Activation of Apple developer account
Hello everyone I paid for an Apple Developer subscription, but after a week, about 7-8 days, I still haven't got access to the developer's funds, the subscription is active, the money has been debited, please help me access and activate the developer account, I haven't been answered for several days, I'm very upset. I just don't know what to do, they don't respond to my requests, the phone number is not listed anywhere, I can't call. The Apple Developer subscription is displayed in the App Store subscriptions, the money is debited, the account is inactive, and my Apple Developer account is empty. Strange Reviewer Behaviour & Feedback
Hi there! I'm trying to get my first app released. It's been 40 rejections for over 2 months. And there is a TV show which I am hoping to go on, but I can't without the app being released. Some of the issue has been my newbieness to Apple admittedly but things have become bizaare this week particularly. Each review is a drip feed of one or two problems rather than a full review of all problems in one go - surely this has a cost associated which Apple is bearing unnecesarily? In the last week, all rejection reasons could have been stated months ago. The problem is that it appears that a bot is testing the app not a human. For instance a reviewer flagged that a Continue button is not pressable. When in reality I added an intentional delay of 120ms for app stability, the reviewer didn't or couldn't try to tap the button twice. Separate example: twice reviewers have brought up my sign in button has not worked (04/01 & 03/16) - and twice I have exp

I don't understand why I should be asked if people will be interacting in my community forum - thats the entire point of a forum. Search the guideline for 'moderate.' 2.The chatbots are on the dashboard of my app, there is only one dashboard in my app, everything on my app is in one place, so the reviewer didn't even look for the feature. It's not they who have developed your app. I don't know what the chatbots are, either. The dashboard? I have no clue. I would use the language that your grandparent could understand if I were you. I often given them a video tutorial with subtitles.

Regression / Feature Request: Jumbo Frame (MTU 9000) support missing in AppleUserECM for RTL8156 2.5G USB adapters
Hello, I am currently developing a headless macOS daemon (HarmonBridge) that requires extremely low-latency, high-bandwidth UDP video streaming between a Mac and a Linux host over a dedicated 2.5GbE/5GbE local network link. We are utilizing widely available Realtek RTL8156 / RTL8156B based USB 2.5G network adapters. Under macOS, these adapters default to the generic com.apple.DriverKit.AppleUserECM driver. The hardware itself natively supports Jumbo Frames (MTU 9000), but the DriverKit implementation artificially restricts the MTU cap to 1500 bytes. Because we are forced through MTU 1500, we are incurring significant performance penalties: Excessive IP fragmentation for our large UDP video payloads. Unnecessary CPU overhead due to increased hardware interrupts and header processing at 2.5Gbps speeds. For a latency-critical application like ours, reducing CPU interrupts and utilizing true hardware-level Jumbo Frames is essential. Have you filed a bug on this and, if so, what's the bug number? --- Its not a bug , its only that 1500MTU not allowing me to get that 1-2ms less delay that i could get otherwise. And thanks for the response , I will get an apple develop entritlements and ask for a Driverkit entitlements for realtek adapter . As I want to be able to use a dongle with jumbo frame.

CarPlay Simulator (from Additional tools) stuck on "Connecting to phone" since March 4th
We're experiencing an issue where the CarPlay Simulator (from Apple Developer Additional Tools) stopped connecting to our iPhones as of March 4th, 2025. The simulator gets stuck indefinitely on Connecting to phone and never completes the pairing. Environment App: Oracle Field Service iOS app (with CarPlay support) Tool: CarPlay Simulator from Apple Developer Additional Tools (developer.apple.com/download/all/) Issue start date: Wednesday, March 4th, 2025 Tested on: Multiple Mac machines, multiple iPhones Multiple CarPlay Simulator versions tested What's happening The CarPlay Simulator launches but displays Connecting to phone indefinitely. It was working correctly prior to March 4th with no changes on our end. What still works CarPlay functions correctly when the same iPhone is connected to a real car, confirming the issue is specific to the simulator. Troubleshooting steps already attempted Reset permissions and re-added the simulator Forgot the simulator and re-paired it Changed t

Xcode now hangs; SDKs are "status unavailable"
My development work is paused as Xcode is now non-functional on my Macs. Loading any project into Xcode soon leads to a hang and Force Quit. The SDKs are listed as status unavailable. No Simulators are available. I've tried previous versions of Xcode; removing everything and re-installing; installation from the Store and direct from the Apple Developer site. I've created a Feedback issue. This happens on both of my Mac minis. I'm running Tahoe 26.4 (25E246) on both.

CarPlay Stopped Working on Upgrade to iPhone 17 Pro + iOS 26
Have a 2019 Ford Edge w/ Sync 3.4, wired carplay. Worked fine w/ iPhone 16 Pro on iOS 18. Upgraded to iPhone 17 Pro, came w/ iOS 26, carplay hasn't worked since. I've kept trying throughout new iOS 26 releases, lately with iOS 26.3 Public Beta 1, still not working. Have a long running issue with updates and system diagnostics as I've tried over the last few months: FB20739050 There is also a Apple support community thread with issues like this (and a ton of others) - my first post there was https://discussions.apple.com/thread/256138283?answerId=261613103022&sortBy=oldest_first#261613103022 I'm hoping here in the developer forums someone can maybe take a look at the feedback item and various system diagnostics to pin-point the issue. "Unable to Add for Review" DAC7 Error, can no longer submit App Updates
Hello everyone, Since roughly 12 hours i can no longer submit updated to my Apps, i always get a Unable to Add for Review with To submit new apps or avoid potential payment blocks, add compliance information for Directive on Administrative Cooperation–7th Amendment (DAC7).. I of course already a few weeks ago went to the Business sections and selected No as it does not apply to us. I tried a lot but cannot make submissions work. I also contacted the Apple support but got no Feedback yet, does anyone have the same issue? What i tried: Switching DAC7 from No to Yes and then back to No again Private Browsing (Cache reset) Checked all other Agreementes, all is fine and active I fail to see any issue and assume it is an Apple central issue as they 1st of April rolled out the new DAC7 compliance check. I'm having the same problem with Part XX of the ITA (I'm in Canada). I've been in compliance for days, everything in an active state, but app store connect says I'm not, so I can't bundle subscriptions/in-app purchases in my app, which means I can't submit it.

I'm running a macOS 15.2 guest on a macOS 15.1.1 host with UTM. I'm trying to install Xcode from within the App Store but cannot login to the App Store. When I enter credentials and click 'Sign In' I get the Error 'An unknown error occurred'.

Still broke? CarPlay using 26.4 and 26.5DB on our iPhones are now broken too. Phone shows they are being powered but greyed out in display, no maps and no music both are greyed out as well Using a certified Apple cable and iPhone 14. BUT the old iPhone 6s works fine Displays maps and plays music!

Same issue here from France. DAC7 compliance is active and marked as Actif in Business → Contracts, but I still get STATE_ERROR.DAC7_CANNOT_SUBMIT_MISSING_REGULATED_PERSONAL_SERVICE_APP_DECLARATION when trying to submit. App ID: 6761303816. Cannot submit Arab Facile for review. Please fix ASAP
