Hi my MacBook Pro stopped updating at Big Sur although it’s not old it’s 2015. So to use the new SwiftUI features isn’t enough to upgrade to Xcode 14 or it won’t install on my machine ? Kindest Regards

Hi, I have a MacBook Air from 2013 and recently installed Big Sur (before that I hade Sierra). In the finals steps of the installment I got an error message but somehow could finish the installment. However, after that, Safari will not launch anymore at all and also, ALL built in system apps are now double (the Sierra one plus the Big Sur one). How can I fix that problem / delete the doubles? Thanks :)

After the automatic update of Big Sur 11.4 on my mac mini m1 my screen keeps going on and off! Is there a solution for this problem please… Apple Support was not able to help me and kept saying it is my screen or hardware problem, but seems many people are having the same issue after the updates and it is a brand new mac mini m1.

There is no problem with my internet connection. I purchased this MacBookPro about a week ago, so I'm sure there isn't a space issue. Please help.

I have an MacBook Pro 15 2018 and I can't install the beta 4 version of Big Sur no matter what I do installing in safe mode , reset NVRAM, SMC reset, Single user mode, setting the time, try out another user, recovery mode, try deleted and download a new one and bootable drive. My Mac still won't install the beta version of Big Sur.

Greetings everyone, A few days ago I downloaded Big Sur to give it a try. As it is still in Beta it is really buggy at some points and I could not work on my art works, that is why I decided to go back to Catalina and wait until Big Sur will release. I used Option+Command+R to get in the recovery mode for Catalina version. I agreed to terms and when I needed to choose a disc - I could not do it because my disc was locked. How do I unlock that disc?

Because I'm just an absolute daredevil, I have Big Sur running as a fresh install from b1 in a brand new APFS container with no other OS's or partitions on-disk. I've tried to partition in BootCamp, Disk Utility, and Disk Utility via Recovery. No dice. Is this blocked by System Integrity?
