How to transfer an pre-release app (TestFlight only)
I wish to transfer my beta app (in TestFlight only) to another iTunes connect account. however, when running through the instructions online, I don't have the Transfer App option available. I've turned off TestFlight for Internal & External versions and my app has a status of Ready for Submission. I want to ransfer the app to a company iTC account that I've created as the app is under my personal account and my developer membership is about to expire. Does anyone know how this is done? I've contact iTC support and have a case but have not been responded to.

Do in-app purchase promo codes not work in testflight?
In Testflight app on iphone, on entering promo code for in-app purchase, we are getting a success message from the app store on redeeming but the purchase success event in the react native code that works for in-app purchases is not being triggered. I found some discussions from a few years back that mentioned that promo codes only work in production environment. So do promo codes still only work in production environment or is there a way to test promo codes in testflight?

Testflight app doesn't show fully installed
I have a TestFlight App that has been approved and is used by both internal and external users. When installing, the progress circle gets to about 90% and never gets any further. Yet, when I go to open the app at the home screen, it appears installed and opens without issue. There was, however, one user who reported that the app didn't open and crashed on launch and he had to remove the app and re-install but lost his data.Is this a TestFlight issue or is there something wrong with my app?

Pull Documents from App installed via Testflight
I have an app that I am trying to pull the sqlite db from the apps documents folder. Normally I would do this by going to xcode -> devices and simulators, selecting my device and downloading the Container of my app from the Installed Apps list. However, because my app is installed from Testflight it doesnt show up in this list. How can I pull the sqlite from an app installed via Testflight?

Testflight App Behaving Differently when launched from home screen
I have an app up on testflight that is being tested for iOS 11 compatibility. I have noticed some odd behavior when it comes to the keyboard and UI when the app is launched directly from testflight, vs being opened from the home screen. In slightly more detail, my scenario is:From testflight -> Open then app -> Start typing, keyboard will pop up, UI will not shift correctly to unhide text elementsIf I then close the app and reopen from the home screen, the UI will shift correctly. Does the app get launched differently from testflight? Which behavior can I expect when my app gets launched on the app store? Are there any known issues with webkit/testflight in iOS 11?

Reply to Cancel subscription not working in TestFlight
Has your app been reviewed? Can we even test these things on TestFlight if our app has not passed the review? Testing In-App Purchases in the sandbox environment doesn’t require uploading your app binary to App Store Connect. TestFlight uses the sandbox environment for in-app purchases. For more information about testing in-app purchases In the sandbox, see Testing In-App Purchases with sandbox. Now when I want to cancel my subscription from the Apple Settings it gives me the following error after confirming cancellation, 'Your request is temporarily unable to be processed. Please try again later.' People can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their subscription by choosing Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on an iOS or iPadOS device. TestFlight doesn’t support this page. To cancel a subscription in TestFlight, present the Manage Subscriptions page within your app. For more
