Hi everyone,
I’m sharing this because I’ve been stuck with this issue for over two weeks, and I still haven’t found a solution — or received a meaningful response from Apple Support.
A yellow banner has appeared on my account saying:
“The Apple Developer Program License Agreement has been updated and needs to be reviewed.”
But here’s the problem:
I’ve already accepted the latest agreement long ago.
When I log into both:
App Store Connect
Developer Portal
…there’s no new agreement to accept, no prompt, no button — absolutely nothing new. The yellow banner simply refuses to go away, and it's preventing updates.
I’ve already:
Cleared cache & cookies
Tried Safari, Chrome, Firefox
Logged in from different devices/networks
Verified that I am the Account Holder
Reported the issue via Apple Developer Support (more than a week ago)
Despite clearly stating the urgency of the matter, I’ve received no fix and no timeline. This is beginning to feel like developers’ time — especially for those who depend on timely releases — isn’t being taken seriously.
So I’m writing here to ask:
🔹 Has anyone else encountered this same issue recently?
🔹 Is there any known workaround or fix?
I’d appreciate any help or shared experience.
Thank you.

We’re exploring the use of Apple’s Automatic Assessment Configuration entitlement for an iOS app currently in the proof-of-concept stage.
We’re enrolled in the Apple Developer Program with an active subscription. Both the Account Holder and team members have accepted all relevant license agreements.
However, when we try to access the entitlement request form at:
We are immediately redirected to:
This happens for all team members, including the Account Holder, so it doesn’t appear to be a role-specific permissions issue.
The app is still in the proof-of-concept stage — there’s no App Store listing or App ID yet. We’re trying to confirm entitlement eligibility before proceeding further.
Questions:
Is an App Store listing or App ID required to access this request form?
Are there any hidden prerequisites (account permissions, team roles, prior submissions, etc.) that need to be fulfilled?
Has anyone here successfully submitted this form — and if so, what steps or conditions were required?
Any guidance or shared experience would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Attempts to programmatically update or add numerous system-installed certificates (a common practice for organizations that rotate certificates regularly) are blocked, forcing manual, insecure, and error-prone workarounds.
The root cause lies in the stricter security protocols implemented in macOS 15, specifically:
System Integrity Protection (SIP) and Transparency, Consent, and Control (TCC)
Command we are using : sudo security authorizationdb write com.apple.trust-settings.admin
We’re using the Apple Developer Enterprise Program for internal app distribution. The Apple ID is a generic one using our domain email, but the Account Holder is a real person with authority in the organization.
For the payment method, we plan to use a corporate credit card — but it is issued under a different staff name (e.g. card under Chief, but Account Holder is IT Head).
Just want to check:
• Is this setup acceptable?
• Will Apple reject the enrollment/renewal if the card name doesn’t match the Account Holder?
• What’s the best practice in this case to avoid delays or verification issues?
Appreciate any guidance or experience from the community.
Thanks!
I'm hoping to make certain in-house apps fail to launch by revoking the in-house certificate that they were built on. This is by way of encouraging users of these apps to download updates built on a new certificate.
How long will it take app built on a now-revoked certificate to no longer launch?
Also, what is Apple's process for checking the validity of an in-house certificate in an app built on that certificate, running on iOS devices?
I understand that provisioning profiles have built-in expiration dates, but will an in-house app that's built on a valid provisioning profile keep running even on a revoked certificate if the revocation happened before the certificate's own expiration date?

Hi There
Our app is used in the hospital field and receives remote APNS via the Notification Service Extension.
We found a scenario where screen is on, our app is in background, if a "Critical" notification is displayed as a banner at the top of the screen, subsequent normal notifications will be suppressed and no sound will play. Only after the user swipes away the critical notification will the normal notification appear and play a sound.
is this as expected? I could not find any document on such case from Apple.
Thanks.

Hi
We've had an Enterprise Developer a/c for years. But last year they asked a bunch a questions to confirm we were a company. I answered them all and then it said it would review the answers. Were a big company and answered these questions before so just expected it to go through.
Then our Enterprise Program a/c was up for renewal in April. But the money was never taken from the company cc and every expiry date the renewal date keeps moving forward a month. Its now been moved to Sep 2025. Either were getting April-Sep free or were going to be landed with a CC bill for 12+5 months soon. Anyone else seeing this.
Is there an email or webpage for Enterprise a/c support? We have the money :)
Dear Team,
We are working on retrieving email address of the user joined to Entra ID from Entra-joined macOS devices, specifically while running in a system context. The sudo dscl . -read /Users/$(whoami) RecordName command give the local user name whose password is synced with the entra ID. We would greatly appreciate guidance on how to retrieve the Entra ID joined user’s email address in a system context from Entra Joined mac devices, especially from those with prior experience in this area.
Thank you for your support.
Hello all,
My question is, how to get APP (specialized in make SOPs for industrial users) that has already been listed outside of mainland China to be listed on apple store of mainland China?
Can I simply refile it to cover China mainland with existing apple developer account or do I have to create a new local apple developer account to start the listing process?
Your advise and help will be highly appreciated.
Thank you,

I need to verify my domain for Apple Pay but I'm on Shopify.
Domain: blissta.co
File IS accessible: https://blissta.co/.well-known/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association
But verification fails because it's a redirect, not direct hosting.
Shopify doesn't allow .well-known folder creation.
Has anyone solved this? Need either:
Way to make Apple accept redirects
Shopify workaround for direct file hosting
Manual verification from Apple
Using Authorize.net gateway. Case #102711828925

We are facing an issue with Platform SSO registration on macOS devices for AD-bound user accounts with Microsoft EntraID configuration.
We are using the Platform SSO payload on macOS devices integrated with Entra ID, and it works as expected — registration completes successfully, and the password syncs with the Entra ID password.
However, when we try the same on macOS devices with AD-bound (mobile) user accounts, the registration does not complete. To elaborate, the process successfully completes the initial WebView authentication but fails at the stage where Apple prompts for the password to sync the local macOS user’s password with the Entra ID password.
It does not display any error, and even after entering a valid password, the process does not proceed further. However, when we try the same on a non-AD user account, it works fine.
We have checked with Microsoft, and they confirmed that there are no restrictions on their side for AD-bound accounts. Since the issue appears to occur at the Apple system level, they advised us to reach Apple teams on this.
Could you please check and let us know how we can proceed with this?

I registered in this summer, uploaded 2 apps. But recently I decided to add iAP to my apps, everything is ready, in Xcode sandbox everything works fine, but when I uploaded new version to TestFlight to test, when I tap on the subscription it says something like "Product not found". (I have added subscriptions to the app, and added them to the version before submitting, also, this version is in status "awaiting developer release" so I can tap a button and this new version with iAPs will be on App Store. But im unsure what to do, because exactly this verified by Apple's version is not working in TestFlight.)
In Business section of my Apple Developer Account in Agreements I only have agreement of free apps, but not about the paid apps.
When I registered I used my (R)(us)sian passport, I think this is the reason that I simply don't even have the agreement of paid apps to accept it.
I have multiple passports, and multiple EU debit cards. I emailed apple to change the location of my account (to another EU country), but they ghosted me. They sent me emails to upload documents about 4 or 5 times, every time I uploaded my another passport, got an auto email "thank you, we will write you in 2-3 days", but either they did not write me, or they said that the document is not in English (it isn't).
What do I do?
Also, to my situation, someone of my family has a company in (R)(us)sia, and I have in EU (Estonia). Maybe if nothing will work out with "Individual account", I should change to my company? And what is better EU or (R)(us)sian?
Im new to this community, hope to hear an answer, or just an advice. Thank you!

Hey all, how long does bank account validation take typically? I have everything else in my paid agreement approved and showing active except the bank account. It says 24 hours but it has been over 3 days and there has been no progress.

The Center for Innovation in Education created a reading program designed to teach every single child to read, regardless of any supposed difficulty in learning. The Center conducted a ten-year study of its Reading Program’s effectiveness. Over those ten years, the Center placed 2,048 Reading Program kits in classrooms across America. More than 300,000 children took part in the Center’s study. Results: The Reading Program taught every single child to read in every single classroom, every single year, regardless of any child’s supposed reading readiness - including dyslexic, autistic, and even Down syndrome children. No failures then or in any of the many years that have followed.
Despite the Program’s success, educational publishers refused to publish it. Their refusals will be explained and hopefully counteracted in a book that is scheduled to be published in 2026. In response to publishers’ refusal to make the program available, the Center made it available as a free download from its website. The Center also made its program available as 14 free iPad apps.
While the apps can be searched for individually by their unique names, since the apps are interrelated and meant to complement one another, the first keyword assigned to all 14 apps was the same. That same keyword is still in its first position for every app.
The first keyword listed for each of the 14 apps is the word “Dekodiphukan”. That meant-to-be hard-to-read search word has worked well every year since the apps were introduced. However, in June of this year, that search term could find only 1 of the 14 apps.
We reported this problem to Apple Support on June 26th. It is now November, and the problem remains unresolved. The only response we receive each time we ask for an update on the resolution of this problem the answer every time is:
Reported search issues of this type require extensive review by Apple to determine whether it is valid and to confirm the appropriate action.
There is no other response. No update has ever been sent to us. There is no phone number I can find to call.
It was suggested to me by someone I spoke with in a different department at Apple Developers that I post my problem on the Developer Forum, in hopes that someone here can provide a suggestion for a way around this problem. Parents and teachers wishing to use our Reading Program with their children should not have to enter 14 different names to access our Reading Program.
I've account access level of developer. I want to create app specific password but go through the account but could not get any option to do so. Can somebody help me on this.
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
I developed a Platform Single Sign-On extension and a corresponding extension for my IdP, which is Keycloak based. The code for both projects are here:
https://github.com/unioslo/keycloak-psso-extension
and
https://github.com/unioslo/weblogin-mac-sso-extension
I realized that, when using the Secure Enclave as the AuthenticationMethod, and according to Apple's documentation, the Extension doesn’t obtain fresh ID Tokens when they expire if the refresh token is still valid.
When using password as the Authentication Method, it fetches new ID tokens when they expire, without prompting the user for credentials, by using the refresh token.
My suggestion is that the same behavior should be implemented for Secure Enclave keys.
The thing here is that usually, on OIDC flows, the ID/Access tokens are short-lived. It would make sense for the extension to provide fresh ID tokens. It doesn’t seem to make sense for me that, when using passwords, the extension would fetch these tokens, and not when having the Secure Enclave key.
By not doing this, Apple almost forces the developer of an extension to fetch new ID tokens themselves, which doens’t make sense when it clearly provides fresh tokens when using passwords. It almost forces the developers to either implement that logic themselves, or to issue longer tokens, which is not so nice.
How so you deal with this? Do you simply use the refresh token as an authentication token, or do you do some sort of manual refresh on the extension?
