Appeal Submitted Over 30 Days Ago – No Response Yet (Pending Termination Notice)
Hello, I’m posting here to ask for guidance and to see if anyone has experienced a similar situation. More than 30 days ago, I submitted an appeal to the App Review Board after receiving a Pending Termination Notice for my Apple Developer Program account. However, I have not received any response or update since submitting the appeal. In the notice, Apple mentioned that my account was associated with “dishonest or fraudulent activity” related to app submissions. I want to clarify that I did not intentionally attempt to bypass the App Review process. The only change I made around that time was editing some app metadata (subtitle keywords) while trying to optimize my Apple Search Ads campaign. Looking back, I now understand that some of those keywords may have been interpreted as referencing content that Apple considers inappropriate for the App Store. After realizing this might have caused an issue, I immediately: Canceled the latest app submission that contained those metadata changes Explained the situation clearly in my appeal to the App Review Board Confirmed that I would avoid using similar metadata in the future Despite providing this explanation in my appeal, I have not received any reply or update for over a month, so I’m unsure about the current status of the appeal. If anyone here has gone through a similar process, could you share: How long it took to receive a response from the App Review Board? Whether it’s normal for appeals to take this long? Also, if any Apple staff happens to see this post, I would sincerely appreciate any guidance on whether my appeal is still under review or if there is anything further I should provide. Thank you very much for your time and help.

Enrollment pending for nearly 1 month
Hello, My Apple Developer Program enrollment has been pending for almost one month. I have already contacted Apple Developer Support via email and also called support, but unfortunately I have not received any response or update so far. On the support page it says responses usually come within 2 days or less, but it has been much longer in my case. Could someone from Apple please help check the status of my enrollment or advise what I should do next? Thank you.

As for me, I still can’t manage to complete my registration; it always shows the same message: “Your enrollment could not be completed at this time.” Of course, I am over 18 and I have fully completed my Apple ID profile. It has already been a week. can anyone advise ? TIA

App stuck in "Waiting for Review" for 30 days despite support calls - Case ID: 102829479153
Hello everyone, I am reaching out to the community and hopefully Apple representatives because I am currently facing a significant delay that has completely halted my first app launch. Here is the timeline of my submission process: February 1st: Initial submission of my first app. February 3rd: Received a rejection with minor requests for improvement. February 8th: I completed all requested changes and resubmitted the app. Status since then: The app has been stuck in "Waiting for Review" for exactly one month. Actions Taken: I submitted an Expedited Review request. I contacted Apple Developer Support twice via written tickets. I had a phone call with the Apple Developer Support team. During the phone call, I was advised not to withdraw and resubmit the app, as this would move me to the end of the queue. They mentioned they would escalate the issue to the review team. However, despite these efforts and the escalation, there has been absolutely no progress or change in status. This delay has put me a full month behind my launch schedule. I have spoken with several other iOS developers who mentioned their apps are typically reviewed within 1–5 days. This discrepancy is very discouraging. I am not looking for a shortcut; I simply want my app to be reviewed. My app is straightforward and does not contain any complex or controversial features that should justify such a long wait. This situation is unfortunately killing my motivation and excitement for development. Specific Questions: Is there anyone else experiencing a similar "limbo" for this long? Can any Apple representative provide clarity on how long this queue actually is or why a simple update is stuck for 30 days? Is there any other way to get a status update beyond the standard "just wait" response? Case ID: 102829479153 I would deeply appreciate any insights from the community or assistance from the Apple team. Thank you for your time.

Unable to get a call back from Apple dev support
Hi, I've been trying to get a call back from apple on a couple of issues but I'm unable to do so. The "Call" button in the contact us form keeps appearing and disappearing at random times. Since I'm in India, I believe the Singaporean team handles the developer support queries. The operating hours mentioned on apple's website are 09:00–17:00 SGT but the "call" button's appearance and disappearance is NOT at all according to this. Now when I was finally able to login into apple developer support at the right time (when call button was visible), and entered my details to get a call back from them. It says "We're calling you shortly" but I receive no call at all. It's been two hours since that. Previously, when i requested a call back for other issues, I got the call immediately. Now it's been so long and there's still no call. And the thing is, I'm also unable to request a call back again for the same issue until some time passes. I think there's some sort of cooldown. The phone/call button disappears again and I'm only left with the email option. Which I NEVER got a reply from unless it's after a call back. There's also no way to call developer support directly. I tried calling back on the number i previously received the call from, but it gets connected to normal support and they say they cannot transfer or connect the call with the developer support team. I don't know what to do. I urge apple to kindly look into this issue and kindly fix it as soon as possible.

Apple developer program payment failure - "Your payment authorisation failed on card"
Hi team, I am having an issue with paying for my apple developer enrolment program. Error message is: Your payment authorisation failed on card XXXX. Please verify your information and try again, or try another payment method. Things I have tried and has not worked: Multiple company visa card Multiple personal visa card Ensuring billing address matches my visa cards Turn off VPN Try my personal IOS device My company and personal cards should work because I have paid for other products and apple products with it. I do not think this is an isolated incident and that Apple should look into this immediately to prevent blocking developer enrolment. Apple Developer Program enrollment pending for 2 weeks — no charge, no response to support ticket
Hi, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program approximately 2 weeks ago and my enrollment is still pending. I have not been charged the annual fee and I submitted a support ticket which has received no response. I'm a solo developer based in South Africa looking to publish my first iOS app. Is there anything I can do to move this along, or is this wait time normal? My support ticket has gone unanswered and I can't find a direct contact number to resolve this. Any help appreciated.

**Apple Developer Program enrollment stuck for over a week — no response from support**
Hello, I've been trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program for over a week now and I'm completely stuck. Despite multiple attempts and reaching out to Apple Support via both email and phone, I have received no resolution and no meaningful response. Here is a summary of my situation: I initiated enrollment and completed all required steps, including identity verification and payment. My enrollment was unexpectedly withdrawn without explanation. I attempted to re-enroll. The account remains in a pending/unresolved state with no approval or rejection. I have an app (already live on Google Play) ready for iOS submission that is being blocked by this issue. I have contacted Apple Support multiple times — via email and by phone — and have been advised to use the callback system at developer.apple.com/contact to reach the Membership & Enrollment team. Despite following this guidance, I still have no resolution after more than 7 days. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Is there any way to escalate this or get visibility from the enrollment team? Any help is greatly appreciated.

App Developer
Last week I paid 99 USD for app developer account. Still not active. Today I paid again, hoping that it will be active. Payments were submitted. I tried to email Apple and I received emails stating they will reply in 2 days. No replies received. What is this hype about Apple if their customer care is hopeless. And why is it so difficult to contact someone from Apple even by email? Unless I have the developer account active I cannot proceed with my app

Enrollment Failure – Unable to Complete Apple Developer Program Registration
Dear Apple Developer Support Team, I am writing to request assistance regarding an issue I am experiencing while attempting to enroll in the Apple Developer Program. Below are the details of the problem: The enrollment process fails before reaching the payment page. The message displayed is: “Your enrollment could not be completed.” The error appears prior to any payment attempt. Two-factor authentication is enabled on the Apple ID. Email address and phone number are verified. The Apple ID being used for enrollment is different from our existing Enterprise account. We have attempted enrollment using: A U.S. address A Indian phone number A clean browser session (logged out of other Apple accounts) The existing Apple Enterprise account under our organization is active and functioning without issues. This new enrollment attempt is for a separate Developer Program account using a different email address. We have tried multiple browsers and networks, but the issue persists and prevents us from proceeding to payment. Could you please check whether: The Apple ID is restricted or flagged in your system? There are any verification issues preventing enrollment? Any additional steps are required from our side to complete registration? Kindly let us know how we can resolve this and proceed with successful enrollment. Thank you for your assistance.
