I have no idea what's wrong with our custom product page. We followed what were written on the guidelines and got approved already. However, there are no custom product page available when we tried to create the campaign. Any tips or recommendation?

Hey guys, I created an app called “PicSolve”. A company pretty much cloned my app, the UI, color scheme, descriptions, marketing content, and called their app “Pic Answer”. They advertise on the keyword “PicSolve” so their app shows first on search results over mine. Does this go against apple guidelines, is there anything I can do? It’s a clear attempt at impersonation. thanks in advance

We noticed that when we call Apple iAd/AdServices for ASA attribution, they called SKAN register/update interfaces without our permission, is that true? hi, since yesterday I'm getting 503 error in my process. I'm using API v3: https://api.searchads.apple.com/api/v3/search/apps?returnOwnedApps=true but my cert are not expired yet. Could you please confirm it is still ok to use API v3. API v4 is also based on domain api.searchads.apple.com and on a site which I use to check if url is up or not: https://www.isitdownrightnow.com/ I'm getting response that service is unavailable so even API v4 is affected? Does anyone else is also having problems to connect to API v3 or API v4?

Yesterday everything was fine, now this morning when I log in it ask me to create a new account to link to my dev account.But when I try to do so, it gives me an error "This account name already exists. Enter a different account name.(Error: FD8DF40FB891628CE56E4CF7B2D7D622_1555679494447)", but the field shows that the error is linked to the CAPTCHA code.I can't access my account anymore. I created a new search ads campaign, ad group, etc., put in my credit card info, started it up, but the status is a yellow light with "System Held" as the message.Clicking on the campaign the ad group has a yellow light also with the Status "Campaign on Hold".The search ad default was set to start on September 28th, midnight, which is today (but already in the past), so what is wrong?

This might sound absurd, but my use case is following: Usually we get data for campaigns with keywords, and our data pipelines are designed for this format. However, sometimes we need to get same data for campaigns with no keywords, and here's where it goes wrong. Can we get something like NULL keyword for that case?

I advertised in tier 1 countries. The application has analytics integration. I got close to 100 downloads from the United States, but only 1 entry made it first open. Although I did not advertise for Iran at the time of the ad, the downloads in Iran increased tremendously. Does anyone have information? I only want to advertise to tier 1 countries.

I can correctly make get requests to the server with response code [200] but each time I try to make put requests I'm told my format is incorrect.
