Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this: According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team. There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says: If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program. So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this: Log on to Developer > Account. Select the correct team at the top right. Scroll down to the “Membership details” section. Look at the “Enrolled as” field. If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below. If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership. If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us. I Keep getting this error if I try to enroll in the developer program, why is this? Please tell me how to fix this of why this is happening!

HI there, ive registered Apple ID for distrobution Apps, enrollment was not completed properly and ive interested in cashback for enrollment to start enrollment again, but in second time there was written "complete your enrollment" and it requested from me second payment. QUestion is: can I cashback my first enrollment and why devpayment@apple.com dont awnsered me for a week?P.S. I was mailed from Apple ID, marked with "Your order has been canceled."

So it seems like my payment authorization fails all the time. When I login to my Dev account, I get a banner that says "The updated Apple Developer Program License Agreement needs to be reviewed. In order to update your existing apps and submit new apps to the App Store, the Account Holder must review and accept the updated agreement."However, when I go to Agreements, Tax, and Banking, I see both Free Apps and Paid Apps agreement, but when I click on View, there's nothing for me to accept. It's a pop-up window with a list of countries and a button at the end that says "Close". And that's it. No other action is possible. No other option either under the Action column.So then how can I review and accept it?

Hello When I tried to enroll for Apple developer program, I got message like Your enrollment could not be completed. "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." And i am not able to proceed payment page anymore . Apple consultant also don’t know main problem that bother me. I have applied for Developer membership card and filled all the details including credit card details. After completion it has asked to wait till 48 hours. It's been more then 48 hours and i still haven't got any response , neither i was charged for membership fee. I am not sure what am i supposed to do in this case now.

I keep getting the "Unknown Error" after I submit my application for an Individual/Sole Proprietor member for my Apple Developer Account. I see a yellow banner on my App Store Connect page with the following message: Apple Developer Program License Agreement Updated The updated Apple Developer Program License Agreement needs to be reviewed. In order to update your existing apps and submit new apps to the App Store, the Account Holder must review and accept the updated agreement by signing in to their account on the Apple Developer website." I am the account owner and I don't see any option to accept the license agreement. I see that the last agreement was signed on 13th December 2021 and it is accepted. I don't see any other agreements anywhere. I am unable to release any apps due to this issue. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

I have been working for a while now. Never encountered this issue. After accepting the invite from the organization. The organizations does not appear at developer apple account. But can see the organization at app store connect. Yes i have checked the account permissions. I have the admin role and developer role etc is checked everything is correct. This is not just me happening with my colleague as well.
