Leave business account and return to individual
Years ago, I created a business account within the Apple Developer Program. The business has since been dissolved. How can I return to an individual account to publish new applications? Sticking with the old organization seems problematic due to tax info, etc. being invalid. Apple Support told me that I'd need to create a new Apple ID account but this seems equally troublesome. I'm sure I'm not the first face this situation.

Apple Developer Program issue
Hey guys, I'm having an issue while trying to enrol myself in apple developer program. When I submit my information, I can only see an error saying "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." And this is an infinite loop. How I can get myself enrolled in the program now?

Issues with logging in Connect
I recently created my account on Apple Developer Program, and paid up. However, it took around 2 days for the apple's system to recognize my payment and sent me verification email. This was almost 24 hours ago, however I am not been able to login to connect so far. When I click on Connect -> app, it takes me to https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/login and when I try to login, I see the error displayed below. This is my developer dashboard currently. Can someone help out or guide on this please?

No Respond on Apple Developer Program Request
Hello, I have been trying to enroll in Apple Developer Program. I have sent request multiple times for the last few months and never recieved the answer, even though email notification I recieved and the website says that my request should be processed within 2 days. I have also contacted support 2 days ago but have not recieved any answers. Could someone advise me on appropriate steps so I can resolve this issue? Thank you so much.

How to paginate PointsOfInterestSearch results in MapKit JS?
I created a PointsOfInterestSearch (https://developer.apple.com/documentation/mapkitjs/pointsofinterestsearch) on the frontend using MapKit JS: const poiSearch = new window.mapkit.PointsOfInterestSearch({ center: new mapkit.Coordinate(userLocation.lat, userLocation.lng), radius: 10000, }); poiSearch.search((error, results) => { console.log("Length of poiSearch:", results.places.length); results.places.forEach((place) => { console.log("Name:", place.name); }); }); The length of results.places is 20. Trying it with a bigger radius also still results in 20. The docs for PointsOfInterestSearchResponse shows only a places (https://developer.apple.com/documentation/mapkitjs/pointsofinterestsearchresponse) and no options for pagination. How can I paginate the rest of the results?

Delays in deciding on entitlement approval?
I requested an entitlement 2 weeks ago, and sent a support email 1 week ago. My developer account already had this entitlement, but I transferred the app (which was approved in the app store) to an organization I made it for. I haven't heard anything from Apple in two weeks, including NO RESPONSE to my email asking when I would hear back. Is this common? I'll call them on Monday but damn I delivered this product to the organization many weeks ago and now Apple is holding me up now with no indication of how much longer.

Apple developer program discriminates against races/regions
I have been trying to enroll for the Apple developer program for almost a year now but Apple has been deliberately frustrating my efforts despite providing every requested information and ID. I have provided every single detail and have gotten to payment/purchase twice but Apple refused to debit/process my payments on both occasions. The latest being last week. I have successful $0.00 test transactions from Apple proving that my payment card is valid on Apple. There really isn't any excuse for not allowing me to complete purchase. After that, Apple disabled my enrollment on the web and directed me to restart on the developer mobile app which I still complied with. Yet, after uploading my ID via a link that was sent to me by a certain Jenny from Developer support (eurodev@apple) and filling in my address hoping to finally proceed to purchase, Apple has disabled my enrollment and I see the message "Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." The web option has also been disabled. No message or explanation was provided. Developer support and Apple support have refused to respond to my many mails since then. It's almost as if they were not expecting me to meet their requirements as EVERY SINGLE STEP has been met with some sort of restriction. I have successfully created and uploaded apps on the Google PlayStore till date using the same details without any hassles. I have no criminal records nor restrictions against my person and neither did Apple indicate anything that could prevent my enrollment so this treatment is distasteful. I believe Apple discriminates against locations because I am African. I doubt if US or European applicants face this type of discriminatory treatment from a supposed multinational corporation. I am not the only African complaining about this treatment too. It is sad because Apple generates revenue from Africa but does not consider us to be relevant enough. Shameful.

Apple Developer Organisation Account
I did enrollment but when I get to purchasing it cannot proceed further, I wait up to 2 business days every time and nothing happens. I didn't get any help from support about this. My enrollment lasts about 30 days now. I'm not sure what is happening. Also there is no option to cancel it and to switch to individual account, because now I don't even matter about the type, because I need app to be published on App Store. Can someone please help? What I can do to resolve this?

Unable to Access Team ID and Account Login Issues
Hello everyone, I am a developer and admin on App Store Connect, and I'm experiencing some issues with my account. Here’s a summary of the situation: Account Email: [Redacted] Team ID: [Redacted] Upon visiting the resources page, I encountered a popup stating: Unable to find a team with the given Team ID to which you belong. Please contact Apple Developer Program Support. When I sought assistance from a account holder, they attempted to log in using the account email but were unable to access it, despite entering the correct credentials multiple times. The login page prompted them to enter the email or phone number and password for the Apple account. Currently, I admin can log into App Store Connect, but the account holder is unable to access their account. We are facing difficulties because the Team ID appears to be disabled or unavailable in Xcode. We still have an Individual Developer subscription, but we intend to upgrade to an Organization level. I submitted a request for "Organization Membership" earlier this month. After contacting Apple support helpline multiple times, we received inconsistent responses, including suggestions to create a new account or contact developer support via email. Our main issues are: The account holder is unable to log in. The Team ID is not functioning. If we cannot continue with the individual account, we are open to using a different email for the account holder, as he handle sensitive information such as verification and payments. I have already submitted my request and am opening this thread in hopes of finding a speedy solution and guidance. I've seen multiple threads on this issue, but none have provided a resolution. Any guidance or suggestions on how to resolve these issues would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

App review delay for critical bug fix in Trizz app
Is there anyone here who can provide an answer, or is it related to someone who belongs to the App Review department at Apple? We uploaded an app to the App Store and discovered a bug that disables activity. We uploaded an update with the bug fix and now we are waiting for Apple to review the latest version and approve uploading it to the store. Thousands of users are waiting and leaving us. Losses of a lot of money and more importantly - a bad user experience. If there is anyone here who can help us, or knows someone who can speed up the process, we are more than happy!!! It is critical and urgent. And yes, we signed up for Apple's fast track program... It didn't help. Thanks!

Apple developer program bad customer service
You sign up for the developer program -> Apple confirm order placed and wait time is 48hrs. It doesnt mentioned if 48hrs is for US citizen or the rest of the world. Bad customer service, mo response from Apple. 2 weeks later, no apple developer program enrolment completed, Still waiting. Question Why is there a 48hrs communication sent when clearly this is to fool people in waiting forever? Why is there no communication when querying about the request. I suspect Apple is big enough to get the right customer service people or is this something they dont care about. What a let down from such a company!
