Hei everyone. As the title says, I have submitted the enrollment for the developer program two times, by mistake. I did it once, two days ago, I have received the order aknowledgement and that was it. However, today I have logged in the dev account on the web, and I saw this : To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. I was like, oh, finally. let me finish the enrollment. but in reality, I have applied again, and received the same order aknowledgment. How bad in trouble I am, or how bad did I messed up? And more importantly, what happens now? I mention that no money charge has been issued from my card on neither of the attempts. Thank you, Best regards, Gabriel.

I have been invited to teams I can navigate things at https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/ smoothly. But https://developer.apple.com/account does not show teams and don't have access to https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/. Thus my Xcode not showing teams too.

Hello I have been developing an app that I want to deploy on the App Store through EAS cloud. My boss had purchased the apple developer account and invited me to a development team and I signed in with the same credentials. But when I try eas build and then select IOS as the platform I am getting this error shown in the image. Does this mean I have to purchase an apple developer account? Hi, We run an app house where we're creating a new app through our store for clients every few weeks. We've been using the Apple ID login through fastlane to create new apps in our CI, however we find having to log in to multiple machines every few weeks very frustrating, as it requires 2fa, and always seems to happen right when the system admins are on leave. We've tried to use the API key instead however creating apps doesn't appear to be supported, as we get a 403 error stating we can't use create. This was with the App manager role. Is it at all possible to crate an app using the api key, turn off the timeout on the ID Login or, automate this so we don't need to log in every few weeks?

On October 25, 2024, our company's Apple developer account (***@.com) received an email stating that "the developer account was associated and required a written declaration within 30 days." We provided the requested document as instructed and received a reply on November 2, indicating that the account had been restored to normal use. However, confusingly, we received the same email again on November 23, with the content still being "the developer account is associated and requires a written document to be submitted within 30 days." The amusing outcome emerged as follows: The response from Apple's review committee essentially meant that "the improvements described in the document were insufficient to address the issues previously identified," leading to a 30-day suspension of the account. Is this really the attitude of Apple employees? There is evidence that the "written document" was stored in Google Drive, which has functionalities such as usage statistics, view counts, download counts, etc. Apple's reviewer, without viewing or downloading the written document, directly replied with a template email claiming that "the improvements described in the file are insufficient to solve the previous issues." Can this really be considered professionalism when the reviewer states that the issue remains unresolved without even examining the document? As developers, what specific steps did our company take to prevent the account from being associated again? Hi Apple Developer Team, I’m a developer based in South Africa. I initially submitted my enrollment for the Apple Developer Program (Individual) last week Thursday (May 2nd, 2025). The enrollment was then withdrawn by Apple, asking me to re-apply - which I did. Unfortunately, the same issue persists. I entered valid payment details during the re-application. No payment has been deducted. The enroll button on the Apple Developer app remains disabled. It has now been 5 days without resolution. We’ve even gone to the extent of verifying our banking setup and confirming that our card is enabled for international payments. Out of frustration, I have now withdrawn all enrollment applications. Please advise on how I can proceed based on the Case ID I have submitted. This delay is affecting our iOS launch, and I would really appreciate guidance on the way forward. Thank you.

All of a sudden my apps made with my client's Enterprise account won't launch when downloaded over-the-air on iOS 17+, but WILL launch when installed over a wire. The usual 'trust' mechanism found under Settings>General>VPS and Device Management seems not to be available for over-the-air downloads. But it is available for over-a-wire sideloads! This seems not to be an issue with iOS 15+ Does anyone here know what to do about this? Thanks, Craig Umanoff

Hello, I've noticed that many people on the forum are experiencing issues enrolling in the Apple Developer Program. I’m facing the same problem—I can't complete my enrollment using my MacBook Pro. When I try to enroll through the Apple Developer app, I get an error saying, "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple ID." So, I tried using Safari instead. I submitted all my personal information and credit card details and initiated the order. However, no transaction was processed from my bank account, and I received an email stating that I would be notified when my order and items are ready. When I check the Apple Developer portal, my enrollment status is Pending, and I see a message prompting me to complete the purchase, as if I need to make a new payment. I don’t understand why Apple makes it so complicated just to subscribe to the Developer Program. Why can’t I use my MacBook Pro for enrollment? I enrolled to the apple developer account more than one week ago. Nothing! After 3 or 4 emails to support I received an email with steps I should perform from the iPhone app. I did so, my money was charged and ... nothing. My enrollment has been withdrawn no activation nothing. I made another request (although I am not sure that it is ok). Can somebody help me?

Now i’m introducing an offer code redemption in my app using presentOfferCodeRedeemSheet. But i dont see a way to pass my user id for the app token any solution or workaround? Thanks

Hi guys, we are from australia, we applied apple developer program enrolment since dec 2024, and we are stuck in a loophole that after we pay the AUD$149 for the developer program, which reflect in the bank immediately, but it will show cancelled status next day, and the bank will get bounced back $149 in several days anyone can help? We tried 6 cards, Mastercard, Visa, Prepaid, Amex, Credit card and Debit card, under different names but they are all Australian card. We emailed apple support team and we experienced 7+ agents who can't really help us and we enrolled 5+ times on both iPhone and Mac, developer app and web and everytime the results are the same!
