I've been trying to create my Apple Developer account for over a month with absolutely no response from Apple. I've even resubmitted my application, but still nothing. My situation: Applied over 20 days ago Resubmitted application once Zero communication from Apple No status updates or timeline provided This complete lack of feedback is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Other platforms process developer registrations in days, not months, and actually communicate with applicants. Has anyone experienced similar delays? How long did it take for your account to be approved? I'm seriously considering switching to other platforms due to this poor experience. Apple's silence is unacceptable for a company of this size. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi everyone, I transitioned my Apple Developer account from Individual to Organization almost two weeks ago, and ever since, I cannot upload builds, generate API keys, or create certificates. Everything worked perfectly before the transition, and I’ve used the same setup. The biggest issue isn’t just the technical problem—it’s Apple Support’s terrible handling of it: They keep copy-pasting the same request for information, even though I’ve sent everything multiple times. When I call, they say "Everything looks good on our end", but nothing is actually fixed. After asking for the same info repeatedly, they disappear and don’t provide any updates. The only unusual thing in my account is that I have two Free Apps Agreements, and one is showing on "Pending User Info", but I have no option to input anything. I have accepted all agreements and not sure what to do. It’s been two weeks. Has anyone dealt with this before? How do I get someone at Apple to actually look at the issue instead of sending copy-paste responses? Thanks.

Hi. For over 1.5 months, I am trying to opt in apple developer program for my company. Couple of times, I got informed that I have missing documents like shown below. • Applicant’s employment verification • Applicant’s employee badge or business card • Business documents for COMPANY_NAME I have provided employment verification and business documents, but I don't have any employee badge or business card so instead, I've provided my own id card's photo. Apple keeps sending me same email regarding missing documents. What I am missing here? What should I do if i don't have employee badge or business card? Thank you

This really shouldn't be this difficult. Here's the situation: We had a card linked to our Apple Developer account, which expired. It had already seen 2 successful membership purchases. We had auto-renewal turned on for the membership, which failed due to the expired card. I was unable to capture new payment details for about 2 days (battling with various Apple payment pages to get the new card added). But finally managed to do so. Now, there is no way to disable auto-renewal, and no way to trigger renewal. The membership is in expired status. We can't post updates, we can't take apps live. We have several clients eagerly awaiting publication of their apps. And Apple Support has been silent for over two weeks despite numerous requests. Anyone have any idea how to resolve this? I've tried almost every option described on every forum post.

I have filled the form to request for this access, but it has been 15 days now and I haven’t gotten any feedback. Apple Support said the appropriate team will be in contact with me once it has been approved. It’s been 15 days and still nothing. I just want to know how long it would take, and Apple’s WWDC 2025 is around the corner, I was really looking forward to get this done before then.

On March 27, 2025, I needed to renew my participation in the Apple Developer Program and I did it successfully - I received a confirmation letter from you. However, later I discovered that my order was canceled and now, when I go to developer.applе.com, I am offered to go through the enrollment procedure! I'm confused! It is not clear what to do in such a situation?! I will be grateful for any help!

Hey everyone. This is probably the last straw I am trying to pull since I tried almost everything else. I have applied for the Apple Developer Program and the whole process started at the end of 2024. I got rejected the first time because Apple could not charge my card. It was clearly shown that the cost is $99, however, it was 106.65 Euros (I created a Revolut card with the $100 because I don't trust placing my card everywhere). I started the new process but this time I knew about the amount issue so I placed 150 Euros just to be safe. Automatic rejection with robotic AI response: "For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program couldn't be completed. We can't continue with your enrollment at this time." When I raised ticket about it I got no replies. Than both my friend and wife tried to apply for the program. Both rejected with the exact same messaging. I created a new Apple ID, new card, new everything and did everything "by the book". Again. Rejection with the same exact messaging: For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program couldn't be completed. We can't continue with your enrollment at this time... Can someone from Apple please tell me what are those reasons? I have been an Apple user for almost 10 years now. I was buying Apps from store. I am using iCloud+. Modest Citizen as some would say. What's the problem? How can I finally get to Apple Developer Program without being rejected by AI or some poor auto system?

I am trying to create an AppId to support Sign in with Apple from my web app. This capability is not availability. An AI query suggests that this is not supported with an Enterprise account, though I cannot find any links/information to support this. Is this a known issue?

Hello, I've noticed that many people on the forum are experiencing issues enrolling in the Apple Developer Program. I’m facing the same problem—I can't complete my enrollment using my MacBook Pro. When I try to enroll through the Apple Developer app, I get an error saying, "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple ID." So, I tried using Safari instead. I submitted all my personal information and credit card details and initiated the order. However, no transaction was processed from my bank account, and I received an email stating that I would be notified when my order and items are ready. When I check the Apple Developer portal, my enrollment status is Pending, and I see a message prompting me to complete the purchase, as if I need to make a new payment. I don’t understand why Apple makes it so complicated just to subscribe to the Developer Program. Why can’t I use my MacBook Pro for enrollment? Why does the Developer portal ask me to complete the purchase even though I already submitted my payment details? Why is the process so confusing? Hi all, I initiated the request to Apple to convert from individual to organization membership. I’ve been waiting for more than 2 weeks since last email from Apple. Is there any way to escalate it? I am not receiving any further email updates after asking for an update twice. It would be really good at least to know how many days to expect the outcome if Apple could have simply replied so. I enrolled to the apple developer account more than one week ago. Nothing! After 3 or 4 emails to support I received an email with steps I should perform from the iPhone app. I did so, my money was charged and ... nothing. My enrollment has been withdrawn no activation nothing. I made another request (although I am not sure that it is ok). Can somebody help me?

Hi I am a new self taught developer who is atm working on the backend of my app. My app successfully collects location of users and stores it to cloudkits public database. I now want to write a python script and run it on a local server on my windows terminal which fetches users who are in a certain proximity to each other so i can trigger a flow on the app. Can someone first of all tell me if this is even possible the way im attempting it. Also atm all i am doing is generating a server to server key which makes me generate a public and private key and i use the private key file eckey.pem plus key id plus container plus team ID to query the required data. but when i run it i get a 401 error (no authorization). I am so stumped as there arent many resources available to help direct me to the right path. Can someone please offer some help/insight/confidence. thanks alot

In the morning I enrolled in developer program and apple took my money from card and told me it is "being processed". But in the main page it says Purchase your membership. continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. So I clicked again and purchased again. Still I got the same email and checked it says " being processed" but money taken twice!!! Why are you giving me same option if it is processed!! Very bad design!!! Also it is still not activated

I’m experiencing an issue where Xcode cannot access my Team ID, even though my Apple Developer Program membership appears active and I have paid for it. • When I visit Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, I get this popup: “Unable to find a team with the given Team ID XXXXXXXXXX to which you belong. Please contact Apple Developer Program Support.” • My Apple ID still shows an active Developer Program membership under System Settings → Media & Purchases. • In App Store Connect, I can still see my Team ID and access my account. This issue was previously resolved via phone support after I was incorrectly locked out. I had paid twice, and was refunded once, but now the issue has returned - and support claims I was refunded twice, which is false (I have proof from my bank). I’ve contacted support multiple times, and my case has been sitting with the operations team for weeks. No explanation. No resolution. Just silence. I paid for a service I’m not receiving. Has anyone dealt with a similar issue or found a way to escalate it effectively?
