We have been unable to use ActiveSync email in our mail app since the IOS 18.2 update. We have repeatedly recreated the account but cannot improve the situation. We have normal access to ActiveSync mail on IOS 18.1.1 and ipadOS 18.2. Is there any additional configuration required in IOS?

I'm encountering an issue with HealthKit permissions and would appreciate some guidance: In my app's previous version, I granted write permissions for HKObjectType.workoutType() via the WatchKitExtension. Now, in the upcoming version, I'm trying to request read permissions for both HKObjectType.workoutType() and HKSeriesType.workoutRoute() via the iOS app. However, after granting access: The read permissions for Workout and Workout Route don't show up under Settings -> Health -> Data and Access -> [My App]. The Workout Route permission status remains notDetermined, even though I selected "Allow" when prompted. Interestingly, if I request the same permissions via the WatchKitExtension, everything works as expected, and the issue doesn't occur. Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have insights into why this might be happening? Could it be related to requesting permissions from the iOS app instead of the WatchKitExtension?

I recently updated to iOS 18.1.1 and macOS 15.1.1, but I'm unable to log into Apple's official sites, such as https://account.apple.com/ or https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/login, using passkeys. I'm located in mainland China, and I also can't reset the passkeys through the Password application, as there are no Apple passkeys listed in the Password -> Passkeys section. I had my iPhone time stuck at Cupertino. At first I was unable to Edit it. Later I changed my Date and Time to manual. Then I went back to Customize home screen. I clicked on the clock widget and again clicked on it on the screen. Finally it showed other countries. After that I changed my Date and time settings back to Automatic and now it is working fine, no issues. My Phone's firmware version is 18.1.1

Our company application uses callkit for livestream but is not available in china which make Apple not to approve the app. can any one help with what i can do. The live stream is one of the key feature of the app. Or is it possible to restrict download from china

After buying iPhone 16 pro max I’ve had glitches with many things, including carplay, eventually it stopped working altogether. Now it says charging but wont connect to carplay. Ive downloaded the new 18.1.1 reset my velar to factory infotainment, bought new cables, restarted the car, forget car etc. Nothing helps- this se ems to be a theme- including keyboard glitches? I NEED CarPlay as I travel often!! Please fix this- or give me some ideas on how I can!

I'm a developer that has only produced for a single company. Though my developer account shows me as the account holder, my "Enrolled as" status is "Organization," and the "Entity" field shows the name of that company. I want to build an app for a separate company/organization, but unsure how to proceed. My App Store Connect account shows the original company name beneath my name as the only option in the account ID selector menu, so when I begin the New App process it automatically assumes I'm doing it for that company. Can I change my "Enrolled as" status to something independent of any organization, do I need to create a completely separate account to do this, or how should I proceed? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Has anyone been in the same situation? Can someone let me know where I should go to look for support? I'm desperate :( This has put us into a very harsh situation. We don't know whether we should continue waiting for it or we should just give up. We were eager to launch the service, then all of a sudden, our enrollment was revoked. The app was there in App Store, but no bugs could be fixed as the update was no longer an option. 3 months, 1 project we truly put our heart into, and multiple people worried about their job positions. We have sent dozens of emails, tried to connect probably 100 hundred times (they never worked but for some reason, if I call from my own account, it always works).

I've been experiencing a bug when trying to open a file on a remote machine through File -> Open... -> Network -> Connect As... where the Name/Password dialog won't let me enter more than one character into its text fields. I'm able to get one more character in by toggling between the "Registered User" and "Guest" radio buttons, and it seems to fix itself entirely when I focus on another window before entering my credentials. Once it is "fixed", it doesn't happen again until the machine's restarted. I was able to reproduce this on 15.1 and 15.1.1, but not on 15.0.1 (I do not currently have access to a machine running 15.2). Here are some reproduction steps: (You will need a shared computer on LAN) Restart your machine (un-check reopen windows when logging back in) Open TextEdit From the Menu Bar, click “File > Open...” Select “Network” from the Open Dialog’s sidebar Select your shared computer on LAN and click “Connect As…” Try typing in the password field. This will only allow the first key press to produce a character in the text field. Some users who have been given promo codes are able to use the app in full, even after the promo has expired. This one, for example ended months ago but the app is wide open for him. I am looking to do an app for dog owners, trainers and enterprises such as shelters & boarding, and a couple of features require access to one or more cameras in real time. So I have been looking for hardware that provides an API and coming up empty. So far as I can tell none of the major pet cam companies, like Furbo, Petcube or Eufy. Even security cameras like the TP-Link Tapo doesn't seem to. Am I just failing epically in my search formulation, or are all these companies playing the printer game and selling the camera cheap and making all their money in the monthly subscription to actually be able to use the hardware, and keeping that to themselves? And, can anyone recommend decent to good third party hardware that does provide a Swift API? Or am I better off just targeting the use of iPhone & iPad and Mac cameras? It's not ideal, but it's better than nothing.

Dear Developers, I am wondering if there is a way to build on the current "Low Fuel" notification. Currently, if my low fuel light activates while Carplay is on, a low fuel notification is also sent to my phone. If the car can communicate this, can it also communicate mileage range? This way, if I'm in the middle of a route and the low fuel light engages, Carplay could suggest the nearest gas stations on the route within the remaining mileage range. Any information would be very helpful!
