Confirmation on the Use of MDM Vendor CSR Certificates in On-Premises MDM Solutions
We are developing an MDM solution. In addition to the cloud-based version, we are also developing an on-premises version of the MDM solution for organizations such as government agencies and other entities for whom using public cloud services is difficult. In such cases, regarding the "MDM vendor CSR certificate" to be included in the on-premises package: Would it be acceptable to use a certificate owned by our company (the MDM vendor)? Or would it be necessary for the client organization to prepare a new certificate themselves?

Hi everyone, I submitted the required documents to upgrade my Apple Developer account from Individual to Company via the D-U-N-S and identity verification forms. It's been a long time, but I haven’t received any response or update from Apple yet. The status is still “waiting for review.” We are ready to test and upload our apps, but we’re blocked until the account is converted. Has anyone else experienced this delay recently? If you’ve been through this and have any advice, I’d really appreciate your help or insights. Thanks in advance.

Programme enrollment
I started the Apple Developer Program enrollment for my organization about 2 months ago. I received an email stating that Apple needed documentation, which they mentioned in an email titled “Request for Enrollment Documents” last week. However, I never received this email with the actual document request. I have written several times through the online platform in our account asking Apple to resend this email, but I have not received any reply for over a month. Instead, every Thursday I only receive the same automated email reminding me to upload the documents. I even called Apple Business Support, but they told me they could not help because the Apple Developer team is separate. How can I reach the correct team to resolve this issue?

Enrollment Blocked: "Identity Cannot Be Confirmed" - Support Says Decision is Final
Hello, I'm hoping to find a solution for a persistent enrollment issue and would appreciate any advice from the community. For several months, I have been unable to enroll in the Apple Developer Program. The automated system rejected my application, stating my identity could not be verified. This first occurred in December 2023. I have contacted Apple Support and spoken with a Senior Advisor. I explained that I am willing to provide any documentation needed to verify my identity (passport, driver's license, etc.), but was told this was not possible. The advisor stated the decision from the automated system is final and the issue cannot be escalated or resolved. This has put my app, which is fully developed and ready for submission, on indefinite hold. Has anyone else encountered this specific "identity verification" block where support states the decision is final? Is there a known workaround, a different department to contact, or any other path to get this reviewed by a human? Thank you for any help you can provide.

Urgent: Developer Account Access Needed Before September
Hello everyone, I urgently need help with my Apple Developer account. It has been over one month since I started the enrollment process, and I still cannot access my account. My app must be published before September, and this delay is causing serious impact on my work. Every time I try to proceed, I get this error: pgsql Copy Edit Unable to find a team with the given Team ID '7QVTL796RL' to which you belong. Please contact Apple Developer Program Support. https://developer.apple.com/support I have already contacted Apple Developer Program Support, but the issue is still unresolved. im facing a problem where everything was working just fine the previous day then overnight I get a email saying I’m terminated for fraud when all my info is my correct information and is up to date I will say this I did have a name change, but that was like three years ago so I’m not sure what is going on or what the problem is . id really love some feedback or ideas on what I should do no

Enrollment Blocked for Near 2 Months – (Case #102640946883 and Case #102649610325)
We’ve been trying to complete enrollment in the Apple Developer Program as a UK-registered company for over a month now, but we’re still blocked without a solution. We’ve opened multiple support cases, including: Case #102640946883 – Identity verification fails in the Developer App. A valid Spanish government-issued ID is rejected because it doesn’t match the Apple ID region (UK), even though the company and bank are UK-based. We were told this was escalated on 16 July, but we’ve received no update since. Case #102649610325 – Payment attempts fail when enrolling via the web portal. We’ve tried 4 different cards, 2 banks (Wise & Lloyds), and even a card previously used to enroll successfully. Banks confirm Apple is not even submitting a payment attempt. We've followed all instructions (Private Safari window, re-submitted enrollment, etc.), but nothing works. No resolution or clarification has been provided, and the situation is seriously impacting our operations and client timeline. We are requesting: An update on the escalated identity verification issue (Case #102640946883) Clarification on whether our entity is being blocked internally from enrolling Escalation to someone who can provide a real resolution We would appreciate any help or visibility from Apple Developer Relations or anyone with similar experience. Can’t Access Membership Details or Renew Membership – “Your account can’t access this page” (I’m the Account Holder)
Hello everyone, I urgently need help with my Apple Developer account. I’m the Account Holder for my organization, but when I try to open Membership Details, I get the following message: “Your account can’t access this page. There may be certain requirements to view this content. If you’re a member of a developer program, make sure your Account Holder has agreed the latest license agreement.” However, I am the Account Holder, and I’ve logged in with the correct Apple ID. Since then, I haven’t been able to access the Membership page or renew our developer program — even though I’ve tried many different ways (different browsers, devices, clearing cache, logging in/out, etc.). How can I change my country on the developer account?
I enrolled years ago and abandoned my app project. I'm trying again now to port a web app I already created but I no longer live in the U.S. Like many countries in the global south, Costa Rica does not have physical addresses. My ID here does not have an address on it. We don't have postal services, not like in western countries. Our bank statements don't have addresses on them: because we don't have addresses. My utility bill is in my wife's name and so is my phone and internet. Yet I'm being asked to provide these details I cannot provide. I cannot pay for a developer subscription otherwise because my card is from a bank here, not the U.S. I also need my developer account to be FROM here so that any business org I create is also FROM here. What can I do? They're asking me for: A photocopy of your valid (not expired) government-issued identification showing the new address • A recent change-of-address document filed with your local postal service • A document from your local registration office showing the new address • A recent utility bill, bank statement, or a letter from a government agency that shows your name and new address

Terminated Account Remaining Balance Payout
I recently had my developer account terminated. In the final termination email, it said: "If applicable, no further payments will be made to you pursuant to Section 7.1 of the Paid Applications agreement (Schedules 2 and 3 to the ADP Agreement)." I've talked to multiple different developers who also had 3.2f account terminations. Some of them say that they got all their remaining earnings paid out 3-6 months later. Others have said that Apple just kept the money forever. How can I find out if Apple will pay me my account's remaining balance? When I got the original pending termination notice, I was still able to log into App Store Connect to view everything. But immediately after I got the final termination notice email, I could no longer even log into App Store Connect. Could anybody please help me? I'm dependent on the unpaid earnings as a young 21 indie developer. Thank you!! :)

Account Migration to Business
Has anyone gone through the process of migrating your individual account to a business account? I've submitted all the docs a month ago and the application is still pending. It's delaying my business and causing a lot of issue, does anyone know how long does it take? Customer service just ignores you!

I Received Email About Account Closed
I have lost access to to my account I found out via email stating that my account was closed because I had not agreed to new terms and conditions which I had no idea there were new terms and conditions and I’ve trying desperately to regain my account and nobody’s contacted me after I’ve sent multiple emails asking for help

APP ID Configuration
I am trying to add some more capabilities to my app in the apple developer website. I checked the Notification option and hit save but whenever i refresh the option is left unchecked. I checked console logs and whenever i try saving I get an error.
