I am the sole administrator of a paid company Apple Developer account, and as of today I’m completely locked out everywhere: I cannot sign in to App Store Connect, developer.apple.com, or even account.apple.com. Every login attempt returns either “Please verify your account information and try again” or “This account is locked and can’t be used.” I have never changed my password, Two-Factor Authentication is enabled and delivering codes, there are no pending agreements or banking/tax forms, and I see no unrecognized devices in my account. I’ve tried multiple networks, browsers, and devices, and I’ve already contacted Apple Support—yet no explanation or resolution has been provided. This total lockout is preventing our app submissions from moving forward and putting our entire release schedule at risk. I need: A clear, specific reason why my corporate Developer account has been locked. Any immediate steps or known workarounds to restore full access. Advice from anyone who has faced the same unexplained lockout.

Hi I'm trying to setup external users to test my app. When I get to the screen attached its not letting me complete the setup because it says I have to only use numbers for the phone number. I have only used numbers, I've ensure I've done so but its not recognizing this. Has anyone else had this issue? Could you make suggestions as to how to fix the problem? I cannot renew my membership after it expired in January of 2025. I initially let it lapse, but I decided to renew it. There is nowhere to renew it. There is no renew button in the Developer App, and the web application tells me it expired, but doesn't provide an option to renew. It just tells me to go to the Developer App and click on the Renew button which isn't there.

I signed up for the dev account three days ago. I’ve sent multiple emails and requested a phone call multiple times and no one has responded to me.

I have been waiting almost 2 months for my Apple developer account to be approved. I am unable to reach Apple even though I have submitted a ticket and made phone calls and requested to escalate. I have an event at the end of next week so I need the account approved so that I can upload the app. Can someone help? I am really desperate. Im based in Saudi Arabia And have provided all the requested documents from Apple.

My membership got expired and I don't see the renew button anywhere on the website or the developer app. In my case, I have changed the developer account email address 6 months ago and the new email was not mapped for renewal that's why the renew button was not showing (I guess). I tried to reach to Apple support, the phone support wasn't available so I wrote couple of emails. After 48 hrs they have sent an email saying the new email address has been mapped but still I see no renew button. I added required funds and disabled the auto-renew option yet no hope. it's been four days still no replay from Apple. I was constantly checking for the phone support. Today I saw phone support was available so I immediately requested the call and explained the support staff about my situation and he fixed within a minute. so guys if you are facing similar issue and see no solution even after contacting multiple times via emails, wait for phone support and request a call. This is the fastest and efficient way to resolve this "renew" issue. add the required funds so that the subscription payment will be done instantly. Have a good day y'll

I work on an app that has the com.apple.developer.mail-client entitlement. We're interested in trying out Xcode Cloud, and one of the project and workspace requirements is to use automatic code signing. We do not do this at the moment because it's not compatible with the additional entitlement. My understanding is that we can migrate to automatic code signing if we migrate the additional entitlement to a capability and that to accomplish this our account holder needs to submit a request (see the last section of that page). We submitted the request a little over 3 weeks ago, but so far we haven't heard any updates. We also tried reaching out directly to the email address linked in the com.apple.developer.mail-client docs, but have not heard back. We're now posting here to see if anyone can provide some guidance on whether there are other steps to complete or contacts to whom we should reach out. Thanks!

My business is trying to renew our Apple Account. On renewal we get a message saying we’ll receiving an enrollment status email soon - we are yet to receive one and it’s been over a week. Our Apps have since been removed from the App Store. We have multiple cases open with Developer Support, the only response to date was with a number to call. That number was for consumer support and thus couldn’t help. How can we get hold of someone to assist? This is having a massive impact on our business.

My name is Batsaikhan Uugantsetseg, and I recently paid $99 for Apple Developer Program enrollment. However, I have not yet been approved. After submitting my application, I uploaded my Mongolian citizen ID for verification. Later, I received an email from Apple Developer Support (Asia) informing me that the ID was not accepted because it is not written in English. They suggested that I submit my driver's license instead. Following that advice, I uploaded my driver license, and I received a confirmation from Apple Support that the document was received. I'm trying to enrol in the apple developer program for the first time. When I sign in and attempt to enrol, it says “Your enrollment could not be completed.” - I am over the Age of 18 in Australia. My account is attached to a family account if that matters, but I am an Adult in the family. As far as I am concerned I have not done anything illegitmate on my account. My AppleID has always paid ontime etc. Just spoke to someone on the phone at Apple Developer Support. Firstly they were very unfriendly, don't know their name and sounded like they didn't want to be there. I said what my issue was, they had a look at my account and said "It says there is an issue with this apple ID and Support cannot be provided within Apple Developer Program for this AppleID" - I asked if this could be escalated and she audibly sighed and said "No" - I said may I speak to a supervisor - Spoke to the Supervisor and they said they can't help me and it just says We can't provide Apple Developer support to this AppleID and he kept repeating this. - I have not done anything illigetimate on my AppleID as far as I know. He also said can't verify my identity, even though I have never verified my identity. What do I do?
