Can not install TestFlight version: "This app cannot be installed because its integrity could not be verified."
Hi, I created an application for a client. The client put me as a developer in his team on AppStore Connect. For that I use Xcode 13.2.1. It's a UIKit application in Swift with Storyboards. I built the app => no problem I tested it on my iPhone => no problem From Xcode I made an archive and uploaded it to TestFlight => no problem The archive has been received by Apple. It was then processed by Apple => no problem And finally I received a notification that it was available on TestFlight => no problem TestFlight offers me to install it but when I try it does not install it. If I try to click on the icon of the application it shows me the message "This app cannot be installed because its integrity could not be verified." I have tried installing other apps from TestFlight and have no issues. I checked on my mac for the various certificates for this client and they are all good and valid. I don't understand why for this application I have this behavior. Someone would have any idea ? Regards Tof

Build stuck in "Processing" status for hours
Hi everyone, I uploaded two builds to App Store Connect today, but they have been stuck in "Processing" status for 10 hours now: Build 1.0 (10): Uploaded at Jan 14, 2026 5:03 AM - still Processing Build 1.0 (9): Uploaded at Jan 14, 2026 4:23 AM(UTC+8) - still Processing Usually my builds complete processing within 10-30 minutes. Is there a known issue with build processing today, or is there something I should check on my end? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

TestFlight crashlogs do not appear if app is in release as well
Hi there, the crashlogs are listed for every build in the organizer of XCode - normally. However, if a build is being tested in TestFlight and selected for a release at the same time, only the release crashes are listed. Even if the release is not made "Ready for Sale". In AppStore Connect I can see that the build had some crashes in the TestFlight overview. But inside the organizer I can't access those crashes. Since my app is not made "Read for Sale" yet, I see no crashes in the Organizer, not even the build number. Is there a way to download the crashlogs somehow directly? Or am I doing something wrong?Kind regards,Eduard

TestFlight - missing On Demand Resources
Hi,We've been attempting to upload, to TestFlight, an application which makes use of on demand resources / ODR. The app appears to upload correctly and be processed, and be made available for testing in TestFlight BUT our various ODR bundles appear to not be available to the app to "pull". We get an error whenever the app attempts to fetch an ODR down. This is an all-new thing for us - we've been uploading versions of this app for quite some time but now, suddenly, this is happening. No change to the content of the ODR bundles, no change to the App. We've even uploaded a previous app version to rule out it being a change "our side" - it still fails to be able to pull down any of the ODR bundles. Is anyone else seeing this or does anyone know of any potential work arounds (obviously there's the option not to use ODR but that's rather extreme and would mean a HUGE download for our customers).

TESTFLIGHT: The requested app is not available or doesn t exist
Hello, I created an app using the latest version of Xcode (16.2), and I'm having a problem testing this app on my iPhones. I created this app just like all the others I've made for my clients, including one on (03/24/25), but when I went to upload another App to App Store Connect on (03/26/25) I couldn't test it on my phone. Points to consider: The app runs perfectly on the Emulator. All my terms and agreements with Apple are up to date. I tried to download the apps through Testflight on 2 different devices, iPhone 7 Plus (iOS 15.8.1) and iPhone 15 Pro Max (iOS 18.3.2), and I was unsuccessful in neither attempt. I can send my app to the internal testers, but when I click download, the following message appears: Could not install [APP NAME]. The requested App is not available or doesn't exist. I imagine this problem is with Apple itself, I have already contacted support, but I need to resolve this urgently for my customers. Has anyone experienced this and resolved it?

Transporter error after home folder renaming
If I'm in the wrong place to get support for Transporter, please let me know where to get support. I'm starting here because I'm trying to get na app update to TestFlight.I upgraded to Catalina and the upgrade process changes my home folder from/Matthew/to/Matthew 1/I didn't think much of it and didn't care until I ran into a build dependancy that needed the clang compiler. The clang compiler does not know how to handle the space in the home folder name.I renamed my home folder using Apple's recommended method from a new Admin account. I only had trouble with one app and had to remove a few development related caches.I have successfully uploaded many app updates to TestFlight from this computer with my current setup prior to renaming my home folder. I now get the following two errors:Resolver: Install error - org.apache.httpcomponents.httpcore Exception's name: java.io.IOException, Exception's message: Error accessing file:/Users/Matthew%201/Library/Caches/com.apple.amp.itmstransporter/obr/2.0.0/org.apache.httpcomponents.httpcore-4.4.11.jarcould not find the service with interface (com.apple.transporter.osgi.TransporterService)I'm assuming the second error is related to the first. The path /Matthew%201/ is obvously looking for my old home folder name. What is storing that and how do I resolve this?

SDK Version Issue message that defies basic math
We got this message after publishing our app to test flight: ITMS-90725: SDK Version Issue - This app was built with the iOS 16.0 SDK. All iOS apps submitted to the App Store must be built with the iOS 15 SDK or later, included in Xcode 13 or later. I'm no math genius but am pretty sure that 16 is greater than 15. Why did I get this messages? Can I ignore it? will it prevent my app from being able to be submitted to the app store?

Repeated TestFlight notification asking me to sign in
I've had TestFlight installed for a while, and am running a beta version of one app. Recently, I've been getting a notification, maybe once a day, asking me to sign in to get the latest versions of apps. But so far as I can tell, I'm already signed in. If I click on the notification, it takes me to TestFlight, but there is no option to sign in. It just shows me the one app I'm beta testing, which appears to be active. In fact, I can't even see any option to sign out, so this notification is really confusing me. Am I signed in? Am I not? Am I actually receiving new versions of apps in TestFlight? How do I sign in (or even sign out)?
