Reply to Two errors -- binary not optimized for iphone 5 (error 90096) and invalid code signing (error 90163) when submitting to iTunes
The ERROR ITMS- 90096: “Your binary is not optimized for iPhone 5 ……” is SOLVED! I had my splash images in a folder. Once I took them out of the folder and put them in the same directory as the project I was didn't receive the error anymore. The problem for the ERROR ITMS- 90163: “Invalid Code Signing Entitlements error was that a development AND production provisioning profile was using the same App ID. Once I created and paired a separate app ID for the development and production provisioning profile the problem was solved. PROBLEM SOLVED.

Reply to iTunes Store Operation Failed
I had the same problem, tried with Application Loader that told me it was :ERROR ITMS-90062: This bundle is invalid. The value for key CFBundleShortVersionString [3.1] in the Info.plist file must contain a higher version than that of the previously approved version [3.1].Update your app version and try again with Application Loader, worked for me.

Qt - CFBundleExecutable issue: ERROR ITMS-90260
Our application is written in Qt. When uploading the signed PKG-file with Application Loader 3.0 we get the following message:ERROR ITMS-90260: Bad Bundle Executable. You must include a valid CFBundleExecutable key in the nested bundleWe added this string in the info.plist<key>CFBundleExecutable</key> <string>QtCore</string>Tis is what the Mac Developer Library is telling us:For frameworks, the value of this key is required to be the same as the framework name, minus the .framework extension. If the keys are not the same, the target system may incur some launch-performance penalties. The value should not include any extension on the name. But the error message still appears. What is to do? Are there any Qt-apps in the App store?

Reply to Can no longer upload hosted content
I am having a similar problem.I have successfully uploaded about 30 in-app purchase packages of Apple-hosted content using Application Loader, targeting an iOS app. However, once I added 5 iPad Pro screenshots to my iOS app description in iTunesConnect, I get 5 ITMS-3000 errors that reference these screenshots. Here is one example:ERROR: ERROR ITMS-3000: Line 107 column 97: value of attribute display_target is invalid; must be equal to Mac, iOS-3.5-in, iOS-4-in, iOS-4.7-in, iOS-5.5-in, iOS-Apple-Watch or iOS-iPad at XPath/package/software/software_metadata/versions/version/locales/locale/software_screenshots/software_screenshot[10]I submitted a full report with screenshots and an Application Loader log file to the support people at iTunesConnect. After speaking with 3 different people during the course of nearly a week, I was directed to submit a support request to Apple Developer Technical Support.I got a reply within hours from ADTS directing me to submit a bug report instead, which I have

Reply to Can no longer upload hosted content
I want to correct one thing that I said and add additional information. The problem is an XML file (not a plist) called metadata.xml which is found inside the ITMSP file that Application Loader creates and attempts to send to the iTunesConnect Server. This file contains the meta data from the app record, including screen-shot information. In my case, we posted 5 regular iPad screenshots with our app and 5 iPad Pro screenshots. The iPad Pro screenshots do not appear in the App Store when you view our product. However, this ITMSP file knows that the files are in our app record in iTunesConnect. This evening, I attempted to delete the offending lines of the metadata.xml file. This technique worked for me back in December when our app had not yet been submitted for approval. Now that our app has been approved for sale, my hack no longer works. I now get an error message saying the the screenshots cannot be changed:Error ITMS-4029: Version '1.0', Locale 'en-US': software_screenshots cannot be edited in the c

2 Errors and 2 Warnings when Submitting app
Hi all,I have been trying to update one of my apps for the past three days to no advail and I am getting the following errors and warnings when it goes to upload the build to the store:- BAD BUNDLE IDENTIFIER.Upon further investigation, I came across this post: https://forums.developer.apple.com/thread/15712?q=bad%20bundlewhich I dont quite understand the new format of the ID, and what do I need to do (if anything) in the app's record in iTunes Connect.- INVALID CFBUNDLEIDENTIFIER.I assume this error has to do with the previous one?- ITUNES STORE OPERATION SUCCEEDED WITH A WARNING.The resulting API analysis is too large. We were unable to validate your API usage prior to delivery. This is just an informational message.- WARNING ITMS-90076: Potential loss of Keychain access.I understand this error. But how would I get the old app-id back? Thanks,Dan Uff

5GB limit for all Hosted Content? (ERROR ITMS-4162)
Hi. My client's app has 1-2GB purchases for sale, and they want to have dozens of them. We recently encountered ERROR ITMS-4162 in the Application Loader which states that there is a 5GB limit for all IAP hosted content. Is that accurate? I can't find any documentation one way or the other, and only a few hits come up on Google and the Dev Forums. I see a lot of corroboration, but it would be great to get something definitive from Apple.Rich, do you know if there's any way to host more than 5GB total content?Application Loader screenshot:http://cl.ly/1n1f2q2X1P3N

App Submitting Problem - ERROR ITMS-90034
I have made an upate to my app, and when I was trying to upload it to the App Store, it game me this error message...Unfortunately, my screen capture of the error window did not transfer to my post. The message states: ERROR ITMS-90034: Missing or invalid signature. The bundle 'Trent-Stude.PizzaInSpace' at bundle path 'Payload/PizzaInSpace.app' is not signed using an Apple submission certificate.I have had no problems at all submitting any of my other 9 apps, until now. Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong this time around? Have they changed something that I'm not aware of? When I submitted my first app in 2014, it was extremely difficult to submit it to the App Store, almost as difficult as coding the project!! But submitting apps recently has been so much easier, except this time around. If anyone can help me figure out what I am doing wrong, I'd greatly appreciate it! If you need any more information from me, just ask. Thank you in advance!
