I am trying to create a web service that displays integrated calendars. The first source I am trying to add is iCloud Calendar. I have seen similar services such as Microsoft's Outlook app on iOS, and Todoist, both of which use a built-in web browser window to ask user to log in to iCloud and grant their permissions to access their calendar data. I think there should be some documentations on how to get iCloud Calendar data and possibly as CalDav, but failed to find any. Could any one give me some hints? Thanks!

I am trying to fetch the calendar events set on my Mac. I can fetch the allday events in my Mac calendar using Swift API EKEvent isAllDay property. However, I am unable to determine whether the event is private or not. I can mark the event as private in my calendar, but unable to locate any specific API to fetch it on my Mac.

Anyone else having a problem with Calendar on Office 365 accounts not syncing ANY data at all?I have done all of the usual things.- Delete caches and preferences- Kill the account and recreate it- Etc.The end result is that I know authentication and all of that is happening. Mail works fine. The calendars from the Office 365 account show up in Calendar, they just never download or show any entries. This started happening 2 betas ago. I am currently on the latest which is 10.12.2 Beta (16C48b).Thanks!
I'm in the iOS Beta program, and I noticed after the last update that there were multiple birthday calendars listed in Calendar and Fantastical (my preferred calendar app). When I first noticed this problem, I had around 135 extra calendars listed under Other and around 8 under Facebook. Since then, the calendars under Other have increased exponentially; I now have well over 2000 Calendars in this section. The large and growing number of calendars means my phone slows to a crawl or freezes completely whenever I try to access the Settings on my phone.I've tried disabling/re-enabling Calendars and Contacts on my iPhone, I've tried a hard reset, and I've even completely wiped my iPhone and reinstalled the apps from backup, but the problem persists. Luckily the problem doesn't seem to affect my iMac or MacBook Air, so it leads me to believe the problem has to do with the latest iOS beta and iCloud.I really depend on my calendars to k

My standalone watchOS app is trying to read from the calendar via EventKit. It seems to only see local calendars though, not any of my iCloud calendars. Do I have to do something special to be able to view the iCloud based calendars?
In our app we create calendars dynanamically. And other users using our app can subscribe to them.If a user wants to subscribe to a calendar, first he need to buy a currency/coupan.If he wants to subscribe to 5 calendars then he needs to buy 5 currencies. Is it allowed to do this way?
Hello,I am attempting to open ical files from within my app with the hope of being able to add events (of non-trivial complexity, involving recurrence etc.) to the user's calendar. However, after the file is opened by the calendar app, it does not give the user the option to add it to their calendar, instead giving the error 'This invitation data is out of date' where the button for adding to the calendar normally would be.When opened through the mail app, however, the same file can be added to the calendar:(even though these screenshots are from different files, I have confirmed that the behavior described above occurs even when using the same file)The code being invoked to open the file can be found here:https://github.com/joltup/rn-fetch-blob/blob/fb0c5f17655870c9de5759caaa616c0f1eed00ee/ios/RNFetchBlob/RNFetchBlob.m#L580My question is: Is there a different way that is necessary when opening .ics files? Does anyone know how the Mail app is making this work?Thank
Hi, I am trying to integrate iCloud calendar in my application. When an appointment is received, the corresponding time slot is not blocked in the iCloud calendar automatically. This happens with other providers like google, outlook etc., but does not happen with iCloud. But there is a possibility to add the event to calendar through an attachment while accessing the email only in mobile app. Is there an api to add the event to calendar? I want an easy way to block the calendar when an appointment is received to the iCloud account.
How to create an event and sync with iCloud Calendar in Nodejs?
I am unable to access my calendar since it is locked...Due to account maintenance, calendar is currently unavailable. In trying to fix the problem, all my devices lost information so I don't have any working calendar. This had also messed up my contacts on my computer in Outlook but they seem to be working through my other three devices. Support has not been able to fix this and I am waiting over a week for the engineers to respond to the problem. I am very unhappy and this is preventing me from doing my business properly. I am now working on a paper calendar so I can keep track of my future appointments but my only calendar was on the cloud so I don't know what appointments I am missing. Today I tried to restore it and after three tries of different dates with a very nice, senior advisor, I am still nowhere. If you have any information, please share it. If you are having the same problem, please let me know. My problem began when I was forced to change my password
Currently the Outlook Calendar event invitation generated by outlook gets sent to the invitees through email. That invitation generates a calendar event on the recipient account. If the recipient now accepts the invitation through the calendar app on their mobile phone, the acceptance is sent as a mail and the incoming mail invitation also gets deleted automatically. This auto deletion of invitation mail happens only for invitations generated through Outlook and not from any other meeting invitation generation client like Yahoo even if used on the same native Calendar app on iOS.This deletion of mail automatically is erratic and should not happen. What should I do?
I want to integrate user's apple calendar with my web application. Is there any way to integrate it using javascript?
Default notification settings for reminders (Activities) in iPhone Calendar (iOS 9 and 10) seems to be None/off. I've asked a lot of people if they know that they either have to set a notification time at every meeting or change the deafault settings to get an alarm, few knew about this... including programmers. I've missed a lot of meetings because I forgot to set a notification alarm. When I subscribe on a Google Calendar with a notification time my iPhone exclude the alarm settings because the default settings (None) on the phone wouldn't change. Is it possible to force the default settings to change... or is it possible to force an iOS update with this modification?
