apple pencil battery life

HI,I'm creating an html canvas and I used fordrawing using mouse or MS surface pen, when I'm trying to do the same thing with my ipad pro and apple pencil, the canvas didn't sense the sketches that I made and only detect movement on the whole page. Is there any way to use apple pencil with e.events of javascript on html canvas.thanks,

I've done two clean installs with this beta, and the battery life *****. I went from 70% to a dead phone (5S) overnight on one occassion, with nothing significant happening on the phone. Worst battery performance during a beta to date, and I've been running betas since iOS 6. Anyone else experiencing the same? Not promising considering the beta hasn't been updated in three weeks. I hope the production build isn't anything like this. I'm tethered to a charger like I used be with my 3GS...

Itried to connect my apple pencil1.gen with my brandnew ipad air3.(already updated to 14.0.1) when i stick the pen in theres this pair window but when i connect it it intantly disconects again after saiing the pen has only 3 percent of batterie left then i charged it for over 15 hours but the same problem occured again. pls. i need help does annyone else got this problem. with friendly greetings Leon

I updated today at 10 a.m. local time and by 17:00 i got like 29 percent battery life without using the phone . Next i am going to look into the Activity Monitor to see what is causing this battery drainage. Has anybody encountered the same problem? I got an Iphone 7 plus.

How can I insert the Apple Pencil(Scribble) inside the PKToolPicker like in Notes on iOS 14.0? I have a separate layered view that responds to Scribble in the same view controller and haven't found a way to put the Apple pencil inside the toolpicker with the other tools.

I've never had a battery issue with my watch. I updated last night to 4.1. on my Apple watch 3. Cellular off WiFi off I set it on the table earlier at 100%. Within an hour and a half the low power 10% warning came on. No betas were installed on this either. Any suggestions would be appreciated. On 4.0.1 my battery would be at 78% at 6 PM with moderate usage throughout the day AND cellular on. Connect to gym equipment is also off.

Apple Pencil suddenly no longer works with beta 10, I’ve seen this system wide and in a couple different apps that use it namely the notes app and Notability. I’ve done the usual of removing the pencil from the system, repairing, restarting the iPad, etc. Anyone else seen anything similar?

Is anybody else having a probelm pairing an Apple Pencil. I insert it into my new 2gen iPad Pro 12.9 and it briefly shows the dialog to Pair and then shows it connected, but then disconnects, and then I get an Error that the Pencil took to long to pair. Then it doesn't work.Am I alone in having this issue.Thanks,Nick

I've noticed over the last few days that the battery life on my iPad pro 10.5 is very poor. For example, according to screen time, it was used for 2 minutes during the weekend yet it lost nearly 50% battery. In addition, its failed to back up over the last 2 weeks, even though it has been connected to power, locked and connected to wifi as required. it just sits there estimating time remaining.I did a bit of poking around with Instruments and noticed that CPU load is constantly high (over 80%) and the culprit seems to be keybagd.Im not running any beta OS versions, just 12.1 (16B92)Has anyone else seen this?

Hi! I'm trying to support the Apple Pencil in an iOS webapp / Safari using HTML5 / Javascript.So far I get touch events and can read the force property for pressure sensitivity.That works fine!The problem is however, that when using regular touch (no pencil), I get a force touch value of 0.So my question is, how can I make a webapp that supports both the Apple Pencil (with pressure support) as well as regular touch (with or without pressure).Is there some way to tell those events apart?Thanks so much.Best,- karma

Since I installed the latest Public Beta on my iPhone 6s the battery life is dismall. I drops from 100% to 50% in a few hours. And that is with doing nothing. Has anyone else seen this? Or is the battery saving tech not activated in this beta?
