Beginning yesterday and still continuing when I go to log into my developer account (both iOS and OS X) I am presented with a new Terms and Agreement page. The agreement is not displayed, I am unable to download the PDF and when I check the Agree box then Submit it returns me to the same page. I am unable to contact support as all of the links are invalid or I get kept being sent back tot eh Terms & Agreement page.How do I get out of this black hole?

How long does the new Apple Developer Program License Agreement take to take effect once you accept it?

Hi! So if we reach 1m in revenue by the end of this year, what happens then? Does it switch back to 30% for another full year, or does it start again in January 2022 at the 15% rate?

I'm hoping someone here has experienced the same issue and can point me in the right direction. My Apple Developer Program membership recently expired and my apps have been removed from the App Store. I've been trying to renew my membership but I'm completely stuck and cannot find a way forward. Here's what I've tried so far: Apple Developer App: There is no "Renew" button visible anywhere in the app. developer.apple.com/enroll: I receive the following error: "Sorry, you can't enroll at this time. Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership." developer.apple.com/account: The Membership Details section loads but there is no renewal option or button available. I am logged in with the correct Account Holder Apple ID, so that is not the issue. My payment method on file is also valid. Has anyone else run into this? Is there a direct link or a workaround that triggers the renewal flow? Or is contacting Apple Developer Support the only option at this point? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hello everyone, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and completed my payment this past Thursday on 9th April. I have already received the official invoice for the transaction. However, my account status is still showing as "Pending" on the developer portal, and I am getting an error when trying to log in to App Store Connect. Has anyone else experienced a delay like this recently? Since it's the weekend, I know support is closed, but I'm wondering how long it typically takes for an account to become fully active once the business week starts. I’ve contacted support two or three times already and no response. I made the payment to create my Apple Developer account on the 26th and also received the invoice that same day, but the status still shows as pending. This is quite urgent, so I’m not sure what you can do on your side to help.

Hello, it's been about a month since I haven't had access to the application part of my App Store Connect account. When I try to access it, I'm asked to provide my documents, which is what I naturally did, but each time there are errors that come out and when I contacted Apple about these errors, they asked me to clear the cache of my connection browser and try again, which is what I naturally did, but the same error persists. Then they asked me to send them the "har" file from my Safari browser, which is what I did, then a few days later they made me understand that the problem is resolved. I went to check and I saw that the problem is still not resolved. I finished the cache and the problem is still not resolved, so I tried with other browsers, it's the same problem. I tried with other devices too, it's the same problem, so I contacted them again to tell them that the problem is still not resolved and from him since then no answers. If someone can help me please

This app was developed with NFC functionality enabled, and distribution was intended to utilize the iOS app by replacing the provisioning profile and certificate issued under a separate Apple Developer account. However, since NFC cannot be enabled under the separate Apple Developer account, it is now required that the iOS app can be used with the standalone ipa file. If we create our own provisioning profile and certificate to enable standalone operation of the ipa file, we need to confirm where this might conflict with Apple's licenses or policies.

Hi all, I need help with registering for the Apple Developer Program. I tried to purchase the membership from the web but the payments kept failing. I used different cards on both Chrome and Safari but none of them worked. Then I downloaded the Apple Developer app but on my account, it said the enrolment is not available. I sent support tickets to Apple several times but got no replies so far. I am stuck and ran out of options. What else can I do to enrol into the Apple Developer Program so that I can start publishing my app? Why does Apple make it so difficult at this step? Thanks

Hi everyone, I subscribed to the Apple Developer Program on Tuesday afternoon, November 11th, 2025. The payment has already been charged to my bank account, but my account still shows the status “Pending” with the message “Subscribe your membership”. It’s now been several days, and I haven’t received any confirmation email or any request for additional information. I already contacted Apple Support by email, but I’d like to know if other developers have experienced the same situation and how long it took before their account was activated. I signed up for membership on Monday March 16th. It took my credit card info and put me in ‘Pending’ state. My cc was charges $99 but when I go back to my account it has a box for me to continue to signup for membership where it asks to charge my account again. I tried using the account support where it asks to with provider a phone number to call me or to send an email. I chose phone. It called me almost immediately but it was already in the middle of explaining options to select. And before I could get to my keypad it said that my time had expired. ‘Good Bye’. I went back to try again and saw a case id assigned. But it would not let me do another callback or email. Instead I got “Error processing your request”. I’ve tried for 3 hours trying to find another channel to get help. They have my money and I dont have membership. can anyone suggest where I go from here?

My Developer membership expired on Aug 21st. I cannot renew it because there are no Renew button on the Developer app. No subscription option for Apple Developer in my Subscription list either. I've verified that the Apple ID is the same between my Developer app, App Store and my Setting. I tried submit a ticket on Apple Support but can't for some reason. The console log says "You are not allowed to perform this operation. Please check with one of your Team Admins, or, if you need further assistance, please contact Apple Developer Program Support" My users cannot install my app at the moment. What am I supposed to do? Please help.

I Got The Developer Beta For iOS AND iPadOS 26. On my main devices because im poor and cant buy another one. so.. should i be worried of it being unstable? Also i didnt backup because iCloud Is Full and im not paying for a better subscription thats more expensiv.

Hey everyone. This is probably the last straw I am trying to pull since I tried almost everything else. I have applied for the Apple Developer Program and the whole process started at the end of 2024. I got rejected the first time because Apple could not charge my card. It was clearly shown that the cost is $99, however, it was 106.65 Euros (I created a Revolut card with the $100 because I don't trust placing my card everywhere). I started the new process but this time I knew about the amount issue so I placed 150 Euros just to be safe. Automatic rejection with robotic AI response: "For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program couldn't be completed. We can't continue with your enrollment at this time." When I raised ticket about it I got no replies. Than both my friend and wife tried to apply for the program. Both rejected with the exact same messaging. I created a new Apple ID, new card, new everything and did everything "by the book". Again. Rejection with the same exact messaging: For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program couldn't be completed. We can't continue with your enrollment at this time... Can someone from Apple please tell me what are those reasons? I have been an Apple user for almost 10 years now. I was buying Apps from store. I am using iCloud+. Modest Citizen as some would say. What's the problem? How can I finally get to Apple Developer Program without being rejected by AI or some poor auto system?

Hi I'm new here and trying so enroll in apple developers program and so I was met with problems like unable to create apple account, failed payment on 7 cards, 3 support tickets with no responds, and now I have enrolled in apple developers program (sort of, they just took payment and no news after that. Now running 3 days since payment. Is this some sort of a hazing ceremony or a sick joke apple is doing to new developers? or is there a secret email I can contact to get some decent support?

I enrolled to the program via the Developer app and paid for the subscription, got my receipt. The app now says the enrollment is not available. Xcode says I have no developer account. The Appstore mac app says the subscription is active. The developer website says I need to pay. Again. Is this some kind of scam or what?
