Hi Apple Devs, We are having trouble getting subscription purchases to work in sandbox. We have sandbox set up with the right account and configuration, but the first subscription we submitted is still pending review. It seems that we cannot test the purchase flow until it has actually been approved. That is, attempting to upgrade your subscription leads to an invalid product ID error, presumably because the product is not ready for sale. Am I misunderstanding how subscriptions are supposed to be tested and reviewed? Thank you!

Hi, I did cloudkit synchronization using swiftdata. However, synchronization does not occur automatically, and synchronization occurs intermittently only when the device is closed and opened. For confirmation, after changing the data in Device 1 (saving), when the data is fetched from Device 2, there is no change. I've heard that there's still an issue with swiftdata sync and Apple is currently troubleshooting it, is the phenomenon I'm experiencing in the current version normal?

@pcfist Thanks for the confirmation. I'll give it a try when I get a chance. Unfortunately I am spending most of my time finding and reporting macOS/iPadOS/iOS 26 bugs that are impacting my app. Then I waste time trying to find work arounds since Apple isn't fixing any of the issues.

This issue is also affecting existing apps built with Xcode prior to 26 and a base SDK prior to 26 but being run on macOS 26. So clearly it's a framework issue in macOS 26 that is affecting an app no matter how/when it was built. It just needs to be an app using Scaled to Match iPad. I really hope Apple gets this resolved in macOS 26.1 (along with half a dozen other critical functionality bugs that I've reported and still are not fixed).

Your question seems related to a consumer feature and is better suited for the Apple Support Communities https://discussions.apple.com/welcome I would recommend to provide the support team more information about what version of iOS did you update to. If you run codesign on your executable, it tells you exactly what the problem is: /tmp $ codesign -vv -R=anchor apple generic renderrob.app renderrob.app: unsealed contents present in the root directory of an embedded framework In subcomponent: /private/tmp/renderrob.app/Contents/Frameworks/Python.framework If you explore that framework using Terminal, you'll see what it's complaining about: /tmp $ find /private/tmp/renderrob.app/Contents/Frameworks/Python.framework ... /private/tmp/renderrob.app/Contents/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/._Current /private/tmp/renderrob.app/Contents/Frameworks/Python.framework/._Resources /private/tmp/renderrob.app/Contents/Frameworks/Python.framework/._Python Remove those files and try again: /tmp $ rm /private/tmp/renderrob.app/Contents/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/._Current /tmp $ rm /private/tmp/renderrob.app/Contents/Frameworks/Python.framework/._Resources /tmp $ rm /private/tmp/renderrob.app/Contents/Frameworks/Python.framework/._Python /tmp $ codes

I am following the Downloading Analytics Reports guide which consists of five steps: request the ONGOING report generation for the app once list all analytics report requests for the app list all analytics reports based on the analytics report request id :x: list all analytics report instances based on the analytics report id list all segments of the analytics report instance to get the download url I can only complete the third step which returns a list of all available reports. However when I continue with step four, the request for the analytics report instances returns with a response code 200 but the data array is always empty: I am using the Home Screen Widget Installs report but this is also happening for other reports Also changing or omitting the filter doesn't change anything { data: [], links: { self: https://api.appstoreconnect.apple.com/v1/analyticsReports/{reportId}/instances?filter%5Bgranularity%5D=DAILY }, meta: { paging: { total: 0, limit: 50 } } } What could be the reason that the d

Looking at the UIDesignRequiresCompatibility documentation, watchOS is not listed among the supported platforms. When added to the project, it is also being ignored, resulting in Liquid Glass design. It is possible to opt-out from Liquid Glass design temporarily. Is that just an oversight for Apple Watch please?
I’m having trouble getting past the demo login on my app. when I press enter demo or sign in, it’s like the buttons are not registering and I can’t enter my app to see what’s wrong with it. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue, so I can send it back for review.

Hello Apple Developer Support Team, I’m facing an issue stapling notarization tickets to my signed macOS installer package (.pkg). What I’ve done so far: Code-signed my .app with Developer ID certificate. Created a signed installer package (.pkg) using pkgbuild. Submitted the package to Apple notarization via xcrun notarytool submit ... --wait. Status: Accepted. Tried stapling using xcrun stapler staple -v IPMPlus_Arm_Installer_signed.pkg, but it fails with Error 65. xcrun stapler validate reports no ticket stapled. Observations: Curl tests to CloudKit endpoints return 404 or NOT_FOUND errors. Port 443 connectivity to api.apple-cloudkit.com and gs.apple.com works. Retried stapling from multiple networks, including a mobile hotspot. Same result. System time is synced; package signature is valid (pkgutil --check-signature). Questions: Is this a known issue with stapler / CloudKit endpoints? Is there a workaround to successfully staple a notarization ticket to a signed .pkg? Any guidance would

Hi Smith, To add more context to my previous reply, especially regarding the userclient-access entitlement: The main reason we switched our testing focus to the communicates-with-drivers entitlement is because the userclient-access path is completely blocked at build time for us, exactly as you suspected. Here is a detailed breakdown of what happens when we use userclient-access: Entitlement Configuration: We configure our DriverKitSampleApp.entitlements with the correct, specific bundle ID of our DEXT: com.apple.developer.driverkit.userclient-access com.accusys.Acxxx.driver Immediate Build Failure: As soon as we try to build the app with this entitlement, Xcode's signing process fails instantly. This happens with both Automatic Signing and a manually created Provisioning Profile. The Error Message: The error is always the same: Provisioning profile ... doesn't match the entitlements file's value for the com.apple.developer.driverkit.userclient-access entitlement. The Proof (from QuickLook): Following your

Hello I’m experimenting with Apple’s on‑device language model via the FoundationModels framework in Xcode (using LanguageModelSession in my code). I’d like to confirm a few points: • Is the language model provided by FoundationModels designed and trained by Apple? Or is it based on an open‑source model? • Is this on‑device model available on iOS (and iPadOS), or is it limited to macOS? • When I write code in Xcode, is code completion powered by this same local model? If so, why isn’t the same model available in the left‑hand chat sidebar in Xcode (so that I can use it there instead of relying on ChatGPT)? • Can I grant this local model access to my personal data (photos, contacts, SMS, emails) so it can answer questions based on that information? If yes, what APIs, permission prompts, and privacy constraints apply? Thanks
