There was an updated tonight I assume to something and now I am getting this for all firebase modules when I push to App Store connect "Invalid sdk value. The value provided for the sdk portion of LC_BUILD_VERSION in proxie2.app/Frameworks/GoogleAppMeasurementIdentitySupport.framework/GoogleAppMeasurementIdentitySupport is 18.2 which is greater than the maximum allowed value of 18.1." now even when I revert back to suer old firebase packages I get the same errors no matter what please fix this asap...

I'm have Local Swift Package which contains binary target to private github releases
url is formed like below:
https://api.github.com/repo/{owner}/{repo}/releases/assets/{asset_id}.zip
I register the private repo to the xcodecloud, but still xcodecloud does not recognize "api.github.com" domain. So build keeps fails at downloading binary artifact.
https://github.com/{owner}/{repo}/releases/download/{tag}/Myframework.xcframework.zip is not a valid choice since this kind of url, is not supported for private repository.
Proposed Solution
Please add authorization to the "api.github.com" like normal "github.com".
I have set the deployment target to iOS17.0 on all targets.

Hi there, it seems like the "Latest Release" option for Xcode Cloud's environment settings has rev'd to 16.2 (16C5032) (since yesterday?) but is causing Mac Catalyst archives to fail with the error "This bundle is invalid. Apple is not currently accepting applications built with this version of Xcode." iOS and tvOS builds are archiving as expected, but this is blocking my deployment.
I would have expected "Latest Release" to always result in a version that is accepted for deployment - am I doing something wrong?

I'm trying to register the application with Xcode Cloud.
For that, I click on the "cloud" button in Xcode.
First steps goes OK, but it fails at "create App on App Store Connect"
The error is Cannot register the product
Usually, I change the bundle name, but this time it gets weird, as Xcode managed to create the Identifier, as it is not taken.
So the identifier is created in the developer portal but it fails anyway.
I also tried to create the app directly in the portal, and it works, therefore the app name is not the problem.
Then I delete the app and try again with Xcode and it fails...
Any solution for this issue please?
Currently Im trying to save few files in it but on every run this folder is empty. I have the following script in ci_post_clone.sh

My expectation is that on the second run it would show test file in DerivedData or fail at creating the directory, but the issue is that this file is not created.
does it need a successful build for this folder to be saved? in Xcode Cloud, in workflow environment I have unchecked Clean build Xcode Cloud will not restore derived data or caches for your builds, which may take significantly longer as a result.. One more question here would be what is meant by caches? are there other folders being saved?

my guess is that Xcode Cloud or Google servers probably has some limitation. So if I cache those libraries my project will hopefuly compile once again.
All tests build and run locally just fine. Xcode Cloud can build my code, but always fails to run tests with the below errors. How can I even begin to troubleshoot this?
I think my setup is pretty straightforward. Just a simple test plan that execute some unit tests with Swift Testing.

Am I understanding correctly that Xcode Cloud still does not support Metal in 2025?
I have a working Xcode Cloud setup for my iOS and macOS targets, and I'm trying to add visionOS support. The issue is that Firebase requires using their source distribution for visionOS (instead of their default binary distribution).
Locally, this works by launching Xcode with:
open -a Xcode --env FIREBASE_SOURCE_FIRESTORE project.xcodeproj
For Xcode Cloud, I've added a ci_post_clone.sh script that sets this environment variable for visionOS builds:

However, I'm getting the following error during build:
an out-of-date resolved file was detected at /.../project.xcworkspace/xcshareddata/swiftpm/Package.resolved, which is not allowed when automatic dependency resolution is disabled
So since setting FIREBASE_SOURCE_FIRESTORE=1 changes which SPM dependencies are required:
Normal setup uses: abseil-cpp-binary, grpc-binary
Source distribution needs: abseil-cpp-swiftpm, grpc-ios, boringssl-swiftpm
What's the recommended way to handle this in Xcode Cloud when maintaining builds for all platforms? Should I be using separate workflows with different branches for different platforms? Or is there a better approach?

Hi everyone,
We're developing a mobile app with Flutter and I linked my GitHub with XCode Cloud. This is the first time we're using XCode Cloud and we are struggling with the build, they fail every time.
A little context, we started by adding the ci_post_clone.sh script, then adding a few files in the versioning, etc...
Now it looks like the build is going through be we are facing issues with the part:
Scan dependencies of GeneratedPluginRegistrant.m
It's throwing an error: Module 'cloud_firestore' not found, even though the module is installed before by performing a pod install.
It's building locally on both Flutter with IntelliJ and XCode, we tried several times to flutter clean or pod deintegrate but nothing works!
Any clue?

I'm working on Apple Watch UI tests and have noticed different results between local and Xcode Cloud environments.
I tested all cases locally, and they worked fine. However, when running the tests on Xcode Cloud, some issues caused them to fail:
The test requires clicking a button to display the built-in keyboard, but on Xcode Cloud, the keyboard never appears, no matter how long I wait.
The app unexpectedly closes during testing, displaying the error message: "Failed to launch application {Your app} is not running."
These failures occurred on two different simulator destinations (Ultra 49mm 11.2 / Series 7 45mm 11.2) and can only be reproduced on specific simulators.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue?
Since yesterday, Xcode cloud no longer seems to be successful in building our workflows. We're relying on Xcode Cloud for our CI, and the downtime is hindering us greatly.
I've seen there is an issue on https://developer.apple.com/system-status/.
Any indication of progress on this issue would be appreciated.
We are transferring ownership of an app from one org to another. Most things seem to be transferring as expected thus far according to this page, with the exception of our Xcode Cloud configuration and workflows. I understand that they are connected to source code (Github in this case), so those would probably need to be reconnected, but is there any way to get some of the configuration/workflows transferred?

I've recently added iCloud backup on my chat app. Conversations are backing up fine but some users are losing their chats and when I see the telemetry it show "BAD_REQUEST" error. I couldn't find any details or solution for it.

Where is the Xcode Cloud infrastructure hosted?
Is there any way to specify that your builds happen in the US only?
Does Xcode Cloud infra have any SLA on uptime?
Does XCode Cloud meet any kind security compliance standards?
My Xcode Cloud workflows tell me the 'Latest Release' Xcode that it's using is Xcode 16.1 Release Candidate (16B40)
Obviously that is well out of date at this point, plus, an RC is not a release version.
How can I tell Xcode Cloud to always use the latest (non-RC) release version?

I currently have a problem with Xcode cloud. When I setup a simple workflow in my Xcode project that just archives it and builds the project for TestFlight Internal testing, it will fail and give the following error:
Invalid Signature. Code failed to satisfy specified code requirement(s). The file at path “DropIn.app/DropIn” is not properly signed. Make sure you have signed your application with a distribution certificate, not an ad hoc certificate or a development certificate. Verify that the code signing settings in Xcode are correct at the target level (which override any values at the project level). Additionally, make sure the bundle you are uploading was built using a Release target in Xcode, not a Simulator target. If you are certain your code signing settings are correct, choose “Clean All” in Xcode, delete the “build” directory in the Finder, and rebuild your release target. For more information, please consult https://developer.apple.com/support/code-signing.
I've already been searching for solutions and double checked the documentation.
My Xcode project is a simple iOS app with the app target and two other targets for tests and UI tests. I made sure the checkbox "Automatically manage signing" is ticked in all targets.
The workflow has only one action "Archive - iOS" with TestFlight (Internal Testing Only) and a post-action "TestFlight Internal Testing - iOS" with an internal testing group assigned.
I've seen people having similar problems where it turned out they had a non roman character in their name? This would also affect me if that's the case, since my name includes "ö".
I also checked on app store connect and already deleted xcode cloud data, removed all certificates recreated the workflow, but it still gives this error.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

I am experiencing an issue where Xcode Cloud is not available in my Apple Developer Program account on App Store Connect. Despite having an active developer membership, I cannot access or enable Xcode Cloud for my apps.
Could you please assist me in understanding why this feature is not available for my account and what steps I need to take to enable it?
We started seeing an access issue today when attempting to go to the Xcode Cloud tab in App Store Connect. When you navigate to https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/teams/:teamId/apps/:appId/ci we're seeing the following message:

I am the account holder so it shouldn't be a permissions issue. Is there an ongoing outage or problem in Xcode Cloud? And, if so, where can I monitor this accurately?
