apple pencil battery life

Hey all,I just updated my watch to OS 2 b2 the other day. I too had troubles getting the pairing fixed - had to reset my iPhone a couple of times but finally got it.But now my watch battery life is horrendous. I charged it overnight. At 6 AM this morning it was 100%. Now 4 hours later I am down to 30% battery life. Under OS 1, I was getting 30% after more than an entire day of use.Are other people seeing this?Jon

Years ago I used to use the Apple Pencil to play pubg. I used to move with my left hand and use the pencil in my right to control the view and shoot. I played today for the first time in a while and the pencil no longer works if my hand is already using the left side. Please tell me there’s a fix for this!!

Is anyone else experiencing worse battery life and their phone heating up like a pocket warmer? My battery life is back to what it was like during beta 1. I'm killing location services and the like, but that hasn't made any difference yet. Anyone else? Thanks - Z

After I downloaded Apple battery life profile and sync the device data, I got powerlog_xxx.PLSQL files. But the data in the file is about one month ago, not now. Why?

I want to use Battery Life (Power) log file to analyze whether my application has high power consumption in certain scenarios, but I can’t find more information about how to use PowerLog. Could you please disclose some information about this tool? Is the analysis method commonly used?

Good morning everyone! Any reports on how the battery life is on the iPhone is after installing iOS 9 Beta 2? Personally it seems to be much better; wanted to get input from other developers. I am running an iPhone 6 Plus; after 12 hours; battery was at 55% with moderate use. Did not notice the iPhone getting warm either.Thanks!

Are others experiencing fantastic battery life with the latest beta (4) of iOS 10? I think this is the best so far of any previous versions of iOS based on battery life. I'm really satisfied so far. Hopefully the experience will continue. I am using a 6S if that matters too.

I have my iphone 7 plus charged at 100% at 1am,woke up at 5am to see 50% of battery lost. Running at ios 11.1 beta

Hi, I noticed that after installing version 9.2 beta 2 on my AppleWatch 6 (model M00H3LL / A) the battery drains quickly. With a full charge I don't get to 14 hours. Has this problem happened to anyone?

Since installing WatchOS 11 on my ultra 2, the battery life has decreased significantly. This morning alone (in the space of 4 hours) It has dropped 23%. This isn’t normal for my watch to drop that much in such a short period of time. I’m wondering if there is a setting somewhere that has turned itself on with the update and causing the watch to use the sensors more, shot in the dark. I have also noticed the watch is recording more exercise minutes (when not in a workout) than it did previously before the OS 11 update.

My battery is going down very fast! From 100% until 0% it takes about 6-7 hours without using any apps on my watch (but I have installed several). No app is in my dock. Compared to last beta: I used my watch two days before I had to recharge.

Apple Pencil appears to be a part of the Touch UI, so hopefully this is the right place to post this. Does the pencil tilt value return a float or a bool? Mine hasn't arrived yet, but from playing with one in the Apple Store I get the impression that tilt is a Boolean value because the apps go from line drawing suddenly to side-shading with no transition. Float seems to be either on or off. A float value would be more appropriate for a transition like that. But then I'm sure the pressure is already returning a float value. I cannot wait to get one and play with what it can do.

HelloI have the 44mm series 5 apple watch. Beta 1 and 2 seemed to fix the battery drain issue for me when using the always on screen.However since the last few beta's it seems to be back draining the battery in under 12 hours.Anyone else seeing similar issues the last couple of betas?
