I have submitted my app 5 times now :|. Finally got it to the last (hopefully) rejection issue. This one I don't know how to fix though. It's saying there isn't valid proof of authorization for this app even though I am the web designer and am working along side the CEO of the company to have it published. Here is the Binary Rejection: Your app or its metadata appears to still contain potentially misleading content. Specifically, your app includes content that resembles KlosetSlayer without the necessary authorization. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Are you sure they speak of the images oand not of the app itself which would look like many other similar apps ?They speak of copycat, not copyright.4.1 CopycatsCome up with your own ideas. We know you have them, so make yours come to life. Don’t simply copy the latest popular app on the App Store, or make some minor changes to another app’s name or UI and pass it off as your own. In addition to risking an intellectual property infringement claim, it makes the App Store harder to navigate and just isn’t fair to your fellow developers.

Hello. I made an app that serves as a checklist to help find special items in one of the Resident Evil games. The app displays a large number of screenshots of the game, illustrating where each item can be found. Because of this, Apple's reviewer rejected the app for copycat reasons. The alleged reason is described below:Guideline 4.1 - Design - CopycatsYour app or its metadata appears to contain misleading content.Specifically, your app includes content that resembles Resident Evil Revelations without the necessary authorization. What does that mean? That I can't include screenshots of others games in my app? Is there any way to get around this problem while still using screenshots?
Here is 5.2.1:5.2.1 Generally: Don’t use protected third-party material such as trademarks, copyrighted works, or patented ideas in your app without permission, and don’t include misleading, false, or copycat representations, names, or metadata in your app bundle or developer name. Apps should be submitted by the person or legal entity that owns or has licensed the intellectual property and other relevant rights and is responsible for offering any services provided by the app.Who owns the data you are using for the coronavirus? If it is not copyright protected, or if it is explicitly available for your use, then appeal to App Review stating why you have the right to use the data.(I do not think the problem is that last is responsible for offering any services provided by the app.)

I don'tb think this has anything to do with company name. I published several apps which names have not the slightest resemblance with the company name. So, you should find what else is infringing or riking to infringe 2.1.5.2.1 states:5.2.1 Generally: Don’t use protected third-party material such as trademarks, copyrighted works, or patented ideas in your app without permission, and don’t include misleading, false, or copycat representations, names, or metadata in your app bundle or developer name. Dear all, I have been working for a year and invested a lot of money for creating a kind of a fantasy league related to football. I checked with a lawyer before starting the App development and he told me that if the game is free there shouldn't be any problem with the football team licenses, specially if we republish sports results (already published in all the international media). Obviously we use real football team shields, as we comply both conditions (free App and republish sports results).I have also checked other Apps in App Store and there are a lot of Apps including the same shields that I'm being told to remove from my App. I don't think all of them have any license from the FIFA or UEFA or any particular team. This is the answer I received from Apple:Guideline 4.1 - Design - CopycatsYour app or its metadata appears to contain misleading content.Specifically, your app includes content that resembles one or multiple third-party sport teams and/or leagues. It's a Freemium app, where we publish real res

How is anyone supposed to answer you? We don't know who you are and what your app does. No one has seen it other than Apple App Review. Those people see all apps and should be very skilled at identifying copycat apps. Why should we doubt their judgement?

Now that we created an organization account and transfer the removede from sale apps to new account then submit it. However, Apple still rejects it as copycat.
