Apple Music API - relationships and views are broken
I am testing the Music API and I am hitting walls every single moment when I try to do something that is DOCUMENTED but doesn't work/exists. Documentation says, /v1/catalog/us/artists/{ID}/view/{view}/ NEVER returns 404, while I am getting 404 for even content I know it's available on Apple Music. e.g /v1/catalog/us/artists/1487603897/view/appears-on-albums/ results 404 while they are appearing on an album FRIGID TORTURE of Nosphere artist. So when I request for appears-on or featured albums it shoud appear as a result, but I get 404. It's here so it should appear: https://music.apple.com/us/album/frigid-silence/1791001624?i=1791001626 I found NO WAY to get that album for this artist using the API, which is very frustrating and annoying. Similarly if I try this: /v1/catalog/us/artists/{ID}?views=>appears-on-albums it will result an EMPTY array for the data property Also the documentation is unclear about the several limitation max values, many parameters (e.g. include parameters are unknown ) we can't tell what value can we use. Is Apple Music Api unreliable or I just don't understand something?! I don't even understand why I have to do 4 different requests to get an artists all albums (full, single, featured, appears-on)... this should be MUCH more easier to do it one single request (with pagination). We are working on a long-term major investment in music startup and trying to move from Spotify API (due to recent changes and limitations) and finding a better alternative. Based on the docs Apple Music API seemed the most promising one, but now we are testing it we are very disappointed so far. So should we trust in this or should we forget about Apple Music API?

Push Notifications for Apple Wallet Passes (PassKit) — Why don't notifications arrive despite successful APNs responses?
Hi everyone, I'm working on integrating push notifications for Apple Wallet passes (loyalty cards) with a custom Pass Type Identifier. I've set up the Pass Type ID and APNs certificates in the Apple Developer portal. My backend sends push notifications via APNs with the topic set to the Pass Type ID. APNs responses indicate success (HTTP 200), but the notifications do not appear on devices. Device tokens are valid and properly stored. The pass JSON includes webServiceURL and authenticationToken. Has anyone encountered this issue or can share insights on: Common misconfigurations that prevent push notifications from being delivered to Wallet passes? Additional steps or configurations required in the Apple Developer account or in the pass JSON? Ways to debug or log APNs push notifications specifically for passes? Restrictions or limitations of Wallet pass notifications? Thanks in advance for your help!

Apple developer account enrolment pain
Hey everyone, I’ve been trying to get my apple developer account approved for weeks now with so many back and forth messages exchanged. However, I’m still not sure where my application stands. I submitted my verification docs multiple times through a special link. It was under review but then no one acknowledged its current status. Later, I received a follow up asking me to enrol again because it was causing some issue. But when I tried doing that, it says there is some error And asked me to contact support to resolve this. how long will this take before I get to the stage where I can make a payment and have my account approved?

Unable to Complete Apple Developer Enrollment – No Response After Payment
Developer Tools & ServicesHello, I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an individual, but I’ve run into repeated issues and haven’t received any response or confirmation. Here’s what I’ve tried: I created a new Apple ID with my real name (first and last name). Enabled two-factor authentication. Verified that my billing and shipping addresses are complete. Tried enrolling both from the web and from the Apple Developer app on an iPhone. Used multiple valid credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard). Waited over 48 hours for confirmation or email—still nothing. No charges appear on my bank account either. I submitted a support request via the official Developer Support page but haven’t received any reply. I’m located in TUNISIA, and my Apple ID region matches my billing info and card. At this point, I’m unsure what’s going wrong or if my enrollment is blocked. Has anyone else faced this issue? Any advice on how to proceed or get a response from Apple? Thank you in advance. Question Regarding Obtaining the MDM Vendor CSR Signing Certificate
Hi, I have a question about obtaining the MDM Vendor CSR Signing Certificate. Is it possible to obtain this certificate with an Apple Developer Program account? From the official documentation below, it seems like it might be possible: https://developer.apple.com/help/account/certificates/mdm-vendor-csr-signing-certificate/ However, I have also seen past forum posts stating that it is only available through the Apple Developer Enterprise Program: https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/671716 If anyone has detailed knowledge about this, I would greatly appreciate your guidance.

Apple Developer Program issue
Hey guys, I'm having an issue while trying to enrol myself in apple developer program. When I submit my information, I can only see an error saying "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." And this is an infinite loop. How I can get myself enrolled in the program now?

Confirmation on the Use of MDM Vendor CSR Certificates in On-Premises MDM Solutions
We are developing an MDM solution. In addition to the cloud-based version, we are also developing an on-premises version of the MDM solution for organizations such as government agencies and other entities for whom using public cloud services is difficult. In such cases, regarding the "MDM vendor CSR certificate" to be included in the on-premises package: Would it be acceptable to use a certificate owned by our company (the MDM vendor)? Or would it be necessary for the client organization to prepare a new certificate themselves?

Inquiry on Pending Developer Account Enrollment
Hi everyone, I completed my Apple Developer account enrollment nearly a week ago (ID: G256C6S5Q2), but despite sending multiple emails to Apple Support, I haven’t received any confirmation or reply. When I enter my account it is stuck on the "Complete your purchase" screen (I received payment confirmation) and nothing happened since then. I ’m eager to publish my app and get started on development, so I really need them to reach out to me—ideally with a call or a direct response. Is there any way of automating Apple Pay certificate generation in a CI/CD pipeline?
Hi everyone! I’m trying to automate the Apple Pay setup in a CI/CD pipeline for a preproduction environment. Right now, we are generating manually the Apple Pay certificates for both the root domain and merchant ID through the Apple Developer Portal, then manually upload them to our preproduction servers. My idea is to be able to automate this process for this environment. I’ve been digging through docs and forums but haven’t found any way to generate or renew these certificates automatically via an API or any other method. Does anyone know if Apple offers something like this? Or if not, what’s the best way to handle this in an automated workflow? I've been thinking about a web driver, but I'm not a big fan of this kind of solution. Thanks a lot for any ideas or advice!

issue with implementing sign in with apple
Hi Apple team, I'm integrating Sign in with Apple on my website https://roomieqindia.com using a custom Node.js backend, and I'm consistently receiving this error: invalid_client My configuration: ✅ Service ID: com.roomieq.auth ✅ Team ID: 75XVX5RXMQ ✅ Key ID: (from Apple-generated .p8 key) ✅ Private Key: (.p8 key pasted correctly in backend) ✅ App ID Selected: com.roomieq.roomieq ✅ Domain Added: roomieqindia.com ✅ Return URL: https://roomieqindia.com ✅ Clicked Done → Continue → Save after configuration Behavior: When I open this URL directly in browser: https://appleid.apple.com/auth/authorize?client_id=com.roomieq.auth&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Froomieqindia.com&response_type=code%20id_token&scope=name%20email&response_mode=web_message&frame_id=ef13a755-75bb-4eef-8dd6-73bd75d6ede5&m=11&v=1.5.5 I get invalid_client. My backend uses apple-signin-auth Node.js package to: Generate the client secret (JWT) Exchange auth code for tokens Verify ID token Everything fails at step 1 because Apple doesn’t seem to recognize my Service ID as valid. What I Need: Can you please verify if: My Service ID ( com.roomieq.auth ) is fully active and recognized My App ID and Service ID are properly linked on Apple’s end There are any hidden issues with domain or return URL setup Let me know if I need to reset the Service ID or regenerate anything. Apns push not working on iphone 13 but works on iphone XR
Hello, I am trying MDM apns push through curl command, the same command works on iphone XR but not on iphone 13, both device iOS version is 17 What can be the cause for this behavior. Apple Developer Account HELP - BR Support is ignoring all my e-mails.
Hello, Our company trying to register a developer account in BR, but seems all my e-mails is going to nowhere. Since November/2024 i´m trying and no response. I receive the email with the "case id", but after that, no one responds to me. I did the entire process on the website to create the account. The Apple Developer Program enrollment is taking too long!
My Apple ID is linked to several organizations for which I developed apps in the past, and I want to enroll myself as a solo developer in the Apple Developer Program. I paid the $99 fee more than a week ago and received an “Order Acknowledgement” email stating that processing would take up to two business days. However, it has now been eight days, and my enrollment is still marked as pending on the Apple Developer website.

Developer Account Creation Taking Over a Month - No Response from Apple Support
I've been trying to create my Apple Developer account for over a month with absolutely no response from Apple. I've even resubmitted my application, but still nothing. My situation: Applied over 20 days ago Resubmitted application once Zero communication from Apple No status updates or timeline provided This complete lack of feedback is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Other platforms process developer registrations in days, not months, and actually communicate with applicants. Has anyone experienced similar delays? How long did it take for your account to be approved? I'm seriously considering switching to other platforms due to this poor experience. Apple's silence is unacceptable for a company of this size. Any advice would be appreciated.

No access to apple developer account
I have enrolled for being a developer 10.03. I have received an order acknowledgment email on 10th of March but there have been no updates since then. I am still seeing 'complete your purchase' in the main page. What should I do to get through? 
I would greatly appreciate it if could help me solve this problem as soon as possible. Thank you so much.
