Team Member Can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles
Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this: According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team. There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says: If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program. So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this: Log on to Developer > Account. Select the correct team at the top right. Scroll down to the “Membership details” section. Look at the “Enrolled as” field. If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below. If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership. If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us. Individual to organization enrollment stalled
My switch from an individual to an organization enrollment (ID: 484G9X5T3Z) has been pending for more than seven weeks, and recent follow-up requests to Apple Developer Program Support for status (case numbers: 102880166579 and 20000117404816) have gone unanswered. In the meantime, I have paid for the renewal of my subscription but since member benefits are suspended during migration I haven't been able to use it for more than a month. Please Apple, let me know if there is anything I need to do to get my enrollment switch completed.

Apple Developer Program Enrollment – Identity Verification Pending for Over 2 Weeks
Hello, I am writing to ask whether this delay is normal or if anyone has experienced a similar situation. I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and completed the annual payment on February 4, 2026. On February 10, I received an email requesting identity verification. I uploaded the front side of my ID on February 11 through the official verification link. Since then, I have not received any confirmation or status update. On February 15, I contacted Developer Support through the website. The support page indicates that responses are usually provided within two days. However, I have not received any reply yet. I also chose the call option and was advised to wait a few more days. On February 20, I followed up again under the same case. As of today (February 25), my enrollment is still pending and I have not received any update. Has anyone recently experienced a similar delay in identity verification? Is this timeframe considered normal? Thank you.

Apple Developer Enrollment Issue : Immediate Failure Across Web, Mac, and App
I’ve been trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program for days, but I immediately receive the error: “Your enrollment could not be completed.” This happens on the web, on my Mac, and in the Apple Developer app. I cannot proceed to any step, as the error appears before entering any information or payment details. In the app, the “Enroll Now” button is also disabled.

Unable to see betas (Mac / iOS)
I’m having a weird issue that I wonder if someone might be able to shed some light on. I’m a fully registered Apple Developer. Paid the $99 a few months ago and have since published 2 iOS apps. So fully registered - this part is important to remember. Also, only one AppleID that I’ve used for years. Zero chance of the issue being a wrong Apple ID. The issue, I can’t see the Mac OS 27 beta or iOS 27 beta being available to download on any of my devices. 2 fully up to date Mac’s (mini / m5 air) running the latest production version of Tahoe and an iPhone 17 pro max, running the latest production version of iOS. When I go to the beta section in software updates all I see is the iOS 26 / Mac OS 26 public betas. Nothing about 27. I have signed in / out of beta updates, no change. Nothing to sign on the developer site. Anyone ever see this before? I have no idea what to do. I emailed apple developer support but who knows when I’ll hear back.

Can't stay logged in to App Store Connect — keeps redirecting to login page
Hi, Since today I'm unable to stay logged in to App Store Connect. Every time I click on an app, it immediately redirects me back to the login page. Things I've already tried: Cleared cookies and cache Multiple browsers (Edge, Safari, Chrome, incognito mode) Mobile app Different network (WiFi and mobile data) Checked appleid.apple.com — no suspicious devices or logins Apple System Status shows everything green. No account changes were made recently. Is anyone else experiencing this today? Could this be an account-level session issue? Thanks

Organization enrollment blocked: "could not be completed at this time," app says enrollment not available for this account
Trying to enroll my LLC as an organization, fully blocked at the account level. Web Enroll redirects to /enroll/identity/status with "could not be completed at this time" instantly, before any org form. The Apple Developer app says "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account." Already ruled out the usual: valid non-expired default card with correct billing address, no VPN, multiple networks/days, real legal name, 2FA on, US-based, valid D-U-N-S. Open support case since June 9, no resolution. This looks like it needs a manual account review to clear a flag. Can Apple staff help route this? Happy to share my case number privately.

Waiting Over 2 Months for Apple Developer Membership Conversion to Organisation
Hi everyone, I’m looking for advice or shared experiences regarding the Apple Developer Program membership conversion process from an Individual membership to an Organization membership. I submitted my request more than two months ago, but the process still does not appear to have started. Current support cases: Case 102844790649 Case 102884491745 I have followed up multiple times, but several follow-up emails did not receive any response, which has made it difficult to understand the actual status of the request. I have already confirmed that: Two-factor authentication is enabled on my Apple Account My organization has a valid and publicly accessible website I am ready to proceed with the migration However, I still have not received confirmation that the migration has officially begun. I would appreciate advice from anyone who has gone through this process: Is it normal for the Individual → Organization membership conversion to take more than two months? Did you receive confirmation when the migration officially started? Were there any escalation methods that helped move the process forward? Is it safe to continue publishing apps while the migration request is pending? Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Org migration stuck 30+ days signing certificate revoked, withdrawal notice contradicts advisor confirmation
Posting here after a month of going in circles through Developer Support email, in the hope an Apple staff member can review or escalate. Timeline: Individual-to-organization migration submitted for Spentz LLC. Enrollment ID: S4QC6PLPTT. During the migration my active signing certificate was revoked. I have been unable to produce ANY builds (EAS or device) for over 30 days. This is the core blocker. 20 May: advisor confirmed my documents were received and forwarded to the review team, and that the team would contact me directly if anything further were needed. Nothing further was requested. 29 May: automated email warning the enrollment would be withdrawn within 7 days if requested info wasn't received but no email has ever specified what is outstanding or where to send it. This directly contradicts the 20 May confirmation. Callback requested only to be left on hold for over an hour before giving up What I'm trying to resolve: (1) confirmation of whether anything is genuinely outstanding from my side and, if so, what and where to send it; (2) assurance the withdrawal timer won't fire while my documents are confirmed with the review team. If any Apple staff can look at S4QC6PLPTT, I'd be grateful. Happy to provide anything needed. This is the sole blocker on a scheduled launch. Migration from an individual to an organization
I submitted everything on April 15, 2026. I call each week, I've sent emails explaining the name of the company if there was any doubts about it's origins. I have been asked twice, by email, for more documents, which I replied in a matter of minutes too with the uploads and notes in each upload. May 11th, an individual in Developer Support reached out via email for some documents, that I replied to very quickly and received a reply from that individual. May 8th, another individual in Developer Support reached out via email for some documents too, I replied very quickly and did not receive a reply to my email this time. I've put off everything on a product that is not SIWA related, now I've finished those items and need to get a token, which I can't in my account's current state. Thank you for your time.

My Apple Developer Program membership wasn't activated after payment. And they're waiting for me to pay again.

Requesting private watchOS Bluetooth entitlements for open-source CGM-connected AID app (FB22619409)
I'm a contributor to Trio, an open-source automated insulin delivery (AID) app for iOS/watchOS maintained by the Nightscout Foundation. I'm posting at the recommendation of the engineering team via Feedback Assistant FB22619409 (Developer Support case 102865854185). The goal We're prototyping direct BLE connectivity between the Trio watchOS extension and the Dexcom G7 CGM sensor — eliminating dependence on iPhone-to-Watch relay via WatchConnectivity. For an AID app, stale CGM data affects insulin dosing decisions; this is a patient safety concern. The entitlements needed To maintain a BLE connection to the G7 while backgrounded and with the display off/wrist lowered, the WatchKit extension requires: com.apple.developer.bluetooth-central-background com.apple.developer.bluetooth-central-screen-off-scanning What I've confirmed Both entitlements are present on Dexcom's shipping G7 WatchKit extension (com.dexcom.g7app.watchkitapp.watchkitextension), verifiable via: codesign -d --entitlements :- \ "Dexcom G7.app/Watch/G7Watch.app/PlugIns/G7Watch Extension.appex" Output includes: com.apple.developer.bluetooth-central-background = true com.apple.developer.bluetooth-central-screen-off-scanning = true These are not self-service capabilities exposed through Xcode or the developer portal for our account: Xcode → Trio Watch App target → Signing & Capabilities → + Capability → searching com.apple.developer.bluetooth-central-background returns No Matches Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles → WatchKit Extension App ID (org.nightscout.5QE6TMMEH2.trio.watchkitapp.watchkitextension) → the entitlement does not appear under Capability Requests A screen recording demonstrating both is attached to FB22619409. The May 16 Apple Feedback response noted that the entitlement was visible in an internal Xcode project — consistent with it being a restricted/managed entitlement not exposed through standard developer accounts. My questions What is the correct process to request com.apple.developer.bluetooth-central-background for a watchOS extension App ID where it does not appear in Capability Requests? Is com.apple.developer.bluetooth-central-screen-off-scanning available through a private/managed entitlement process, and how do we enter that process? Is there a formal Apple program (e.g., MFi, HealthKit entitlements, or similar) applicable to CGM-connected medical apps that covers these entitlements? Full account details, screen recording, and entitlement output are attached to FB22619409 / Developer Support case 102865854185. Happy to provide a test build, full entitlement output, or additional context if needed. Thank you

Accessing Siri AI on iOS 27 beta 1
Inquiring if there are any bugs in the wait list for obtaining access to Siri AI. Most developers I know have received access at this point, my devices are still waitlisted. Are their steps outside of region / language that can cause longer wait times for admittance and are there steps I should take to ensure their is not a hitch in the system, or is this truly a slow rollout and I will just be a week behind the curve in development ?

ENTITY_UNPROCESSABLE.BETA_CONTRACT_MISSING - TestFlight Submission Failing
Hello, I am currently unable to submit builds for TestFlight testing. Whenever I attempt to process a build, I receive the following error: ENTITY_UNPROCESSABLE.BETA_CONTRACT_MISSING "Beta contract is missing for the app." I have verified my account details and compliance to ensure everything is correct on my end: I am the Account Holder. My Free Apps and Paid Apps agreements are both marked as Active in App Store Connect. All App Privacy, Age Rating, and Export Compliance forms are completed. I reached out to Apple Support via email a few days ago but have not yet received a response. My Support Case ID is: 102910951543. Because there are no pending agreements on my end, it appears the TestFlight Beta contract has become detached on Apple's backend. Could a DTS engineer or support representative please manually re-provision the beta contract for my account? Thank you for your time and assistance.

Unable to get a support call or email
I have been trying for the past week to get a developer support call back. I end up waiting in line for over 1 hour and no one picks up. I have sent emails and was answered once asking for details, I have replied and then the reply has not been answered for a while too. The reason I'm trying to contact them in the first place is because my sole trade status has yet to be approved. I have provided the details 2 weeks ago and I haven't received any progress or update on it. Any one had a similar experience?

Unable to Complete Apple Developer Program Enrollment for 50 Days
Hello Apple Support Team, I am writing to report a serious and ongoing issue with my Apple Developer Program enrollment. My Enrollment ID is: VPJL4YLXR3 or W73FG9L35K I have been trying to complete my Apple Developer Program enrollment for approximately 50 days, but I still cannot successfully purchase the program. I have tried multiple times using different devices, different internet connections, and different credit cards. However, every time I reach the final payment step in the Apple Developer app, I receive the following error: “Unable to Purchase This item is currently not available in your country/region.” My country/region is Türkiye, and the payment screen shows the subscription fee in Turkish Lira. Despite this, the purchase is still blocked. I also tried to reach Apple Developer Support by phone. I waited for nearly one hour, but I was not able to connect with anyone. The support I have received by email has also been insufficient, because I keep receiving general reminders to complete the purchase, while the real issue is that Apple’s own enrollment/payment flow does not allow me to complete it. This situation is extremely frustrating. I am trying to pay for the Apple Developer Program and become an Apple developer, but Apple’s system is preventing me from doing so. After 50 days of unsuccessful attempts and insufficient support, I honestly find it very difficult to understand why developers are expected to trust this process or why people prefer this brand when such a basic enrollment issue cannot be resolved in a reasonable time. Please do not treat this as a simple incomplete purchase case. I am willing to complete the payment, but I am blocked by the “country/region” error at the final payment step. I kindly request that this issue be escalated urgently to the relevant billing, enrollment, or technical team. Please review my Apple ID, country/region eligibility, payment flow, and enrollment record, and provide a clear solution so I can complete my Apple Developer Program purchase immediately. I have attached a screenshot showing the exact error message. Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you

Program enrollment pending for 1 month!
Our Apple Developer Program enrollment has been pending for around 1 month. We have contacted support multiple times and had a scheduled call today, but we were not connected after waiting 40 minutes. Support keeps advising us to wait for senior advisor review, but the delay is blocking us quite hard. Could someone from Apple please help us?

I can't enroll on the developer app but I could 1 day ago.
Hey! When I try to enroll on the apple developer app, it says: "Enrollment through the apple developer app is not avaiable for this apple account", the problem is that this didn't show where it is right now yesterday, which is weird. Could someone tell me why could that be? Also, what's the difference between doing it on the app and on the web?

Thank you.
