I requested an entitlement 2 weeks ago, and sent a support email 1 week ago. My developer account already had this entitlement, but I transferred the app (which was approved in the app store) to an organization I made it for. I haven't heard anything from Apple in two weeks, including NO RESPONSE to my email asking when I would hear back. Is this common? I'll call them on Monday but damn I delivered this product to the organization many weeks ago and now Apple is holding me up now with no indication of how much longer.

I'm currently making a project for a governamental entity and I need to make a .API file to test in a Iphone but it seems to me a need a developer account membership. As I'm working for free and it's for the goverment, I really don't want to pay just to test the app. Is there any subscription method that allows me just to test and later pay if the app is aproved?

I recently created my account on Apple Developer Program, and paid up. However, it took around 2 days for the apple's system to recognize my payment and sent me verification email. This was almost 24 hours ago, however I am not been able to login to connect so far. When I click on Connect -> app, it takes me to https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/login and when I try to login, I see the error displayed below. This is my developer dashboard currently. Can someone help out or guide on this please?

I have a major problem with team membership and Xcode. I work in a company, where my apple account was added to the development team with app manager role. I can see that on the apple portal, everything seems fine there. I have been also provided with the provisioning profile for the project and signing certificate of the company. However, when I log into Xcode the team does not show up anywhere. I am able to build the app, but cannot distribute to TestFlight (or anywhere else). When I use manual signing to choose the signing certificate it shows the "unknown team" message next to it. When I check my account in xcode it also only shows my personal team and does not allow to pick any other one (doesn't show any other one). When I click the "+" button on my xcode account to add a certificate an error pops up: "You already have active certificate or a pending request". I do have a pending request to enroll into apple developers program, but everyone says you don't need one if you are added to the team, you can just operate as a team member. Finally, when trying to upload to TestFlight, the following error is displayed: "No team for account ***" I have tried deleting and re-adding all the certificates. I have tried logging in and out of Xcode, I have tried deleting and re-adding my account in Xcode. I have tried reloading everything. My account was deleted and re-added to developers team. Nothing worked. I don't know the source of the issue, nor does my employer. I am new to ios development and this is my first project. Please help!

Hi, I wanted to create an apple developer account. Just starting out iOS development. When I downloaded the Apple Developer app, it prompted me to pay, close to $50/year converted to my home currency. Now when I login to https://developer.apple.com/ ,I see the prompt that I need to pay $99/year again? Is this a glitch? Not receiving any response from support, and its been almost 36 hours since my purchase. I know it can take a while to get sorted, but just asking if anyone else faced this issue. Thanks in advance

Hi, All My Apps have been removed from the App Store because I didn't renew my account! I'm renewing from 2014 and the only change I have done lately is to change my store to US store so I can use the VisionPro I have a payment method of PayPal as I don't have American credit card. I sent to apple support team twice no one replied. I had an app featured in the Apple Watch App Store and other apps in top carts and it's sad to see all of them removed. Hello everyone, I am a solo developer and wanted to join the Apple Store Developers Club. I registered an Apple account for myself. After that, I tried to pay for membership in the club. At first, my payment was declined, although there was enough money there. Then I tried to do it again, but now I get the error "Your payment authorization failed on card ***. Please verify your information and try again, or try another payment method." I contacted support, support advised me to make a payment through the application, but I do not use Apple devices. Otherwise, through the web, the payment still does not happen. I don’t know what to do with all this, I have been waiting for more than a month.

Initially, I had some issues enrolling in the individual Apple developer program. Then, I contacted support via email, and they finally requested that I verify my identity. I submitted my national ID for verification and then received an email stating that my identity was verified. After that, I tried to enroll in the Apple developer program, but the issue persisted even after they instructed me to proceed. Subsequently, I received an email stating that my identity was not verified. Here is the exact wording from the email: "We can’t verify your identity with the Apple Developer app or provide further assistance with the Apple Account for Apple developer programs." After that, I tried to reach support several times, but there has been no response from them.

I belong to 2 teams, associated with one Apple ID, that usually appear in Xcode. One is an Enterprise team and the other is an Organization team. In the past, both teams showed up. Recently the organization team is not appearing in xCode. I have tried deleting the account and re-adding it. This has not helped. I can see both accounts if I connect developer.apple.com or appstoreconnect. Any ideas on how to get my Organization team to appear?

It's been more then one month since i am trying to purchase apple developer account. At first i was asked to submit government issued identification. I submitted all the required documents and informed the support about my request. But still its been more then 15 days i am waiting for their response. No support agent replying back to me. Although all things should be good, payment card is working and my info is correct. I don't know why. I would be very thankful for any help.

There is a volunteer run group on GitHub who maintain a well known public domain cross-platform Python script. They build binaries for Linux, Windows and macOS. The macOS binaries are only ad-hoc signed. Thus, in macOS 15, they are rejected by Gatekeeper – requiring user intervention to be used. There are a lot of components each of which must be approved in "Settings" with admin credentials. It would be best if these binaries were code signed. However, the core group of devs changes over time and so, using one person's name might not be ideal. Can such a volunteer group apply for a developer certificate so that they can sign the macOS binaries ? I ask because Apple's requirements for enrolling in the Development Program include that an organisation be a legal entity and this group is not a legal entity. Thnaks.

Hello, I'm a software developer, my teammates and I have developed a mobile application, we want to share it on the Apple Store, but we can't buy a developer account, it doesn't accept our credit cards in any way, Apple support team in my location can't help, how can I buy a developer account?

I renewed my Apple Developer membership today. I have an email notification from my bank confirming the transaction, and an email confirmation from Apple where when I click on the order number in the email and log in, the page says Enrollment Complete. Yet in my Apple Developer account dashboard, it still says my membership is expired, with a renew button. I tried a different browser with a clean cache, same issue. So I think something is broken. On a side note, when I tried to renew via my MacBook earlier, for some reason my password would not work at the point where it was asking me to log into the store for checkout (store.apple.com), even after resetting my password. But when I tried it on the browser on my Pixel phone, exact same pages and password, it worked. Not sure if related to the above. Contacted Apple Support but in the meantime would like to see if anyone here has any suggestions for a faster resolution.

Hello everyone! I’m new to this forum and have never designed an app before. I’ve used Unity and Xcode. When I launch the build in Xcode, it always replies “Build Failed.” I’ll explain the problem and attach some screenshots. The app I’m trying to launch comes from the Unity platform (version 2022.3.46f1) + Vuforia for augmented reality. Everything works well on this platform (I’ve already checked it); I export the project into a specially created folder after clicking on “Build”; I open the project in Xcode version 16.0 (I downloaded this application a few days ago); I connect my iPhone and my Apple ID by going to “Xcode” > “Settings” and linking my account; to connect my iPhone, I go to “Window” > “Devices and Simulators” and link everything; then I go to “Targets” > “Unity iPhone” and check in the “General” and “Signing and Capabilities” sections to ensure everything is correct; I then change the development team name to my account “MARCO ARICO” (previously activated on Apple Developer with an already paid annual subscription) and check that the “Bundle Identifier” is the same as the one I entered in Unity under “Player” > “Other Settings.” At this point, I send the Build, and after a few moments, it says “Build Failed” with this error: “/Users/albertodanielemanzo/Desktop/Unity/App_7/Unity-iPhone.xcodeproj Signing for 'Unity-iPhone' requires a development team. Select a development team in the Signing & Capabilities editor.” I would like to add that the Mac I’m using belongs to a friend who specifically lent it to me to launch this app, and all the steps I took are based on in-depth research from YouTube tutorials and official Unity and Xcode forums. The computer I’m using is a MacBook Air with macOS Sonoma 14.6.1, which belongs to my friend who lent it to me. All subscriptions are under my name. My username is the same as the development team name (Development Team); the subscription I have with Apple is individual, as are my downloaded certificates for app development. I have already addressed the issue with Apple Developer support, and they advised me to write on this forum.

The Account Holder is no longer able to log into apple (regardless of web-based or device based attempts). The membership will expire soon without access to the account holder. Both workflows "iforgot.apple.com" and "iforgot.apple.com/unlock" did not lead to an answer email within several days. I tried several times. So we are almost out of store without any option. Hotline did not show other options. Any ideas?
