Hi there,
I plan to use the Impression Share Report on a daily base.
Can I face a kind of threshold issue if I create hundreds of reports per year for orgId?
Is there a way to delete a created report after the reporting data were retrieved?
Or maybe to change the requested date range and re-run it?
Thanks & regards,
Evgeniy

I'm trying to call https://api.searchads.apple.com/api/v5/reports/campaigns but getting the following response:
{"data":null,"pagination":null,"error":{"errors":[{"messageCode":"INVALID_JSON_REQUEST","message":"This is an invalid json. The request can not be parsed","field":"Line#:1 Column#:13"}]}}
I've used all suggested options for request parameters from documentation, e.g.
{
"startTime": "2024-04-08",
"endTime": "2024-04-09",
"selector": {
"orderBy": [
{
"field": "countryOrRegion",
"sortOrder": "ASCENDING"
}
],
"conditions": [
{
"field": "countriesOrRegions",
"operator": "CONTAINS_ANY",
"values": [
"US",
"GB"
]
},
{
"field": "countryOrRegion",
"operator": "IN",
"values": [
"US"
]
}
],
"pagination": {
"offset": 0,
"limit": 1000
}
},
"groupBy": [
"countryOrRegion"
],
"timeZone": "UTC",
"returnRecordsWithNoMetrics": true,
"returnRowTotals": true,
"returnGrandTotals": true
}
What's the proper way to call this API?
Hello,
I used to have running campaigns in mostly all regions, but recently I got this message on some of the countries that were previously added and have recently become ineligible. It shows a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark next to them saying "This campaign is no longer eligible to run in one or more countries or regions.".
However I think my app respects and complies with all Policies, so I don't think I am in Violation with them.
Do you know how to apply/request a manual review on advertising in these countries.
P.S I was in contact with Apple Support but they only responded by giving directions to the Policy and Guidelines sections, which is not a helpful response in any ways.
Hi,
We used to have custom product pages (CPP) for our ads in Apple Search Ads (ASA). However, now most of them are ineligible. When I asked support, they referred me to a page with localization requirements. I added all the possible localizations that we normally use and uploaded translated screens for most of them. For some, we didn’t have translations, so I used English. Yet, they still remain ineligible. Can someone help me fix this?
It’s been over a month since I started facing this issue and have been trying to resolve it with support, but they don’t tell me what’s wrong—they just send links to their FAQ or other documentation. Thanks!
Pretty much the title.
I fill in the "Create Account" form, then agree to the terms and just get an error:
Server encountered an error processing your request
The error also has a "Reason Code", but theres nothing that explains what this is or how I could possibly understand what it means.
Reason Code: 3d189f22-abef-44ca-9ee7-ebba63369182_1723100909330.C810026
Ironically when I try to contact support, it requires me to login, directing me back to the very same "Create Account" form I get the error on.
So I'm posting here as a last hope.
I am following the guideline at
https://developer.apple.com/documentation/apple_search_ads/implementing_oauth_for_the_apple_search_ads_api#3733114
However, I am getting an empty page like this :
I do not find a way upload my public key. Can someone help? Thanks.
I want to know if I can implement ads in my tvOS apps. If any documents are available from Apple on this topic, please send me the link. Thanks.
I raised the monthly budget for this app from $1300 to $2000 during July, but the campaign stopped once it reached $1303.84 around July 21st.
I understand that lowering the budget should only apply in the following month, so why did the campaign stop even though there was roughly $700 left for the month?
The issue is that the system spent the initial budget within three weeks as if it was using the new budget, so I don't have ads showing for the remainder of the month.
The CPI is set at $5.60 per recommendation, and the average CPI is $1.28, so I don't think the issue is that the bid is not high enough.
Does anyone else use the "Download CSV" button on the Search Ads website's billing page?
I used to use this successfully to download files that I could import into my accounts database. But when I tried it today, the file it returned was an XLSX.
Has anyone else seen this? Any work-arounds?
I have Apple Advanced campaign and an Apple Basic campaign. But the Basic seems glitched. It's not spending, is not suggesting any increase in spend but it also says it can't run in Brazil due to lack of localization. I am currently not running it in Brazil anyway but the error is odd. As all my screen shots are universal. They contain icons rather than text. Everything looks correct on Connect. I email support and at first they just repeat the problem statement. As if I didn't read it the first time. So I try to explain I've already read the error and checked for issues. Finding none, I contacted support.
They still claim "localized app screenshots have not been added for Portuguese (Brazil) while the app metadata has been localized in Portuguese (Brazil)."
Seemingly dismissing that I stated I see all this stuff for Brazil in App Store Connect. Everything is in place. No indication more is needed.
I got 21 languages and this one is being treated different despite all of them implemented the same way.
Again they just reply with
"Thank you for your Apple Search Ads inquiry.
To run ads in Brazil, please ensure that you have also added localized app screenshots for Portuguese (Brazil).
Once added, your campaign should be able to run in Brazil, as long as your assets are approved."
It's like they aren't even reading the replies? Is this an LLM or can they only send canned responses? They seem to be saying that all the language support works the same except for Brazil which requires you to post the screen shots again despite the screenshots already being there and despite the fact there is no indication to do so. Why are the replies so generic, not signed by anyone, take 24 hours to receive, and seemingly non responsive to my explanations of the problem? My first email to them was on the 6th and I'm still trying to convey to them the images are in the store and approved.
