I bought the new refreshed AirPods Max 2024 on pre-release day and ever since I got them in has been messed up when using the AirPods Max. Sometimes it’ll work sometimes it won’t. it started while I was on the 18.1 beta which I figured was probably the issue but now I’m on the 18.1 RC and it is still doing it. It’s not the new Siri because it’s not working with old Siri either most of the time. Sometimes it won’t even let me use my microphone when connected or read any of my notifications out loud.

My DJI Air2s has been energized. After using the official USB-C braided cable to plug into the DJI Air2s body, there is no response in the iPad Pro "File" App. Change to a computer, unlock the iPad Pro and use the official USB-C braiding on the main interface. The cable is connected to the computer, and it cannot be displayed in the computer explorer. iPad is iPad Pro (M4) version, iPad OS is iPad OS18.1beta (version number: 22B5054e) version, and Windows version is activated Windows 11 Professional Edition.

i have had iPhone 16 pro since 09252024, and the following issues pop up in turns everyday:
Camera crashes and the device doesn’t response. I have to restart to restore the function.
Outgoing and incoming voice messages have no sounds. Initially, I thought it was because of the message app; however, I tried to record my voice with voice Memos, Still no sounds, so I figured it’s the microphone. I sometimes have to restart iphone 2-3 times to fix the issue.
The device gets hot and slow without background apps running. I can not figure out the cause. For example, after I woke up this morning and picked up my phone to look at some websites. The phone became hot and slow in just a few minutes. Again, after I restarted it, the issue resolved.
Do I pay over $1,100 to constantly restart my iPhone to have it work?
i have contacted Apple service teams for hundreds of times since last week; however, I have found it’s extremely hard to get proper help.
Initially, I chose chat service and was transferred from tech support to Apple care then to sales department. Sometimes the connection lost, so I had to repeatedly tell the new person what has happened. Then I was told to call their senior advisor, who again asked me“how can I help you”, so I told him what’s going on and I chatted with other agents, who advised me to call instead because their limited access, and if he needed more info, he could look at the chat history or notes. Surprisingly, this person mocked:” I went over the previous chat and noticed that you have contact us for 20 times!” I told him that before I talked to him, I only contacted Apple once and was transferred to different department and still can not get help. Then he again asked me:” how can I help you”? I said I told you already and you said you reviewed the chat history, why are you asking me again? he said he wanted to hear from me, so I repeated again, then he asked the same thing again, so we were doing this back and fort for a few times. Finally, I was really ****** off, so I shouted to him and hung up because I had to go back to work.
Later, I chatted with Apple service again, and this tech support said they needed to run a diagnostic test for my phone, but they could only give me verbal advice regarding the result and recommendation instead of proving a detailed written report. I felt this does not make any sense! For example, if we go to our car dealer to fix our car, the advisor will give us a written report and advices., so we can see what’s the issue and make suitable decision. Why can not Apple do this? How do I know if what they tell me is true without anything in writing? Apple’s explanation to this is this is what Apple does! Of course, I did not accept this and ask if this defective phone can be replaced. Then I was transferred to another person, who told me a replacement for my phone was initiated and I would receive an email within 24-48 hours. I was so happy and waited and waited for 3 days! No email came! I contacted Apple again and was told my phone was still in warranty, but I had to send my phone first to Apple and to have it inspected. If it’s eligible, a replacement would be sent to me. I refused because i simply can not function without my cellphone:) Then I did research online and found out Apple care offers a service called express replacement, which can send a new phone to me first, then have me return the defective one, so I bought Apple care and called Apple again, but I was told one more time that they had to run a diagnostic before further action!
The above is just simplified story because I don’t want to waste more time to write down all the details.
It’s also worth to mention that during my numerous contacts with Apple: my chat repeatedly got disconnected, so I had to repeat my request to new agents; when I called, 2-3 times, my call was hung up by their agent; or one of the agents told me she could not see any devices associated with my account; and every time I was transferred to a new department, I had to identity myself and repeat my request despite the fact that I had verified with Apple’s automatic voice assistant and previous agents. another issue is different agent even from the same department told me different solutions and policies.
Nothing in writing can express my frustration and disappointment. I do not understand how a good company has become like this, both product quality and cus service quality.

I'm having issues using Imessage with OS 18. Android user are not receiving text message from a new group created with OS18. I added new users to a chat that we have been using for over a year. After upgrading to OS18 I was hoping I could add additional members without creating a new group, that apparently is not able to happen. What is happening, some folks with Android phones are not getting the text messages. These are members that have been on the group for sometime. Not sure if its all or some because I do not know who has what phone but it is indeed frustrating. I have tried turning off and on RCS and rebooting when I make the changes. I was under the impression OS18 would solve some of the incompatibility issues.
I recently updated my iphone 13 pro to ios 18 and it has crashed my display. I am not able to see anything apart from the white screen. and It suddenly happened 3-4 day after I updated to ios 18. I didn't receive all the feature as well like call recording. My phone started lagging right after the update and now it has completely crashed

My watch screen becomes non responsive many times during the day. Some times partial area becomes non responsive. Yesterday I was trying to punch in my password, but it was not taking any input on the top row. Rest of the row was working fine. I hard reset the watch and unpaired and paired again. It worked fine for few hours then the issue returned again.
When I tried to switch it off, the power off slider was not working as it is also near the top row.
I kept the slider pressed for 30 seconds or so then it started working and I could switch off my watch.
This seems to be a bug that has crept in where the top half of the screen becomes unresponsive after upgrading to OS11

When is a fix coming? CarPlay is just a black screen whether cable or Bluetooth connected. Even before 18, connecting was troublesome, often taking 3 or 4 attempts. I’m seriously considering buying an android phone just to leave in the car - research indicates there virtually never issues with it and VAG infotainment.
Upgraded to iPhone16 with iOS18. Now Apple CarPlay does not work with my 2019 Kia Niro EV. Tried some workarounds suggested on other panels but no joy. Airplay icon shows up on menu screen but is grayed out.
So i tried everything.
reseting, reseting and updating, over my network over ethernet over my neighboor’s network, and it always fails at part 1 somewhere around 4/5ths pf the first part.
and then it crashes with the following message:
”Apple TV update. the update was not successful. Try again later”
The tv was brand new how could this happen?

If user has made any app hidden and set Face ID to open it; if user removes the requirement of Face ID to open the app, user will not able to see the app again on home screen. However, app is still on the device and can be found by searching the app name.
Hi, so I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max, and I updated to the beta 18.1. Ever since, whenever I go to add pictures to any albums, I get an error that pop up saying "Unable to load items" and to try again. Everything else about the app seems to work fine. Again, I did not have this issue before i updated to the latest beta update.
Is there a way to remove the beta and go back to whichever the latest live version is? I do not have any back ups from before I installed the beta (unless they are in the cloud somewhere...)

Hello everyone! I’m new to this forum and have never designed an app before. I’ve used Unity and Xcode. When I launch the build in Xcode, it always replies “Build Failed.” I’ll explain the problem and attach some screenshots.
The app I’m trying to launch comes from the Unity platform (version 2022.3.46f1) + Vuforia for augmented reality. Everything works well on this platform (I’ve already checked it); I export the project into a specially created folder after clicking on “Build”; I open the project in Xcode version 16.0 (I downloaded this application a few days ago); I connect my iPhone and my Apple ID by going to “Xcode” > “Settings” and linking my account; to connect my iPhone, I go to “Window” > “Devices and Simulators” and link everything; then I go to “Targets” > “Unity iPhone” and check in the “General” and “Signing and Capabilities” sections to ensure everything is correct; I then change the development team name to my account “MARCO ARICO” (previously activated on Apple Developer with an already paid annual subscription) and check that the “Bundle Identifier” is the same as the one I entered in Unity under “Player” > “Other Settings.” At this point, I send the Build, and after a few moments, it says “Build Failed” with this error: “/Users/albertodanielemanzo/Desktop/Unity/App_7/Unity-iPhone.xcodeproj Signing for 'Unity-iPhone' requires a development team. Select a development team in the Signing & Capabilities editor.” I would like to add that the Mac I’m using belongs to a friend who specifically lent it to me to launch this app, and all the steps I took are based on in-depth research from YouTube tutorials and official Unity and Xcode forums.
The computer I’m using is a MacBook Air with macOS Sonoma 14.6.1, which belongs to my friend who lent it to me. All subscriptions are under my name. My username is the same as the development team name (Development Team); the subscription I have with Apple is individual, as are my downloaded certificates for app development.
I have already addressed the issue with Apple Developer support, and they advised me to write on this forum.

Toggle button for SMS forwarding (iOS Settings app > Apps > Messages > SMS Forwarding) missing in iPhone.
Instead of Toggle button for SMS forwarding (iOS Settings app > Apps > Messages > SMS Forwarding) in iPhone ,a grayed out text appears if the other Apple device is logged in to iCloud after the primary iPhone.
Messages in iCloud are switched On for all devices, and all devices are on latest iOS, iPadOS, macOS. iMessage is also On.
The toggle button appears for SMS forwarding (iOS Settings app > Apps > Messages > SMS Forwarding) in iPhone against any device logged in to Apple account in the following conditions:
1.) the iPhone is restored as new and logged on to the iCloud ID, after the other Apple device was logged in to iCloud with same ID. In other words, the iPhone under consideration and its Messages in iCloud are logged on in the last out of all other Apple devices (iPad, macBook, any other iPhone); or
2.) the messages in iCloud is toggled "Off" in the respective other Apple device.
Perhaps the above condition (2) is emanating out of the Apple support article https://support.apple.com/en-in/102545, but the condition at (1) definitely does not seem to have any basis. The behaviour at (1) seems a bug.

iPhone 12 is updated to iOS 18 and my Mac is running macOS Sequoia. The first time I requested the Scan Document feature from my Mac to iPhone, it opened the camera and scanned successfully. However, after that, the Scan Document feature crashed.
I attempted multiple times to reopen the Scan Document feature on my iPhone, but it has stopped working entirely.
I am trying to create a video with pictures only and my pictures are cropped! I tried to select a picture in the timeline and zoom in/out but I don‘t have the magnify glass on the top right like I read in many discussions.
What can I do to fix that?
I have a iPhone13 pro max and just updated the app (Version 3.0.3 (5815.45.84).

Bonjour , j ai un problème de son avec les boutons du volume. Je ne peux que baisser le son. La touche du haut ne marche plus. Je ne peux plus augmenter le son avec. Je suis obligée d aller dans le centre de contrôle pour augmenter le son. pour la musique et les vidéos. Pour les sonneries c est pareil je ne peux pas augmenter le son.
I have a 2013 13-inch MacBook Pro and for some wild reason, the right side of my screen has become untouchable. My mouse icon can go over to that side of the screen and even click the clock and search icons above. But on the main screen, both in an application, web browser, or on the desktop, it won't click nor even let me drag any files over.
I have reset, powered down and powered it up, tried zooming in and out but alas, nothing works. Please, help!
