Pending Termination Notice (Guideline 5.6, Section 3.2(f)) – No Response After 14 Days – Case 30000003321343
Hello, I am seeking guidance regarding a Pending Termination Notice received on March 18, 2026 for the developer account of Kaagapay Platform Inc. Background: Our app, CreditKaagapay: Score & Report (App ID: 6744999391), is a credit report and loan matching platform operating in the Philippines in partnership with the Credit Information Corporation (CIC). The app maintained a 4.8-star rating with over 4,000 reviews. No prior warnings were issued before the notice. Notice Details: The notice cited Guideline 5.6 and Section 3.2(f), alleging dishonest or fraudulent activity related to account information. Timeline: • March 18: Received the Pending Termination Notice. Submitted two appeals (App Removal + Pending Account Termination) on the same day. Both received on-screen confirmation. • March 25: Submitted a follow-up through the App Review Status contact form. • March 26: Developer Support confirmed the appeal was forwarded to the App Review Board (Case ID: 30000003321343). • April 1 (today, Day 14): No response received from the App Review Board. Questions: Is there a way to confirm that our appeals are currently under review by the App Review Board? Are there any additional steps we should take to bring this to the Board's attention? Is there any mechanism to submit supplementary documentation, as the appeal form did not support attachments? We remain fully committed to compliance and ready to provide any additional information requested. Thank you for any guidance. Yifu Zhang, Account Holder Case ID: 30000003321343

Apple Developer enrollment stuck for a month — passport upload fails immediately in the app
I’m trying to complete my Apple Developer Program enrollment, and I’ve now been stuck in this process for about a month. The main issue is that the passport upload step in the Apple Developer app fails almost immediately every time with the same error, so I can’t complete identity verification and move forward. I’ve already gone through a very long back-and-forth with Apple Developer Support. At first, my enrollment through the website failed, and I was told to continue through the Apple Developer app instead. Then I ran into the passport upload issue in the app. Support asked me to upload identification documents through secure links, and I uploaded the requested documents, including my passport. I also updated my Apple Account name to match my official identification. During this process, one support representative, James, was helping me and there was a lot of back-and-forth. At one point it seemed like the case was being escalated and moving somewhere, but after that the responses became slower and then basically stopped. Since then I’ve been left waiting without a clear resolution, even though I’ve tried to follow every instruction carefully. This has become really frustrating and exhausting. I’m not trying to do anything unusual — I’m just trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program so I can publish my app, and instead I’ve been stuck in a loop for weeks. Has anyone here had the passport upload fail immediately in the Apple Developer app, especially after already providing documents directly to Apple Support? Did anything help move the case forward? Thanks a lot.

Individual Enrollment Pending for 48+ Hours — No Response
I purchased the Apple Developer Program (Individual) over 48 hours ago. I received the Order Acknowledgement email confirming my US$ 99 payment was processed. However, my account still shows "Purchase your membership" and I have not received any activation email or follow-up. I submitted a support request (Case ID: 30000003529740) but have not received a response. The Apple Developer app also shows "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account," so I enrolled via the website as directed. Could someone from the Developer Program team please review my enrollment? Thank you.

Hello, I am requesting guidance regarding an unresolved Apple Developer Program renewal issue. My Individual membership expired on July 10, 2021. Details: Team ID: C69P64A2ZN Membership type: Individual Expiration date: July 10, 2021 Previous case number: 102854085591 Could Apple please clarify: Whether this membership can still be renewed Whether any action is required from my side Whether I must re-enroll instead of renew Any guidance would be appreciated, as this has been blocking my development work for a long time. Thank you.

Paid $99 for Developer Program on March 12, accidentally cancelled — no subscription visible, no support response for 2 weeks
Hello Apple Developer Team, On March 12, 2026, I successfully enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an individual and was charged $99.00 to my card ending in 7850. I received all confirmation emails: Order confirmation (Order Number: D009513784) Shipment notification Invoice receipt (Invoice Number: MC57312775, Sales Order: AEU5157309) The payment was fully processed — the invoice shows "Amount Due: .00" and confirms the charge. The $99.00 was also deducted from my bank account, which I can confirm via my bank statement. Shortly after, I accidentally cancelled the enrollment in my account. Since then: My developer account shows no active membership The subscription does not appear in iPhone Settings → Subscriptions The purchase is not visible on reportaproblem.apple.com, so I cannot request a refund there I have no option to renew or re-enroll on developer.apple.com The only proof of payment I have are the emails from Apple confirming the charge I contacted Apple Developer Support over 2 weeks ago — both via email and through the support website. I have received zero response. Phone support is not available in my country (Ukraine). This was my first time enrolling in the program. I would greatly appreciate either: Restoring my enrollment and activating the membership, or Processing a full refund so I can re-enroll from scratch Details: Name: Yulii Kondratiev Country: Ukraine Order Number: D009513784 Invoice Number: MC57312775 Payment date: March 12, 2026 Amount charged: $99.00 Apple ID: I'm posting from the account used for enrollment Thank you for your help.

Apple Developer Program enrollment stuck in review for 10+ days — no response from support

"Your enrollment could not be completed" — No Explanation Given, Support Unable to Help
I've been unable to enroll in the Apple Developer Program and am posting here after exhausting the standard support channels. The situation: When I attempt to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an individual, I receive the error: "Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." No additional explanation is provided. I have contacted Apple Developer Program Support multiple times by both phone and email. Each time, I was told there is nothing they can do. I asked for escalation and was told escalation is not possible. At no point was I given a specific reason for the rejection. One possible cause I identified on my own is that the name on my developer profile may not match my legal name. My Apple ID at appleid.apple.com shows my correct legal name, but I'm unsure whether my developer profile reflects the same. I have not been able to confirm whether this is actually the issue, because support has not told me what the problem is. What I've verified on my end: Two-factor authentication is enabled A valid major credit card is on the account I am enrolling via the web, not the Developer app I am not using a VPN My Apple ID is email-based, not phone-number-based I am an admin (not Account Holder) on a separate organization's developer account, which should not conflict with an individual enrollment The most frustrating part of this experience is the complete lack of transparency. The error message gives no indication of what's wrong, and support agents either don't have visibility into the cause or aren't authorized to share it. I'm willing to correct whatever the issue is - I just need someone to tell me what it is. If any Apple staff can look into my account, or if anyone in the community has resolved this same error, I would be very grateful for any guidance. Thank you.

Enrollment Pending 5 Days — Paid €99, No Activation, No Support Response, 3 Open Cases Ignored
I purchased the Apple Developer Program on March 26, 2026. Payment went through immediately. I have the invoice (UA31019584), the order confirmation (W1318171870), and €99 charged to my card. Apple had no problem taking my money within seconds. Five days later: Account status: Pending Portal still says "Purchase your membership" and asks me to pay again App Store Connect: inaccessible TestFlight: inaccessible I contacted Apple Developer Support on day one — both by email and callback request. I now have three open cases and have received exactly zero responses: Case ID: 102856462218 — Program Purchase and Renewal Case ID: 102853916886 — Program Purchase and Renewal Case ID: 102853919455 — Program Enrolment Not a single acknowledgment. Not even an automated "we're looking into it." Nothing. My app is built and ready. I have testers waiting. I cannot distribute anything — not even through TestFlight — because Apple took my payment and then stopped responding. I see dozens of threads on this forum from developers with the exact same problem going back months. Paid memberships stuck on Pending, no activation, support completely unresponsive. This is not an isolated case — this is a systemic failure in the enrollment system that Apple has apparently chosen to ignore. I am based in the EU and I am fully prepared to pursue this through consumer protection channels if this is not resolved. You cannot charge someone for a service and then refuse to provide it or even respond to inquiries. For the world's biggest tech company that is built on software, this is practically a joke. I don't remember the last time seeing an issue like this from any other company in my whole life living on this planet. New developers practically cannot join and publish apps on Apple anymore. But if you are happy to pay, they will let you. And after payment, they will put a notice at the top reminding you to 'complete your purchase' and pay again. Is this really Apple or has this company been hijacked by some retard?

App Stuck in Review for Over a Month – Urgent Assistance Required
Hello, My app has been stuck in the App Store review process for approximately one month, with no progress or updates provided during this time. I have sent around 20 emails and also submitted an expedite request due to the critical nature of the issue. Unfortunately, I have not received any response to any of my inquiries. This situation has reached a critical point. Since my app is not functioning properly, I have lost all of my subscribed users, causing both financial loss and damage to my reputation. Based on my previous experience, review times are usually much shorter, so this delay appears highly unusual. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in clarifying the following: Why has my app not been reviewed yet? Why have my emails not received any response? Is there anything further I can do to expedite the review process? I kindly ask for this issue to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible. I am ready to provide any additional information if needed. App Apple ID: 6756207941 I need a response now, please. Don't tell me to send an email because I'm not getting any replies. I just want a review to be conducted. Thank you in advance for your support. Best regards,

Trying to enroll the Dev Program
I'm pretty sure a lot of people had this issue already, I just can't find a concise reply with what I should do. I'm trying to enroll to the developer program, I live in an EU country. It requires me to enter my Driver's License, I also tried my official document as per online recommendation, but it didn't work. I'm legal here, but not a citizen or EU passport holder. I don't know what to do as this is my only official address.

Will Apple Developer support phone number based Apple accounts?
When signing in on the Apple Developer website with the phone number-based account I created when I was setting up my Mac, this error message is shown: Your Apple ID is not eligible to use this application at this time. I've seen other people with this problem and I hope that we will be able to log in using phone number accounts soon. For now, creating a new email-based account seems to be the only solution, but I don't want to do that 😂

It has been 15 days since my payment was processed. I uploaded my ID documents for verification 9 days ago and I haven't received any updates since then. Has anyone else experienced such a long wait recently? How much longer should I reasonably expect to wait for manual verification?

Apple Developer Enrollment Issues
I enrolled for the Apple Developer Program last Thursday (Feb 12) - no status update apart from a message I've seen others have thus processed payment: Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. I've reached out to support twice now, no luck. Enrollment Pending – Payment "Successful" but no charge and no access
Hi everyone, I’m reaching out to see if anyone has found a fix for a stuck Apple Developer enrollment. I recently joined my company and need to get our environment ready, but I’m hitting a wall. The Timeline: Enrolled: Monday, March 23. Confirmation: Received the "2 business days to process" email. Current Status: My profile still says "Pending." The Issues: The portal gives me an option to "Complete enrollment by purchasing," even though I already did. Although the checkout showed "Success" at the time, no charge has appeared on my bank account yet. I’ve contacted Apple Support twice with no response so far. I’ve seen others mentioning similar issues lately. Has anyone managed to bypass this "Pending" loop without double-paying? Should I just keep waiting, or is there a specific support channel that actually responds? Thanks in advance for any insights!

Apple developer account
Hello, it's been 14 days since we applied for an Apple Developer account for our company, and it's still not active. We've sent three emails, but haven't received a single reply. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Pending Developer Account Activation
Guys I signed up for Developer Account over a week ago. There is no any email that I received only the order id and the receipt. When I log in to my developer account It shows me like I am not paid or registered but in my back account I saw that I paid. So what's wrong with that why am I still waiting for confirmation?
