Problem Agreements
Hi everyone, I’m sharing this because I’ve been stuck with this issue for over two weeks, and I still haven’t found a solution — or received a meaningful response from Apple Support. A yellow banner has appeared on my account saying: “The Apple Developer Program License Agreement has been updated and needs to be reviewed.” But here’s the problem: I’ve already accepted the latest agreement long ago. When I log into both: App Store Connect Developer Portal …there’s no new agreement to accept, no prompt, no button — absolutely nothing new. The yellow banner simply refuses to go away, and it's preventing updates. I’ve already: Cleared cache & cookies Tried Safari, Chrome, Firefox Logged in from different devices/networks Verified that I am the Account Holder Reported the issue via Apple Developer Support (more than a week ago) Despite clearly stating the urgency of the matter, I’ve received no fix and no timeline. This is beginning to feel like developers’ time — especially for those who depend on timely releases — isn’t being taken seriously. So I’m writing here to ask: 🔹 Has anyone else encountered this same issue recently? 🔹 Is there any known workaround or fix? I’d appreciate any help or shared experience. Thank you.

Restrict user from potentially editing a supervised device through Apple Configurator
Is there a way to restrict an end user from potentially editing a supervised device through Apple Configurator? It seems that Apple Configurator allows to make undesirable changes to a supervised device, like removing profiles, which would in turn be detrimental to the intended experience on the device, if a user would actually be able to perform such changes.

Apple ID & Apple School Manager
Is there a way for our app to deny Apple ID users from logging into the app if the Apple ID is not specifically managed by Apple School Manager? This would allow only students to be able to use the app. Basically is there a way for us to know if an Apple ID was created by Apple School Manager?

Device Unresponsive When Trying to Reboot in Single App Mode (MDM or Apple Configurator)
Main Issue We are experiencing an issue where iOS devices become unresponsive when attempting to shutdown or reboot from the lock screen while locked into Single App Mode via MDM or Apple Configurator. Steps to Reproduce: Start any iOS device. Use Apple Configurator or an MDM solution to enable Single App Mode. Wait for the device to lock into the specified app. Lock the device so that it goes to the lock screen. Hold the Power button and Volume Up button until the shutdown/emergency screen appears. At this point, the device becomes unresponsive. After approximately 30 seconds, the message "Guided Access app unavailable. Please contact your administrator" appears. The device is now frozen, and the only way to recover is to force restart it using Apple's forced restart method (Apple Support Link). Additional Issue: Additionally, we observe that when using an app in Single App Mode, attempting to reboot the device and canceling the reboot prevents any subsequent reboot attempts until a force restart is performed. Steps to Reproduce This Behavior: Lock the iOS device into Single App Mode. Use the app normally. Attempt to shut down the device by holding the Power and Volume Up buttons. The shutdown/emergency screen appears as expected. Cancel the shutdown by tapping "Cancel." The device returns to the lock screen. Swipe up to return to the app. Attempt to shut down the device again using the same method. Nothing happens—the shutdown screen no longer appears. The only way to reboot the device now is through a forced restart. This appears to be a bug in Single App Mode behavior, potentially related to Guided Access restrictions. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is this the right place to report this issue? or should I report it elsewhere? I have more videos and material showing how to reproduce this issue if needed.

Client Identity is not used in DNS over TLS/HTTPS configuration
I am trying to create a DNS over HTTPS and DNS over TLS server that requires authentication with a client certificate and configure it in the Device Management Profile for use from the iPhone. iOS 18.1.1 Not Showing Intermediate Certificate in Trust Settings
I have private certificate authority. Root > Intermediate > Leaf. When I install the Root Certificate, it shows in Settings > General > About > Certificate Trust Settings in iOS 18.1.1 However, when I install the Intermediate Certificate (including the CA Bundle), the Intermediate CA Certificate is not shown in the Certificate Trust Settings. All my leaf certificates are issued by the Intermediate CA. Is this a bug? If not, how can this be solved? TIA!

How to stop supervised users from turning off web filters from settings
Hi,team: I have configured SystemExtensions and WebContentFilter for supervised devices through mdm, and set NonRemovableFromUISystemExtensions in SystemExtensions, but found that my network filter cannot be deleted in macOS10, macOS11 and macOS12, but it can still be turned off by selecting the network filter in the network and choosing to disable the service. However, it cannot be turned off in macOS13, macOS14 and macOS15. How can I prevent supervised devices from turning off the network filter in 10, 11 and 12? The macOS 10.15.7 image is as follows: macOS15.1.1 cannot delete and cannot close the image as follows: Hope to receive your reply!

GetToken for service type com.apple.maid is not working
I have created a jwt token with headers { 'typ': 'JWT', 'alg': 'RS256' } and claim as : { 'iss': dep server UUID from Accounts call, 'iat': epoc time in seconds, 'jti': random uuid, 'service_type': 'com.apple.maid' } And signed the token with private key created during DEP MDM server creation. On the device I see Verification error when tried to login with Managed Apple account. In ABM, Access management setting was set to Managed Devices /Supervised only. Any help would be appreciated.

Supporting development of ACME - Freshness code question
It seems like there are some "mixed messages" out there about what should be in OID 1.2.840.113635.100.8.11.1 in the attestation cert. Is it just a SHA256 hash of the nonce issued by the ACME server? The MDM profile yaml says: "In the attestation certificate the value of the freshness code OID matches the nonce specified by the ACME server via the ACME protocol." I'm hoping the difficulty we're seeing is down to the certificate being created once (and not again for 7 days). Otherwise, we're not decoding/understanding the OID's contents properly. Thanks.

Keyword not working
The Center for Innovation in Education created a reading program designed to teach every single child to read, regardless of any supposed difficulty in learning. The Center conducted a ten-year study of its Reading Program’s effectiveness. Over those ten years, the Center placed 2,048 Reading Program kits in classrooms across America. More than 300,000 children took part in the Center’s study. Results: The Reading Program taught every single child to read in every single classroom, every single year, regardless of any child’s supposed reading readiness - including dyslexic, autistic, and even Down syndrome children. No failures then or in any of the many years that have followed. Despite the Program’s success, educational publishers refused to publish it. Their refusals will be explained and hopefully counteracted in a book that is scheduled to be published in 2026. In response to publishers’ refusal to make the program available, the Center made it available as a free download from its website. The Center also made its program available as 14 free iPad apps. While the apps can be searched for individually by their unique names, since the apps are interrelated and meant to complement one another, the first keyword assigned to all 14 apps was the same. That same keyword is still in its first position for every app. The first keyword listed for each of the 14 apps is the word “Dekodiphukan”. That meant-to-be hard-to-read search word has worked well every year since the apps were introduced. However, in June of this year, that search term could find only 1 of the 14 apps. We reported this problem to Apple Support on June 26th. It is now November, and the problem remains unresolved. The only response we receive each time we ask for an update on the resolution of this problem the answer every time is: Reported search issues of this type require extensive review by Apple to determine whether it is valid and to confirm the appropriate action. There is no other response. No update has ever been sent to us. There is no phone number I can find to call. It was suggested to me by someone I spoke with in a different department at Apple Developers that I post my problem on the Developer Forum, in hopes that someone here can provide a suggestion for a way around this problem. Parents and teachers wishing to use our Reading Program with their children should not have to enter 14 different names to access our Reading Program.

How to apply Managed App Configuration into the app installed via Declarative Device Management?
We want to set key-value pair (installation_token: xxxxx) into an app installed by MDM. Formerly we could set the key-value using Settings MDM command like this. <dict> <key>Command</key> <dict> <key>RequestType</key> <string>Settings</string> <key>Settings</key> <array> <dict> <key>Configuration</key> <dict> <key>installation_token</key> <string>xxxxxxx</string> </dict> <key>Identifier</key> <string>com.cloudflare.cloudflareoneagent</string> <key>Item</key> <string>ApplicationConfiguration</string> </dict> </array> </dict> We can still use this for the apps installed withInstallApplication MDM command, however we cannot apply this configuration into the app using Declarative Device Management. When we try it, we got an error like this. <dict> <key>CommandUUID</key> <string>.............</string> <key>Settings</key> <array> <dict> <key>ErrorChain</key> <array> <dict> <key>ErrorCode</key> <integer>12008</integer> <key>ErrorDomain</key> <string>MDMErrorDomain</string> <key>LocalizedDescription</key> <string>Could not modify apps managed by Declarative Device Management.</string> <key>USEnglishDescription</key> <string>Could not modify apps managed by Declarative Device Management.</string> </dict> </array> <key>Identifier</key> <string>com.cloudflare.cloudflareoneagent</string> <key>Item</key> <string>ApplicationConfiguration</string> <key>Status</key> <string>Error</string> </dict> </array> How can we work with managed application configuration with DDM?

Automated Certificate Management Blocked by -60005 Security Framework Error
Attempts to programmatically update or add numerous system-installed certificates (a common practice for organizations that rotate certificates regularly) are blocked, forcing manual, insecure, and error-prone workarounds. The root cause lies in the stricter security protocols implemented in macOS 15, specifically: System Integrity Protection (SIP) and Transparency, Consent, and Control (TCC) Command we are using : sudo security authorizationdb write com.apple.trust-settings.admin

Problem applying screen changes (icon arrangement) in iOS 26 using Apple Configurator v2.18 on macOS Sequoia 15.6.1
I encounter a connection error with Apple Configurator v2.18 when, after making changes in macOS Sequel 15.6.1, I want to apply and transfer the changes to the iPhone icon layout in iOS 26: Apple Configurator v2.18 crashes and returns an error message: ‘Try the operation again. If it fails, quit the application, launch it again, and try again. [NSCocoaErrorDomain – 0x1001 (4097)]’ I have done some research, and it seems that this bug has been identified and fixed in Apple Configurator 2 v2.19 (Build 10434). Have you encountered this problem? Do you know where to find version v2.19? This fixed version does not appear to have been released yet, and Apple support has been unable to help me. Thank you all for your help.

Issue with population of APN Settings on iOS Devices via OTA Configuration
Hello everybody, We are trying to configure Device APN settings by sending IOS device configuration profiles through OTA. Please refer below url for details which we are following : https://developer.apple.com/library/archive/documentation/NetworkingInternet/Conceptual/iPhoneOTAConfiguration/Introduction/Introduction.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/TP40009505 We’ve encountered an issue where the APN (Access Point Name) settings are not populating correctly on iOS devices, even though we are sending the configuration via our Device Management Center (DMC) and the configuration message is being pushed correctly over the air (OTA). Path to the APN fields: Settings > Mobile > Mobile Data Network > APN Tested iOS version: 17.3, 17.5, 18.2, 18.3 Configuration message received: Configuration message installed: APN fields are empty: Could you give us any suggestions ? Thank you very much.

iOS 26 beta: Enterprise-distributed apps fail to launch (NSPOSIXErrorDomain Code=85) while Xcode-installed builds run
Environment Devices: e.g., iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 16 (multiple units) OS: iOS 26 beta 2 and beta 4 (23A5297m) Distribution: Apple Enterprise Program (In-House), deployed via MDM InstallApplication Tooling: Xcode (latest available for iOS 26 betas) Summary Apps signed for Enterprise (In-House) distribution install successfully on iOS 26 betas via MDM, but terminate immediately on launch. The same builds run if installed from Xcode on the same devices. This is a regression from pre-iOS 26 versions where Enterprise builds installed via MDM launched normally. Steps to Reproduce Archive an iOS app and export for Enterprise (In-House) distribution. Deploy the .ipa via MDM using InstallApplication to a device on iOS 26 beta (e.g., 23A5297m). Tap the app icon to launch. Actual Result The app quits instantly on launch. System logs show launchd/runningboard errors, including NSPOSIXErrorDomain Code=85 (“Bad executable (or shared library)”): runningboardd(RunningBoard)[34]: Process start failed with Error Domain=NSPOSIXErrorDomain Code=85 "Bad executable (or shared library)" UserInfo={NSLocalizedDescription=Launchd job spawn failed} runningboardd(RunningBoard)[34]: Launch failed with Error Domain=NSPOSIXErrorDomain Code=85 "Bad executable (or shared library)" SpringBoard(FrontBoard)[35]: Bootstrapping failed ... NSUnderlyingError = { NSLocalizedDescription = Launchd job spawn failed; } Expected Result Enterprise-signed builds installed via MDM should launch as they did on iOS 25.x and earlier. Regression? Works on iOS versions prior to 26. Works on iOS 26 betas when installed from Xcode (developer-signed run). Fails only for Enterprise (In-House) builds delivered via MDM. Additional Notes / Possibly Related We also reproduced a similar failure mode with a minimal Safari Web Extension project: it installs and appears under Settings → Safari → Extensions, but enabling it and opening Safari produces: “ is no longer available.” Building a fresh project with a new bundle ID shows the same behavior on iOS 26 beta (23A5297m). Logs contain: Error occurred during transaction: The provided identifier "" is invalid. Running from Xcode (debug build) works. Workarounds None identified for Enterprise/MDM distribution. Only Xcode-installed builds run. Impact Blocks Enterprise deployment to our fleet on iOS 26 betas. Feedback / Attachments Included: sysdiagnose from an affected device, minimal Xcode project demonstrating the issue, Enterprise-exported app, and reproduction notes. Happy to share additional logs or perform targeted tests if needed. Request Can Apple confirm whether this is a known regression vs. a policy/validation change in iOS 26 for Enterprise/MDM installs? Any guidance on a short-term mitigation or build/signing change we can apply would be appreciated.
