App stuck on “Ready for Distribution” – Trader status not provided / DSA in review
Hi, My app status is currently “Ready for Distribution”, but it still hasn’t appeared on the App Store and I’m not sure what is blocking the release. In App Store Connect, I have already completed: • Agreements, Tax, and Banking (all active) • Pricing and Availability (countries selected) • Automatic release is enabled However: • My Digital Services Act (DSA) status is still “In Review” • I am also in the process of changing my account from Individual to Organization At this point, I’m not sure if the delay is caused by DSA review, account type change, or something else. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Is there anything else I should check or complete to make sure the app goes live? Apple ID: 6760753842 Thank you.

Apps cannot launch on iOS 9-12 devices after recent build - "The process failed to exec"
We found that our apps (and other apps from different companies) cannot launch on iOS 9 to iOS 12 devices. The app can be installed successfully but crashes immediately on launch. From the device syslog: assertiond: The process failed to exec SpringBoard: Bootstrapping failed - Unable to bootstrap process Our distribution certificate was issued on Feb 2, 2026, signed by WWDR G3 intermediate certificate. This issue affects all apps under our Apple Developer account on iOS 9-12 devices. iOS 13 and above works fine.

Submitted app over 72h ago, still not showing for most users
Hello. My app is here: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/the-path-ai-coaching/id6759060774 We got approved and went into "Ready for Distribution" status on Friday at 6pm PT. It's now Monday at 8pm PT, so 74h later. However, when I share the direct link with friends, about 60-70% of them say that the app comes up saying "This app is currently not available in your country or region" They are in the US app store, and the app is available in all countries other than China (mainland) We have some major promptions scheduled for Wednesday that are very hard to move, so this is rather urgent for our team. Any possible solution that solves this would be amazingly appreciated!

Business/DSA sign up failing with error
I am trying to sign up on the App Store Connect 'Business' area where I am required to complete the EU Digital Services Agreement. Selecting this option opens a form where I am asked for name, address, email etc. when I click 'next' I get an error form pop up. I would post a screenshot if this forum allowed to do so. I can't get any help from the Apple Support folks. I'm being passed back and forth between Developer support and normal customer support. Any suggestioins?

Subscription identifier already used
Hello, I made a mistake and created an in-app purchase with an identifier. I then deleted it. And I then reused this identifier to create a subscription but I have a block telling me that the identifier is already used. How long does an identifier remain in memory after deletion? Or should I create a new one? It's already been 24 hours. Thank you.

Missing app dowloads figures by region/county in new App Store metrics
Previous app download metrics in App Store Connect (before the recent redesign of metrics) did provide a split of download numbers by country. This was very useful information. New metrics (after redesign) seem to only provide total app downloads numbers. The split by country is gone. How can I get figures for downloads by country? Using country/region filters seems to be no option because I would have to know which countries to filter for. If I want to see how my app downloads split by country how can I do that? Any help is appreciated.

First auto-renewable subscription stuck in “Waiting for Review”, missing “In-App Purchases and Subscriptions” section, and TestFlight shows “The offer is not available yet
Hello, I am trying to ship the first auto-renewable subscription for my iOS app and I am facing what seems to be a workflow / availability issue involving App Store Connect and TestFlight. Product ID: seka_premium_yearly_ Current situation: The subscription exists in App Store Connect. Its status remains “Waiting for Review”. The subscription page says that the first subscription must be submitted with a new app version and attached through the “In-App Purchases and Subscriptions” section on the app version page. 4. However, this section does not appear on my iOS app version page in App Store Connect. 5. In TestFlight, when tapping “Subscribe”, the app shows: “The offer is not available yet. Please try again in a moment.” Additional context: Paid Apps Agreement is active The app uses expo-iap The product ID configured in the app is seka_premium_yearly_ We are not restricting access by storefront, region, or device configuration Sandbox testing has been attempted, but the issue remains reproducible in TestFlight Question: Is it expected that the subscription is unavailable in TestFlight while the first subscription is still in “Waiting for Review”? Does the missing “In-App Purchases and Subscriptions” section on the app version page indicate an App Store Connect issue? Has anyone encountered this specific first-subscription workflow problem? Any guidance would be appreciated.

Localize title and subtitle on App Clip card.
Hello, Our App Clip has recently gone live, and I’ve been testing the App Clip card across different device languages. I’ve noticed that while the action button text (e.g., “Open”) is localized automatically, the title and subtitle on the App Clip card are not being localized. Currently, they always appear in English. While configuring the advanced App Clip experience in App Store Connect, I was only able to select a single language (English). I attempted to create additional App Clip experiences for other languages, but encountered an error stating that the same App Clip Experience URL cannot be reused. Given that our users are distributed globally, I would like to understand: How can we localize the App Clip card (title and subtitle) for multiple languages while using the same App Clip Experience URL? Is there a recommended approach to support localization for a single App Clip experience across different regions/languages? Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Pending Termination Appeals Process doesn't work
The appeals process for when your Apple Developer account is in Pending Termination status doesn't work. The re-instate developer account form is very clear it shouldn't be used if it's pending. But the form for "I would like to appeal an app rejection or app removal" which is the correct form for pending state. Gives the error "There are no apps associated with this team." we do have apps associated. There could be thousands of developer accounts that weren't able to file an appeal correctly because of this bug. "If you would like to appeal this termination decis ion to the App Review Board, you must do so within 30 calendar days. When submitting your appeal, be sure to select "I would like to appeal an app rejection or app removal" from the drop-down menu on the Contact the App Review Team page and provide a written statement that includes the following:" Apple is very clear which to use.

Subscriptions unable to load
Hello, I have created an app with subscriptions that have already been approved and integrated. However, when I test the app, the products cannot be found, even though they are correctly set up in App Store Connect and the sandbox account is active. Unable to submit for App Review
Hi. I’m unable submit to a new Version of my App. If i want to Add for Review, i get the Error Message: “Unable to Add for Review The items below are required to start the review process: This build is using a beta version of Xcode and can’t be submitted.” The new Version is Uploaded from the Latest Version of Swift Playground for iPad(4.7). No Betas

App Store Connect Screenshot Upload Stuck in “Processing” State – Blocking Submission Completely
I am currently unable to proceed with app submission because App Store Connect continues to display that screenshots are “still uploading”. I understand that screenshots are required for submission, and I have uploaded images that comply with the required specifications. However, even after deleting and re-uploading them, the issue remains. Troubleshooting Already Attempted • Deleted all screenshots (multiple times) • Re-uploaded new screenshots • Switched browsers (Safari / Chrome) • Used incognito mode • Changed display size settings • Waited several hours None of these steps resolved the issue. This situation is preventing me from completing the submission process and moving forward with release. It seems that the screenshot processing state may not be updating correctly, as the system indicates an ongoing upload despite no screenshots being present. Could you please advise if there is a way to reset the screenshot processing state, or suggest any additional steps to resolve this?

DNS Issues?
I click in App Store Connect to view my app but there is a dns error. Tried Brave and Safari but have the same result. I just did update my Mac to Tahoe 26.4 . This site can’t be reached olympus-int.itunes.apple.com’s DNS address could not be found. Diagnosing the problem. DNS_PROBE_POSSIBLE
