Mapping between opaque review IDs and old numeric IDs
I have an existing system that fetches reviews for an app from the following URL: https://itunes.apple.com/en/rss/customerreviews/?id=[numeric app ID] The response from this URL gives review IDs in numeric format, for example 11990822406. I'd like to use the new API described here to fetch any review response, but the new API only accepts an opaque review ID, for example 00000037-1653-fg99-8224-821b00000000. Is there any way to map from the numeric review ID to the opaque ID?

App store connect issue
When I tried to log in to the app store connect, it directly redirected to the Users and Access page. I can't go to the apps page (https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/apps) I tried changing the size of the screen to very narrow, and then I found a hamburger menu in the upper left corner. Even in the hamburger menu, it is showing only Users and Access

Unfair Treatment of Developers
On October 25, 2024, our company's Apple developer account (***@.com) received an email stating that "the developer account was associated and required a written declaration within 30 days." We provided the requested document as instructed and received a reply on November 2, indicating that the account had been restored to normal use. However, confusingly, we received the same email again on November 23, with the content still being "the developer account is associated and requires a written document to be submitted within 30 days." The amusing outcome emerged as follows: The response from Apple's review committee essentially meant that "the improvements described in the document were insufficient to address the issues previously identified," leading to a 30-day suspension of the account. Is this really the attitude of Apple employees? There is evidence that the "written document" was stored in Google Drive, which has functionalities such as usage statistics, view counts, download counts, etc. Apple's reviewer, without viewing or downloading the written document, directly replied with a template email claiming that "the improvements described in the file are insufficient to solve the previous issues." Can this really be considered professionalism when the reviewer states that the issue remains unresolved without even examining the document? As developers, what specific steps did our company take to prevent the account from being associated again? Please take the trouble to open the following URL to download the written declaration document, which contains the specific steps: URL Our Apple ID is :*********, and under this account, there is only one app. Since its launch, we have released multiple updates and invested significant funds into Apple ADS promotion. The user base in China's Android market has exceeded one million; now due to the account suspension issue, the app has been taken down again, severely impacting our business. Isn't this unfair treatment of developers? We appreciate the help provided by the Apple customer service team and sincerely hope for the swift restoration of our account's usage rights.

Apple Developer Registration
I successfully registered for the Apple Developer program and received an email informing me that the review could take up to 48 hours. However, it's been two weeks and I still haven't received any updates. Could the fact that I used a payment account that is not in my name be causing a problem? Can anyone help me please?

Enrollment
I'm responsible for setting up the company's Apple Developer account. The enrollment was accepted, but we are stuck on the payment method. We did pay three times the enrollment fee, (Friday, Saturday, and Wednesday), all with the company credit card. But no reply on the status even after the 48-hour threshold. Should we use the owner's credit card? Is there a way to know the status of the purchase or the only way is to try again until it works?

Enrollment IN-REVIEW
My application was submitted in September. By September 30th all verification documents were accepted and I had my call with support as required. The status is "In-Review" as of today 12/04/2024. Over 60 days. I have emailed support multiple times and receive back only the same that it is in-review and to be patience. Has anyone been able to get more information from support? Is there a "higher" department that would be able to help? Has this happened to anyone else?

Help, account got terminated by 3.2(f) and no reply at all.
Our company's Apple developer account, ***@.com, received an email on October 25, 2024, stating that the developer account was associated and required a written declaration within 30 days. We provided the requested document and received a reply on November 2, 2024, confirming that the account had been restored to normal use. However, confusingly, we received the same email again on November 23, 2024, with the content still being "the developer account is associated and requires a written document to be submitted within 30 days." The amusing outcome: The response from Apple's review committee roughly meant that "the improvements described in the document are insufficient to address the issues previously identified," and the account will be suspended after 30 days. Why is it amusing? There is evidence that the "written document" was stored in Google Drive, which has functionalities such as usage statistics, view counts, download counts, etc. Apple's reviewer, without viewing or downloading the written document, directly replied with a template email claiming that "the improvements described in the file are insufficient to solve the previous issues." Google Drive has records of views and downloads; during the 30-day appeal period, the developer submitted the appeal document but it was not reviewed. The review committee member claimed it was insufficient without even viewing the written document. Is this the attitude of Apple employees? As a developer, I feel very upset. What specific steps did our company take to prevent the account from being associated again? Please take the trouble to open the following URL to download the written declaration document, which contains the specific steps: Google File URL; Our Apple ID is ******, and under this account, there is only one app. Since its launch, multiple version updates have been released, and we have invested significant funds in Apple's ADS promotion. The user base in China's Android market has exceeded one million; now due to the account suspension issue, the app has been taken down again, severely impacting our business. Isn't this unfair treatment towards developers? Thank you to the Apple customer service team for your help, and we sincerely hope to restore the account's usage rights soon.

Unable to Access Developer My Account - "We’ll be back soon" Page
Hello, I’ve been trying for months to access my Apple Developer account, but unfortunately, I keep getting redirected to the "We’ll be back soon" page. I’ve checked the server status, and everything appears to be fine. I’ve also tried common troubleshooting steps like clearing my browser cache, disabling any VPNs, and trying different devices and networks, but none of these solutions have worked. How can I reactivate my account? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Unable to Complete Payment for Apple Developer Program
I have been trying to complete my enrollment in the Apple Developer Program, but I keep encountering issues with the payment process. I’ve attempted the payment multiple times using the Apple Developer app and have tried several bank cards. These cards are valid and have been successfully used for other online and international purchases, but the payment for the program is not being processed, and no amount is deducted. I received a response from Developer Support suggesting I reenroll using the app, but despite following this advice, I am still unable to complete the process. As a startup online institute, this delay is affecting our teachers and students, and we urgently need this resolved. Has anyone else faced this issue, and are there any specific steps or alternative solutions that worked for you? Any guidance from the community or Apple representatives would be greatly appreciated. If needed, I am available for further discussion Thank you for your support! [Personal Information Edited by Moderator]

I have tried multiple times get into contact with support for assistance, but have not heard back from anyone.
