Apple Developer Program Enrollment
I enrolled for the Apple Developer Program on 19 June 2025 for my company. I was then requested to upload the necessary supporting documentation to proceed with the approval process which was done on the same day (19 June) with the case ID 102634582811. I have followed up with Apple nearly weekly since then and still have no concrete feedback or resolution to the status of my enrollment and what remediation is required if any. I have done some research and approval for the Developer Program takes 3 weeks at most from what I have heard and read. Its been over two months and I feel as though the responses I am receiving are automated without any human intervention or review into my case. This has been a frustrating process which is drastically impacting business productivity as our ability to have access to the developer portal mean we cannot build and distribute our app to users. I really hope this post can help provide some direction and at most a resolution

URGENT HELP
Hi everyone, I'm trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I keep getting stuck in a frustrating loop. After logging in, I’m asked to agree to the Apple Developer Agreement. I accept the terms, but then it redirects me to an error page that says: “You’ve already agreed to the Apple Developer Agreement. Continue to your account or sign out.” When I click “Continue to your account,” it just brings me back to the same agreement page—and the cycle repeats endlessly. To make things worse, I can’t contact Apple Developer Support because I apparently need an active account to do so, which puts me right back into the same loop. I’ve also tried enrolling from different Apple devices, but I keep receiving this error: internal exception occurred ErrorCode: 991991 ErrorMessage: The request cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a known fix or workaround? I’d really appreciate any help or suggestions on how to break out of this loop or get in touch with Apple support. Thanks in advance!

How to parse the PingFangUI.ttc on iOS 18?
I've noticed that the font file PingFang.ttc is no longer in /System/Library/Fonts/LanguageSupport/ on iOS 18. And I use CoreText APIs get the new font file, which is int the FontServices.framework and named PingFangUI.ttc. But it doesn't seem to be a regular TrueType font collection. It can't be parsed correctly by stb_truetype. I copied this file to my mac, and it can't be opened by Font.app either, which says it doesn't contain installable fonts. It also can’t pass font validation (Font.app → File → Verify File), saying “System validation failed”, I don't know what that means. So I tried to read the binary of that file. I've noticed that the ‘CFF ‘ table is missing in the new font file, and there is a new table 'hvgl'. But I can't find any documentation for this table. Maybe this is a new format. And what confuses me is that the TTC header of the new font file has not changed, same as the old PingFang.ttc file, with a ‘ttcf’ tag, and majorVersion is 2 minorVersion is 0. Please tell me how to parse the new format, so maybe I can modify stb_truetype to get our app to work. Thanks!

Issues with Apple Developer Account and Revoked Certificates
Hello, I am experiencing a critical issue with my Apple Developer Program account. I successfully enrolled months ago, and my subscription is active as per my account details. However, I am now unable to access my developer membership features, and when I sign into my account it redirects me to the enrollment page as if I had never enrolled. Key details of the issue: Active subscription: My Apple Developer Program membership is active and set to renew on 17 October 2025. The subscription page confirms this, and the payment was successfully processed. REVOKED CERTIFICATES: Certificates I created weeks ago have been revoked without any explanation or notification. No email notifications: I have not received any communication from Apple regarding issues with my account or certificates. Attempts to Resolve: Cleared cookies and cache. Tried logging in on multiple devices and browsers. Signed out of all devices and logged back in. Could someone please assist me in understanding why my account is behaving this way? Is there a specific team or channel I should contact to escalate this issue? Thank you in advance for your help!

Shocked by Apple Developer Program Experience – Account Banned Without Explanation
I am absolutely shocked and frustrated by the way the Apple Developer Program operates. My team and I recently attempted to launch two completely unique applications through the platform: Goal Hero and Redsport App. Both apps were thoroughly reviewed by our team lead during a code review to ensure they met all the required standards. However, despite all our efforts, Apple repeatedly rejected our submissions without providing clear, actionable feedback. After multiple attempts to communicate and understand the issues, Apple has now banned our developer account entirely and hasn’t responded to any of my inquiries for over a month. We are a legitimate game development studio working under the name Betonred. We’ve always adhered to ethical practices and were excited to expand our business on the App Store after years of success on Google Play. This experience has left us questioning Apple’s commitment to supporting developers, especially smaller teams trying to grow. Honestly, at this point, I am considering restructuring our entire business model to return to focusing solely on Google Play. Apple’s lack of transparency, poor communication, and seemingly arbitrary decisions have made it nearly impossible to work effectively within this ecosystem. Has anyone else faced similar issues? What’s the best course of action here? Apple’s system feels completely broken.

Passkey fails only on developer.apple.com
I've got a weird issue where Passkey fails, but only on developer.apple.com. Here's how it manifests: On portal, select "Sign In With Passkey" Get prompted with TouchId (on my MacBook) Portal says "can't verify your account" However: Sign in with Password works fine Sign in with Passkey on any other website works fine Not sure if it's related, but this appears to have happened around the time I had my logic board replaced. I did have weird issues with my iCloud account where I had to sign out of all devices, then sign back in. I assume this has to do with the hardware having the same serial number, but somehow appeared like a different computer in other ways. Things I've tried: In Passwords app, searching for "apple.com", I only see passwords, no passkeys. However, Safari password auto-fill always suggests the passkey entry first. developer.apple.com does not appear to have any way of managing sign-in credentials accounts.apple.com does not appear to be any way to manage passkeys. Sign in with Passkey on iPhone also results in "can't verify your account". Called AppleCare support, they were unable to help. Since Passkeys work for other websites, they believe this is a problem specifically with developer.apple.com. They suggested calling Developer support. Called Developer support, they were unable to help. They said AppleCare Support is best suited. Filled out Feedback (FB18185623) System: macOS 15.6 Safari 18.6 Has anyone else encountered anything weird like this? Is there any way to fix this? It would be nice if I could just delete the old passkey and create a new one. But I can't find any tool that will let me do that.

Having issue completing enrollment
Hello We've tried to "purchase" our membership on the 6th of November, entered valid billing information, but still didn't receive back any feedback from apple. Previously with other accounts we didn't encounter any issue, but now for some reason apple support is not answering us back (left 3 tickets, they are all open, where the oldest is open for over a week without a reply back from apple) Did anybody encounter this before? is there another way to contact apple to get their help? Thanks in advance

Escalation Request: Poor Support from eurodev@apple.com
I am writing to formally escalate my ongoing and unresolved issues with registering a company developer account from Bulgaria. This process, which should be straightforward, has now extended into its 3rd month with no progress, despite my repeated attempts to follow every requirement diligently. Issues Encountered: Web Payment Failure - The system fails to charge my Wise card with no explanation or alternative resolution. Apple Developer App Verification Failure: My ID card is consistently rejected, despite submitting high-quality images that meet every listed requirement. I strongly suspect that your verification service does not properly recognize Bulgarian ID cards. EuroDev Support Response: My experience with eurodev[at]apple.com has been nothing short of disappointing. After resetting my enrollment process, they ceased communication entirely. Prior to that, responses were vague, unhelpful, and did not address my concerns meaningfully. Given the inefficiency and lack of response from the EuroDev team, I am requesting immediate escalation of my case to someone who can provide a concrete resolution. For comparison, my enrollment in Microsoft’s Developer Program was completed within one week, and their support team responded within a single business day. The level of friction in Apple’s process is simply unacceptable for a company of this scale, not to mention what Apple's vision is missing and what they stand for. Looking forward to a prompt and competent response.

Apple Developer Program Application Stuck in Review (No Response)
I applied for the Apple Developer Program on February 4, 2025, and uploaded the required documents on February 5, 2025. However, as of today (February 26, 2025), I have not received any update or response regarding my application. I have already sent two emails regarding this matter but have not received a reply. I would appreciate an update on my application status and any further actions required on my end to complete the process. How to reach apple support?

Developer app won't renew; error messages uninformative; not a TSI
I received an email from Apple saying they couldn't auto-renew my developer subscription, due to a "billing error." I went in and deleted my lone payment method (which looked up-to-date), and created a new one for the same credit card in my developer account for billing. All the information appears correct. I've downloaded the Developer app, where it tells me my developer subscription is good through next month. There's a Renew button underneath. If I click on it, an alert says either "Unknown Error" (first time after launching), or it says "Unable to Continue. Please ensure your device and iCloud account meet our system requirements. Visit https://developer.apple.com/support/app-account/" (subsequent times). These are near-useless error messages. Which doesn't sound like a billing error. I don't pay anything for an iCloud account, nor wish to use an iCloud account. I'm running System 12.1 on my M1 MacBook Pro. After an hour of talking with three different humans at 1-800-MY-APPLE, they couldn't help, basically giving up and telling me to go to developer.apple.com/support/technical. But that's for submitting a TSI (Technical Support Incident) for my own needs as a developer, not for Apple's uninformative software. All I want to do is renew my developer subscription. Something's obviously wrong, but the automated system isn't providing enough information to continue, and the humans at the other end of the phone don't have enough information to help. The last guy I talked with threw up his hands, apologizzed, and then wished that I have a "good day." Any suggestions?

Lost All Developer Permissions After App Notarization, No Notice, No Support — Desperately Need Help
Hi Apple Developer Support Team and Community, We are the developer of a VPN app with over 100,000 users. Recently, after submitting a macOS app for notarization, we suddenly lost all developer privileges. All our Developer Certificates were revoked without any notification. However, our app is still live on the App Store and available for download and purchase. The problem is: since all certificates were revoked, we are now completely unable to push any updates. In the Developer Portal, it shows: “Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership.” But clearly, in App Store Connect, I am listed as the Account Holder. I have called Apple Developer Support multiple times. Every advisor I spoke with told me: “You are not the Account Holder.” Excuse me? If I am not the Account Holder, then who is?? I have also submitted nearly 1,000 support tickets via email — no reply at all. This is devastating to our business, and no one is giving me any clear explanation of: • What exactly happened? • What did we do wrong? • Why were all certificates revoked without any warning? • Why are we trapped in this limbo where the system thinks we have a membership but we have no permissions? Can someone — anyone — from Apple please seriously look into this case and tell me what is going on? We are stuck, losing users’ trust, and completely helpless right now. Please, this needs urgent escalation. Thank you.
