchase confirmation popup has been dismissed by the user. Question: Is there a way to capture the event earlier (i.e., right after StoreKit confirms payment success), so we can update our backend and UI without waiting for popup dismissal? Request We would appreciate guidance on: Best practices for intercepting purchase initiation before the StoreKit sheet. Recommended way to detect and handle cancelled payments (especially in UPI flows) managed on frondend side. Its been more than a week and my account is still in the same status as my developer account membership purchase is still pending This is frustrating for a developer to loose so many days spending so much of a premium just to get registered and even then facing this descrimination. For an Organisation of this scale, i think this will not look good. You take the time to scrutinise the developer but do not take his time, effort and their money. give a realistic timeline and not this far, which is not a good practice

Hi everyone, I recently purchased the Apple Developer Program membership. The payment was successful, and Apple Support confirmed that I already have a membership (Case ID: 102656430038). However, my account still doesn’t show any developer privileges, and I’m unable to access the program features. When I try to re-purchase, I get a message saying I already have a membership. Hello, I subscribed to the Apple Developer Program and the annual fee was successfully charged from my card, however my membership status is still showing as Pending and has not been activated yet. This is my second message regarding this issue, and unfortunately there has been no progress or response so far. I have already contacted Apple Developer Support and Apple Store Support, and I also attempted to request a refund since the account is still pending and not activated, but I have not received any response at all. This is my first experience with the Apple Developer Program, and honestly it has been very disappointing, especially considering that the payment was taken successfully but the service has not been provided.
