Apple Developer Program membership renewal still not updating active after payment
Hi, I hope it's ok to post this here as I'm on a bit of a time-crunch to have this sorted and looking to get this issue resolved. I just renewed my Apple Developer Program membership (annual subscription) and received my order confirmation (Order #W1411330632, placed February 28, 2026) for $1,749.00 MXN. However, my membership status still hasn't updated to active. Is this normal (a waiting period for a renewal). If not, could someone help guide me in the direction of whom to reach out to for support? Thank you for your help. Regards, Joe

I’m creating a new post because the situation has gone far beyond reasonable. My Apple Developer Program enrollment has been stuck in “Pending” status for almost a month. During this time, I have sent around 10 emails to Apple Developer Program Support. Result: ZERO REPLISES. NO EXPLANATIONS NO UPDATES. NO HELP. If you are experiencing the same issue — or have faced it before — please leave a comment or upvote this thread so it gets visibility. At this point, this seems to be the only way to get Apple’s attention. Apple, this situation needs to be addressed.

Payment processed 18 days ago, but Developer Program still not activated
Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice or assistance regarding my Apple Developer Program enrollment. I completed my purchase and paid the $99 fee back on March 5th. Today is March 23rd, and my account is still not activated. It has been 18 days of total silence. I have already sent multiple follow-up emails to Apple Support, but I haven't received a single response. My payment was successfully processed, but I haven't received any confirmation or activation emails since then. Here are my transaction details: Invoice Number: MC55225030 Web Order Number: D009495884 Sales Order Number: AEU2369279 Has anyone else experienced such a long delay recently? Is there any other way to escalate this issue besides the standard contact form? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Apple Developer Program enrollment stuck on Pending – Payment charged on March 30
Hello, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program on March 30, 2026. The payment was successfully charged to my card and I received the receipt from Apple. However, my account is still showing "Pending" status for more than a week now. I submitted a support request but have not received any response yet. Order Number: W1557188249 Has anyone else experienced this recently? Did contacting Apple support help resolve it? Any guidance would be appreciated.

Apple Developer Program – Account still Pending after 11 days (Order D009571392)
Hello Apple Developer Support Team and Community, I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding my Apple Developer Program enrollment, which has been stuck on "Pending" for 11 days with no update or response. 📋 My Details: • Order Number: D009571392 • Invoice Number: MC62612013 • Invoice Date: April 4, 2026 • Amount Charged: $99.00 (Credit Card confirmed) 📌 Current Situation: • Payment was successfully processed and charged to my card on April 4, 2026 • I received the Order Acknowledgement email from Apple Developer Relations • I received the official Apple Invoice (#MC62612013) • My developer.apple.com/account still shows "Pending" status with the message "Subscribe your membership" • I have contacted Apple Developer Support multiple times via the contact form but have received no response whatsoever ✅ What I have already verified: • Two-Factor Authentication is enabled on my Apple ID • I have checked my spam/junk folder daily – no additional emails from Apple • I am NOT clicking "Complete your purchase" again to avoid being charged twice This delay is blocking my development work entirely. I cannot access App Store Connect, create certificates, or use any Developer Program features. Could someone from the Apple Developer team please investigate and manually activate my membership? Default Mail App Ad hoc Provisioning Profile Support
Our developer account was granted the com.apple.developer.mail-client by Apple ages ago, which we use for one of our apps. At the time, this entitlement was granted through a special "entitlements" drop-down on the profile creation page. In fact, the entitlement is still available to us in this manner: Unfortunately, applying the entitlement directly to the profile no longer works through the App Store Connect API. Which is a bummer because we periodically use the API to update our development and ad hoc profiles with new UDIDs. I was eventually able to get Apple to migrate the entitlement to a capability that we can instead apply to the app IDs in our account. Great! However, for some reason the "Default Mail App" capability (on the "Edit your App ID Configuration" screen) shows does NOT apply to Ad hoc profiles: Note that "Ad hoc" is missing. This means we still need to update the Ad hoc profile for the app in question manually through the Apple developer portal. This has to be a bug. It makes no sense that this specific capability doesn't apply to Ad hoc profiles. Other capabilities don't have this issue. e.g.: Another strange thing is that on the profile page for the ad hoc profile under "Enabled Capabilities" it shows "Default Mail App" (see screenshot above) but the capability/entitlement is missing from the downloaded profile unless I add it via the drop down menu on the profile page. How do I get Apple to fix this? Multiple support tickets submitted via our developer account have gone unanswered. (It took months just to get the entitlement partially migrated in the first place.)

I can not renew My Apple Developer Program
I am member of Apple Developer Program for 4 years. Normally, it is renewing at 27 February each year. This year it is not renewed and also I can not renew it manually. I tried it via Mac, IOS, Apple Developer App but none of them is working. There is no renew/cancel etc option. When I check app only it says you have a membership with a past date but click is not working. Need help urgently!

Issues updating W-9 and bank
After my account was converted to an organizational account, I tried to submit a new W-9, but I get an error: "The Type of Beneficial Owner does not match the individual or company status you previously provided." I had selected "Individual/Sole proprietor", based on my understanding that this is what should be selected on the W-9 for a single-member LLC. My initial guess as to what's causing the error, is my single-member LLC may have been miscategorized in the migration to an organization account so the intended option doesn't work. As per the official W-9 instructions, a single-member LLC should be categorized as an "Individual/sole proprietor or single-member LLC" on the form for tax purposes, but when I select "Individual/Sole Proprietor" on the "Type of Beneficiary Owner" dropdown on the App Store Connect front-end form for the W-9, which I assume corresponds with the aforementioned option on the true W-9 form that includes "single-member LLC", I get the aforementioned error. I was alternatively informed by Developer Support that the above error may be occurring because I haven't signed the latest Apple Program License Agreement, which I haven't been able to access, which they claimed is because I hadn't provided banking information for my account. So I added my business bank account but a week later the top of the Business section still says "Your banking updates are processing, and you should see the changes in 24 hours. You won't be able to make any additional updates until then." I contacted Apple Developer Support about all of the above and am still waiting for a response. While I wait, I'd like to ask here whether anyone has any ideas as to why the W-9 error is occuring or how long banking changes actually take to process, in case either of these is something I can resolve in the meantime.

Apple Developer Program Enrollment Pending for Over 3 Weeks (Identity Verification)
Hi everyone, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program on February 1, 2026. I completed payment, signed the agreement, and uploaded my government-issued ID after support requested identity verification. I received confirmation that my documents were received, but my membership is still pending. It has now been over three weeks with no activation or clear update. I have contacted support multiple times and even called, but I am still waiting. Has anyone experienced a similar delay recently? Is this normal for identity verification in certain regions? Order Number: W1302770460 I have not received any response to my previous support requests, and my membership is still not active. Apple Developer Account Shows “Closed” Status but App is Ready for Distribution – Unable to Access App Store Connect
Hi, I can sign in to my Apple ID, but my Apple Developer account shows a “closed” status and I’m unable to access App Store Connect features. My app is currently showing “Ready for Distribution,” so the account appears active, but developer access is restricted. I’ve already contacted Apple Developer Support and am waiting for their response. Also, I temporarily can’t access my primary email due to a verification issue, so I’ve provided an alternate contact email and phone number in my support request. Has anyone experienced a similar situation or knows possible reasons for a “closed” developer status while the app remains approved? Thanks.

Nonprofit Enrollment 28 Days in "Processing" After Continuing - UH4UT85YS3
I'm looking for advice or anyone who's experienced similar delays with nonprofit developer account enrollments. Timeline: In mid-September, we had some initial email validation issues during our nonprofit organization enrollment. Senior Advisor Kevin (case 102691832489) resolved those issues and cleared us to continue enrollment on September 16-17. We continued immediately on September 17th, and our status changed to "Your enrollment is being processed" with enrollment ID UH4UT85YS3. It's now been 28 days with no status changes, no requests for additional information, and no timeline. Follow-up attempts: I've called support three times (Sept 19, 26, and Oct 7). Each time I was told the application is "with a separate department they can't contact." They created additional cases but couldn't provide any updates or access to the reviewing team. Questions for the community: Is 28 days normal for nonprofit enrollment processing after continuing? Has anyone found a way to get status updates when regular support can't access the reviewing team? Is there a specific escalation path for nonprofit accounts that differs from standard enrollments? We're a 501(c)(3) church launching an app for a capital campaign, so the delay is starting to impact our timeline. Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated. Unable to find a team with the given Team ID to which you belong.
Has anyone else run across this after manually renewing an expired developer account? Happens when I go to the "Certificates, Identifiers, & Profiles" page and click on anything. Also unable to download any of the iOS SDK's. Any ideas?
