Team Member Can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles
Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this: According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team. There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says: If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program. So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this: Log on to Developer > Account. Select the correct team at the top right. Scroll down to the “Membership details” section. Look at the “Enrolled as” field. If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below. If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership. If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us. Developer account payment issue
Im having trouble paying for my new developer account and it seems its been an ongoing issue for new enrollments. Has anyone else had this issue? If so how did you manage to resolve it? I keep getting "Your payment authorisation failed on card. Please verify your information and try again, or try another payment method." I tried different cards, called my bank, tried on safari, tried on the app and been back and forth with support for a couple of weeks no with no solution. Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

Apple Developer Enrollment Stuck — Paid Twice, Still Pending
Hello, I am writing this post because the Apple Developer Program enrollment process is clearly malfunctioning, and I have reached a point where this situation is unacceptable. First payment I initially purchased the Apple Developer Program on December 3rd, 2025 at 16:03 (Turkey time). The payment was fully completed, confirmed by my bank, and I received the official Apple Store receipt. • Order ID: W1557478965 • Amount: 1029 TRY • Status: Completed / Posted Despite this, my account continued to show: • “Purchase your membership” • Enrollment status: Pending • No access to App Store Connect After several days with no response from Apple Support and no activation, I assumed something had gone wrong on Apple’s side. Second payment Because I was completely blocked and received no reply from support or the forums, I made a second payment to rule out any payment failure. • Order ID: W1694587309 • Amount: 1029 TRY • Status: Completed / Posted Current situation At this point: • Two separate payments • Two unique Apple Store order IDs • Zero activation • Zero response from Apple Support • Enrollment still Pending • App Store Connect still inaccessible Support case details: • Apple Support Case ID: 102769533427 • Multiple follow-ups sent • No reply • No action taken This is no longer a delay — this is a system-level failure. I have paid twice for a single Developer Program membership and received nothing in return: no activation, no explanation, and no support. I am formally requesting manual intervention by Apple staff to: 1. Immediately activate my Apple Developer Program membership 2. Investigate and resolve the duplicate payment (refund or clarification) 3. Explain why a paid enrollment can remain blocked with no support response If this forum is monitored by Apple employees, this issue requires urgent escalation. This situation should not happen in a paid developer program. Thank you.

ERROR in Apple Developer Contact Us form
Hello, We have been trying to contact the Apple Developer Support for some time now regarding a couple of issues. For a couple of months now we are seeing that we are getting an error when we visit https://developer.apple.com/contact and the topics aren't loaded at all. After seeing the network traffic in the developer tools I see that we get a "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)" when making a request to the services/userProfile/ endpoint. The weird part is that the response contains our userProfile just fine. The only thing that I see in the payload that could be an issue is the resultCode that is 0. Has anyone encountered this before or has any idea on what we can do? I don't see an alternative way to contact Apple in order to resolve this issue.

Unable to Continue Enrollment – "Complete the following fields: legalContact, lgEmail"
Hello everyone, I am trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an Organization. However, when I click the "Continue" button, I receive the following error message: Complete the following fields: legalContact, lgEmail I have already filled in all the required fields in the form, including company name, address, and website. I have double-checked everything, but the error still appears. Has anyone experienced this issue before? What could be causing this, and how can I fix it? Thank you in advance for your help.

Enrollment status stuck
I have paid for the enrollment membership program 7 days ago. Yet I always see the message saying "Complete your purchase to continue the enrollment". Do I have to wait more ? Should I try paying a second time ? Will the end of my membership be extended by that waiting period ? Despite two support requests, I am still left waiting without knowing if I have to do something or not. I feel like this is really unprofessional from a multi-billion dollars company...

Contact Us Page stuck with "Error:"
Navigating to the Contact Us website (https://developer.apple.com/contact/) results in an "Error:" showing at the top of the page. I cannot select options for starting a new issue or accessing recent ones - and sometimes nothing shows up on the page at all (attached screenshot). I've been trying to get in to request an expedited review since Thursday afternoon. I checked the System Status page and there are no reported issues. I am using Microsoft Edge and also logged in via Safari - still wasn't able to access the Contact Us issues.

Apple Developer Program Enrollment Pending for Over 3 Weeks (Identity Verification)
Hi everyone, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program on February 1, 2026. I completed payment, signed the agreement, and uploaded my government-issued ID after support requested identity verification. I received confirmation that my documents were received, but my membership is still pending. It has now been over three weeks with no activation or clear update. I have contacted support multiple times and even called, but I am still waiting. Has anyone experienced a similar delay recently? Is this normal for identity verification in certain regions? Apple Developer Program membership purchased but still being asked to renew — cannot access services
I recently purchased the Apple Developer Program — 1 Year Membership, and the payment has been successfully processed. However, even after the purchase, I am still being prompted to renew my membership and cannot access any of the developer services that should be available with an active membership. It is very frustrating to pay for a membership and then be told to renew it again without being able to use the services I paid for. The membership status does not seem to reflect the completed purchase at all. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Why does Apple charge for a membership and then continue to block access while asking for renewal? I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this, or if an Apple representative could look into my account. Thank you.

Apple Developer Program membership renewal still not updating active after payment
Hi, I hope it's ok to post this here as I'm on a bit of a time-crunch to have this sorted and looking to get this issue resolved. I just renewed my Apple Developer Program membership (annual subscription) and received my order confirmation (Order #W1411330632, placed February 28, 2026) for $1,749.00 MXN. However, my membership status still hasn't updated to active. Is this normal (a waiting period for a renewal). The payment was successfully charged and the invoice was issued. However, my membership still appears as inactive in my developer account, and I cannot proceed with app submission. I have already contacted Apple Developer Support but have not received a response yet. Has anyone experienced a similar delay or know what else I should check? Awaiting verification
Hello, Our application (application ID: 6759598338), submitted on March 1, 2026 at 17:24, is awaiting verification without status change in the App Store Connect. Could someone from the application review team check if this application is stuck in the review queue, or let us know if any action is required on our part? We are in urgent need of an urgent review of the application (the request for an expedited review has also already been made). We also have to warn you that previously there were similar applications with a similar code and name, but they were deleted and are also our development (their identifier: 6757390034, 6758405199, 6756528976, 6757389750). These versions of the application did not meet the required quality, so they were deleted. Thank you for your time and help.

Apple Developer Fee charged but not cleared.
On february 9, I tried to enroll to the developer program, I got charged and received and order number, the next day when I tried to see the status of the enrollment, the order number provided on the email confirming the order was not working, I've tried to get support through email, nothing happens; I've called about 20 times to Apple Support, nothing happens, they said they doesn't have direct communication to the Apple Developer department, I have two weeks plus trying to have an answer on email, and nothing happens, but you know what happened? They completed the charge on my CC.
