My greatest wish for WWDC was that Apple would announce that they're open-sourcing Swift. I tuned into the live stream from, literally, the middle of Yellowstone National Park, where bandwidth is pretty hard to find, just hoping to hear that—and I got my wish. I couldn't be happier.What's a little obscure, though, is the announcement that Apple will be doing a port to Linux. Do you mean that literally, that your release will be Linux-specific, and someone else will have to port it to BSD? Does that further mean Swift won't simply be part of LLVM?When I can use Swift on FreeBSD I'll be very happy, so I'm eager to know the answer to that.

I am a Team Agent, yet when I try to login to iTunes Connect, I get the error, Your Apple ID isn't enabled for iTunes Connect.I recently changed the email address associated with this account, which could be the source of the problem, but I have no problems logging into the Development Membership Center, and my previous email address/login no longer work.Any suggestions on how a Team Agent can get access to iTunes Connect again?Thanks.

Where do I view and accept the new Apple Developer Program License Agreement?

Hi!I am creating a pair of iOS apps that will use AirDrop to move files between them. These files are either PNG, XML, or HTML files, and they are represented as file-based URLs when passed to the UIActivityViewController.When I select the PNG file to transmit and I have launched the receiving app (on another iOS device), the Photos app opens on the receiving device. My receiver app is set up to import the correct UTI and to open the correct document type, but its AppDelegate application:openURL:sourceApplication:annotation: method is never executed.Is there a list of AirDrop file types and their mappings to the Apple iOS apps that will automatically open them? With the launch of the News app, does anyone have any details about the future of Newsstand? I've noticed it is turned back into a regular folder on iOS9 (e.g. no cover art)? Some sites are reporting that Newsstand will go away, however I can't find anything on Apple's sites to validate if this is true.thanks
