Team Member Can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles
Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this: According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team. There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says: If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program. So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this: Log on to Developer > Account. Select the correct team at the top right. Scroll down to the “Membership details” section. Look at the “Enrolled as” field. If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below. If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership. If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us. Developer Account
I recently applied for an Apple Developer Program company account, but my enrollment request was declined. The message I received only stated that the enrollment request had been declined. However, I did not receive any email or additional information explaining why the enrollment was rejected. My company is a legally registered business, and I completed the enrollment process using our company information. At this point, I'm unsure what part of the application caused the rejection or what I need to do to resolve it. Since receiving the rejection notice, I have contacted Apple Developer Support to ask for clarification, but I have not received a response. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Were you able to find out the reason for the rejection or successfully reapply? Is there a way to request more detailed feedback from Apple regarding the decision? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

[Error 500] Developer Enrollment Blank Page & ERROR for Developer Contact Support
Trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, and when I clicked Enroll, it gave me an empty blank page with a 500 error in the debug console. Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) I tried the Developer Support and it gave me the same issue with a text ERROR: [object Object] on the screen. I called customer service from my phone to Apple and scheduled a call; however, the solution at the end is "Try refreshing again and again until the Developer Support page works." 😄 Any suggestions on my next step?

How can I reset or cancel an Apple Developer Program enrollment with an incorrect name?
Hello, I started an Apple Developer Program enrollment, but I accidentally entered the wrong name during the process. The enrollment was not completed yet. I would like to know what is the correct way to reset, cancel, or restart the enrollment so I can submit it again with my correct legal name. I already contacted Apple Developer Support, but I have not been able to resolve the issue yet. I would appreciate any guidance on the proper next step. Thank you.

Enrollment stuck due to incorrect legal name
Hello, I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I accidentally entered my name incorrectly during the enrollment process. It seems the mistake may have been caused by autocorrect on my iPhone, and I noticed it only after the enrollment had already started. Since then, I have contacted Apple Developer Support several times, but each time I receive a email with standard instructions that do not actually resolve the issue. I am not trying to bypass any verification process — I simply need the current enrollment attempt to be reset or deleted so I can start again with my correct legal name. At the moment, I seem to be stuck: I cannot complete the enrollment correctly, and I also cannot restart the process properly. Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Is there any way to request a manual reset of an Apple Developer Program enrollment attempt, or to have the incorrect enrollment information removed so I can submit a new enrollment with the correct name? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Incorrect Developer Account Address is blocking Tax Forms and Paid Apps Agreement
Hi, I’m an Individual Apple Developer Program member. My Developer account Membership Details show an incorrect street address. This incorrect address is also being pulled into App Store Connect Business and into my tax forms, including the U.S. Certificate of Foreign Status of Beneficial Owner and U.S. Form W-8BEN. In App Store Connect > Business, my Paid Apps Agreement shows “Pending User Info,” my bank account is “Processing,” and the Tax Forms section shows “Missing Tax Info.” I already submitted address verification documents to Apple Developer Support more than 5 days ago, but the address has not been updated yet. My app includes auto-renewable subscriptions, so I need the Paid Apps Agreement and tax forms completed before submitting the app properly. Is the Developer account Membership address the source used for the Business address and tax forms? And is there any way to correct this manually, or must Apple Developer Support update it? Thanks.

Enrollment pending for 10+ days after payment and document submission — no response from support
Hello, I am posting here as a last resort after multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact Apple Developer Support through other channels. Timeline of my situation: I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program through the Apple Developer app on iPhone, and the annual membership fee was successfully charged to my credit card. The subscription appears as active under my Apple ID subscriptions. I was then asked by Apple Developer Relations to provide identity verification documents. I submitted my government-issued ID as requested. I received an email from the Apple Developer Relations Team confirming receipt of the documents, stating: "Thank you for providing the documents we requested. We will review them and follow up with you within two business days." That two-business-day window has now been exceeded by more than a week. Total elapsed time since document submission: 10 days. I have since sent three follow-up emails to Apple Developer Support. None of them have received any response. The Apple Developer app shows the message: "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account", and redirects to the web. On the web, the enrollment page shows "Purchase your membership" and asks me to complete my purchase, as if I had never paid. I have not clicked that button to avoid being charged a second time. reportaproblem.apple.com does not allow me to take any action on this subscription. At this point my payment, my submitted documents, and my enrollment status appear to be disconnected from each other in Apple's systems. The payment is confirmed, the documents were submitted as requested, but the enrollment remains in a pending state with no communication. I have seen several similar cases in this forum during 2026, some of which were resolved when Apple staff intervened directly. I would greatly appreciate if someone from Apple could review my case internally, confirm that the payment is linked to my enrollment, and allow the document review to proceed. If that is not possible, I would need clear guidance on how to obtain a refund of the membership fee that was already charged. I am happy to provide my Apple ID, the date of the charge, or any other information needed via a private channel. Thank you in advance for any help.

Your account can’t access this page.
I signed up to my developer account after installing Xcode. Previously I was in the Safari developer program which no longer exists and I get the message that I should enroll to Apple Developer Program. I did that, entered my information, but then I get hit with this page: Your account can’t access this page. There may be certain requirements to view this content. If you’re a member of a developer program, make sure your Account Holder has agreed the latest license agreement. Visit your account. I'm the sole account holder, and it's a personal account. Click the Visit your account button leads to me profile again, and looking at my details, they're still the old info I had, not the one I entered when I enrolled to Apple Developer Program just now, and every time I try to enroll again I get this other page: We are unable to process your request. An unknown error occurred. Anyone knows what's up with that or who I can't contact to get it fixed?

Apple Developer Program Enrollment Still Processing – No Updates After Several Days
Hello everyone, I’m posting here because I’m waiting for an update regarding my Apple Developer Program enrollment. My enrollment currently shows: “Your enrollment is being processed.” My Enrollment ID is: NUBWYRAJXC I submitted my enrollment a month ago and I haven’t received any email updates or requests for additional information yet even after contacting apple developer support through email several times. I wanted to ask if anyone from Apple Support or a community admin could please check my case status, or let me know if anything else is needed from my side to continue the review. If additional documents or verification are required, I’m happy to provide them. Thank you very much for your help.

statusCode 7000 "Team is not yet configured for notarization"
Hello, Adding our case to the long-running thread on this issue (https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/118465). Our team is the latest to be hit by statusCode 7000 "Team is not yet configured for notarization", and we'd like to (a) document the data points in case it helps Apple correlate cases and (b) ask the community whether anyone has seen a faster resolution path than what's been reported here over the past 6 years. Our situation Team ID: A92X4FJ5HU Last successful notarization: 2026-05-18 11:23:26 UTC First rejection: 2026-05-18 17:19:15 UTC (~6 hours later, no apparent trigger on our side) Total rejections since: 22 submissions across 9 days, 100% rejected with statusCode 7000 Open support case: 102900780153 What we have already verified Apple Developer Program membership Active (Renewal Sept 17, 2026) Apple Developer Program License Agreement: Accepted Apr 15, 2026 Free Apps Agreement: Active (Apr 15, 2026 — Sept 16, 2026) Paid Apps Agreement: Active (Mar 17, 2026 — Sept 16, 2026) Banking and tax information complete Developer ID Application certificate valid (notBefore 2025-10-12, notAfter 2027-02-01) What we tested Variable Result API key A (Admin role, created 2025-10) Rejected, statusCode 7000 API key B (Admin role, created 2026-05-22) Rejected, statusCode 7000 Same Issuer ID, both keys Same rejection Bundle ID com.matrixai.app (one product) Rejected Bundle ID com.flowith.os.beta (different product) Rejected Locally-rebuilt clean DMG Rejected Pre-existing already-signed DMG Rejected The rejection happens server-side after upload completes — authentication, signing, hardened runtime, and timestamp are all confirmed correct (codesign verifies cleanly, both keys authenticate). The submission is accepted by the notary service, then rejected with statusCode 7000 after a few minutes of "In Progress". Sample submission IDs (all rejected, statusCode 7000) ac52531f-1b9e-4210-8123-54afea90f66f (2026-05-27 10:20 UTC) baba6420-e245-4597-b229-ec5af4b309c5 (2026-05-27 10:23 UTC) 72118f71-9f1d-4ce9-8068-3eca5017104d (2026-05-27 09:49 UTC) Question to the community I've read this entire thread (all 4 pages, 6 years of reports) and the related threads (749857, 813624, 825906, 827589, 130479, 130494, 741721, 809228). The consistent answer from DTS is "this is a Developer Program Support issue, escalate via official channels", but the threads also document wait times of 1 day to 3+ months with no SLA and no transparency. A few questions: Has anyone in 2025 or 2026 had this resolved in under 2 weeks? If yes, what (if anything) on your side accelerated it? Did anyone identify a specific account-level signal (recent agreement re-acceptance, banking change, AppID/Bundle ID conflict, recent role/Account Holder change, recent device verification, etc.) that correlated with the trigger date? Is there any escalation path beyond Case → DPS → "engineers are working on it" loop? Several users on this thread report 39 days, 3 months, 4 separate cases — and DPS still cannot give an ETA. I understand the official answer is "wait for Developer Program Support". Posting this here primarily so Apple has more correlated data points for the engineering team that owns notarization, and so other developers who hit this in the future can find one more datapoint. Thanks.

Error 7000 "Team is not yet configured for notarization" — 5+ weeks, KYC docs submitted, still blocked (EU Individual)
Notarization has been rejecting every submission with statusCode 7000 ("Team is not yet configured for notarization") for over five weeks. I'd appreciate any Apple staff who can confirm the gate status or re-route this internally. Account: Team ID: ZLPP2G8NG3 Account type: Individual, ACTIVE membership Region: EU (Czech Republic) The submission is technically clean — this is rejected at the gate, not on content: Developer ID Application cert valid (expires 2031), full WWDR chain Signed with hardened runtime + secure timestamp codesign --verify --deep --strict passes notarytool uploads succeed, then Rejected in ~30-60s log shows "issues": null (the archive is never opened) Confirmed it is NOT app-specific: a 50 KB hello-world C binary, signed the same way, is rejected identically. Latest canary submission: 95833847-e70f-41fe-b61f-c9dc9ffd90ed (2026-05-27) -> 7000 Timeline: 2026-04-20 first 7000 rejection (app, after ~60h "In Progress") 2026-04-29 escalated to engineering (case 102873818441, advisor Ronan) 2026-05-13 advisor Ira (case 102887849530) requested government photo ID + address verification — uploaded same day via the official file-upload portal, autoreply confirmed receipt 2026-05-14 to 05-27 silence; case was closed on Apple side, issue NOT resolved 2026-05-27 still 7000 I've completed everything on my side: License Agreement accepted, Free Apps agreement Active, DSA trader designation done, and the identity-verification documents submitted on May 13. Two weeks later the gate is still down with no reply on either case. Question for Apple staff: can someone confirm whether the identity-verification documents from May 13 reached the team that flips the notarization flag, and whether anything further is needed from me? The support cases have gone quiet and I have no other channel to check status. Thank you.

Apple Developer Program Enrollment Still Pending After 5 Business Days
Hello everyone, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program, completed payment successfully, and received confirmation, but my developer account is still not activated after 5 business days. I’m currently unable to access developer tools or continue setup. I’ve also had difficulty getting through to Apple Developer Support directly, which has made it difficult to understand whether something is wrong with my enrollment or if this is simply an unusually long processing delay. I’ve already contacted Apple Support, but I keep getting redirected between support channels. Has anyone else experienced a similar delay recently? If so: How long did activation take for you? Was there anything specific you had to do? Did your enrollment eventually activate automatically? Any advice or shared experiences would be appreciated. Thank you.

Apple Developer Program Enrollment Issue
Hi everyone, I’m having an issue with my Apple Developer Program enrollment and I’m not sure what is happening or how to proceed. I recently enrolled in the Apple Developer Program, and after submitting everything, the status showed as “In Review” for over a week. However, after that, something strange happened: The enrollment status completely disappeared from the Apple Developer app When I log into the Apple Developer website, I only see the option to “Enroll” again I can no longer find any active enrollment status anywhere I also opened support cases regarding this issue. In both cases, I received confirmation emails that the cases were created and assigned. However, I have not received any follow-up responses via email, even though I can see in the support portal that there was some kind of reply from Apple support. I double-checked my email address and there are no incoming messages from Apple Support. I also checked spam/junk folders. So at the moment I’m stuck in a situation where: My enrollment was in review It disappeared completely I cannot see any status anymore And I’m not receiving support responses via email Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what might be happening here? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Payment Declined - Apple Developer Program
Hi, I've seen a few posts about payment been declined, with no resolution noted on any. I have tried, Chrome and Safari, with the same response - Payment Declined. Checking my bank that payment request never reached them, so the issue lies with Apple's payment system, maybe their fraud prevention on payments. Im using my companys debit card to make the payment. How can i get this resolved? Thanks Lee

no response and no developer account
Hi everyone, Apple took $79 from my bank account last week because I wanted to sign up to sell my app on the store. In my account, it says you need to complete your purchase, but the money has been charged in my account, and I have no access to any developer account. I have sent two emails to Apple support with no reply. Does anyone know how to get a refund or how to fix this?

How should I handle this issue? The form keeps failing validation.
I am currently in the process of registering for an iOS Company Developer Account. However, when attempting to complete the Legal Authority section, I am unable to successfully enter the Registration ID and the one-time verification code; the system keeps flagging these fields with an error. I am certain that the information I am entering is correct—there are absolutely no extra spaces or typos. Please help me; I am completely stuck at this stage and cannot proceed with the registration!

Thanks.

Enrollment Stuck in Processing
I've been stuck on "enrollment processing" for several days now on our account dashboard. From friends, I've heard that the developer account enrollment is usually 24 hours after you have the DUNS number. Curious why this is taking so long or if there is something we are missing. Any thoughts or tips would be helpful!
